I needed to have my puppy's nails trimmed, so I called and left a message to request an appointment, but no one ever called me back; I called the day after, and was told to come the following day before 10am. No one took my name or my puppy's name or gave me a specific appointment time. So the following day, I show up at 9:30, and of course the business is closed. I try calling or talking to the businesses nearby, and I wait for 25 minutes until I decide to leave. I don't have a car so my puppy and I had walked there specifically for that "appointment," during a heat wave, and we wasted an hour of our time to just be ghosted. I understand emergencies happen, but that's precisely why you take your customers' name and number: so you can let them know that you can't be there in case of an emergency. Made a trimming appointment at a vet facility.

We took our boy here to get a much needed grooming and we couldn't be happier with the results! Extremely fair prices and FAST, we're used to groomers taking 4+ hours total but he was done in 45 minutes! Highly recommend to anyone who needs professional, friendly and affordable grooming!

Our Odie is an old guy. He does well with Andrew & his staff. He comes home happy. He has done Raven too. Big Rott, he came home happy too. I usually do my own dogs. Andrew is my back up when I cannot do them, best back up ever 😊

Andrew is flexible, dependable, personable, efficient, and an amazing groomer. I have a 76-pound dog with a very long, double coat. In an hour, he is clean and show ready. That's incredible.

Don’t trust Andrew!!! I had a dog bath and shave (not even a cut) and he charged me $200!!! GO TO BRUSH AND PUPS IN POMONA. The same service was $120-140.And they do a better job without the attitude.

I made an appointment 5 days in advance. Since I'm allergic to many fragrances and wanted to have my cat treated for fleas, I called the day before the appointment to ask what he will be using. He told me he will call me back, which he never did. So I got my own unscented shampoo and flea treatment I wanted him to use.I was still going to bring Rory in. When I did, neither Andrew nor his assistant were wearing masks. After clarifying that I wanted him to use the unscented shampoo I brought, I handed the cat over. Andrew's assistant was tightly pinching the scruff of Rory's neck at all times and also picked her up by it when washing her belly.I opted out of letting him apply the flea medication I brought due to his comment that he will be putting it on her back, and when I wanted to clarify the exact location, he didn't respond. She yowled as soon as the grip was released.When I was finally home and started examining Rory, she was still wet, one of her dew claws was not trimmed and she still had a strong fragrance on her. She was shedding a lot through out the day, more than expected after being brushed.I won't deny that she was cleaned well and only in 30 minutes, but the way Andrew handled my requests will make me go to a different groomer next time.

Andrew groomed my dog in 45 minutes!!! All other groomers I worked with had taken 3 to 4 hours, so when he called I was shocked! However, my dog looked fantastic and the prices were very affordable. I highly recommend!

Andrew is awesome! I stumbled upon Him one day because all the groomers in town were booked for some reason. However, one of my last calls that day to get into a groomer was Claremomt Pet Grooming, and boy did I stumble upon a jewel. I spoke with Andrew directly over the phone. Btw.. his assitant is so sweet and awesome also! So, within an hour of talking to these guys I dropped off my two mini schnauzers..and within the next couple of hours.. wahla! I picked up my babies all dolled up and beautifully cut by Andrew! It's rare that you meet people who are so passionate about their craft, Andrew is one of them! Andrew and Claremont Pet Groomimg thank you so much once again! Giselle and Soleil appreciate your touch and their mom gives your service 5 stars!

My 10 year old Jack has always has wished he was a Chihuahua instead of a Bichon frise say, but Andrew is one of the few groomers that knows how to handle him and that's saying a lot!
