Did not have a pleasant experience today with the dog groomer department. Was told a price, then was charged more on pickup. Not professional at all.Manager did not help. I was also threatened another charge if I did not pick him up one hour after the phone call I received when he was ready. Do yourself a favor and use your local groomer and not this price gauging excuse of a store.

The store manager, Lisa (hope i got her name correct) helped me with a return today. My case was a little complicated because i made my purchase via instacart. Id had a chat with instacart CS representative prior to store visit but the instructions i confirmed from instacart was not even applicable at petsmart and no one from instacart even knew how the return process works with stores (petsmart in my case). I was getting frustrated because i didn’t know how to handle my situation. Lisa the store manager then rolled her sleeves to talk to instacart on behalf of me and she solved the issue with one phone call. She spoke to them as if she was handling the case as her own issue and understood my frustration.I got a full refund because of her with professional troubleshooting and customer friendly assistance. She was very articulate and smart to figure what the issue was and how to solve.She deserves my review and the two big hugs i gave her today! This store is in good hands because of her!

I order from this PetSmart a lot and always get great customer service and my orders delivered on time . I made a mistake ordering from petco the other day and it made me appreciate the awesomeness of this PetSmart and PetSmart company as a whole . They are always ready to help and fix anything to bring customer satisfaction. I’ve had great experiences with customer service as well so I would definitely recommend PetSmart and this location.

I visited Petsmart on Monday 31st August 2020. The lady at the Cash register was helpful didnt get her name. She asked me what I needed help with. I indicated to her about fishes. She sent me to the back where I met Amanda. Great customer service, did I learn some stuff, especially as I would be back to get some fishes for my toddler. The place is well laid out. Thanks so much Amanda.

Located conveniently next to Target and across Costco. I brought my dog here to explore and the stuff was incredibly friendly. The cashier even gave my dog a treat! Convenient and offers a wide variety of pet items for all your needs down to hamsters and birds.

We purchased a pinch with credit card about 2 days ago to train our dog, but the trainer told us we bought the incorrect one, so we came back to the store for the return today, the pinch still with the tag on it, but we couldn’t find the receipt, the cashier mentioned to us if no receipt they have no way to track if we really purchased the item in their store and send us out.After we left the store and checked online for the return policy, it was clearly mentioned even the receipt is not presented we can still able to receive the store credit.So we came back to the store asked the cashier, however he still mention they can’t proof that we bought the item in their store and not able to provide store credit.Luckily, we requested to see the manager, and showed her the return policy we found online, and she was finally able to provide store credit with a very unhappily attitude.

I love this Pet Smart. The sale associate are very clean and lovable towards pet. I take my dog to the groomer, he comes out clean, happier and lovable. The only bad thing I have is I wish it was more bigger. It does need a pet vet station and a pet hotel.

Took our pup in for her first grooming and they did a fantastic job bathing her and getting the areas that are hard for us to clean, long droopy ears. Staff was super friendly and helpful too!

My first grooming experience was an excellent one. My dogs behaved and looked great and happy. The price is great. The salon employees are super friendly and do a great job. I made the appt on-line, you can also walk in for what you need done.

"PetSmart. Where the pets go!" When I worked at PetSmart this customer would walk inside pause and shout this at the top of his lungs. I would silently rage because that is not our saying, and the customer isn't always right. That being said. I love PetSmarts. Donate to the animals. They can't help it if people suck.

It's a pet shop so obviously it smells like I am going to the zoo. I gave it 5 stars because I found everything I was looking for. I feel kind of guilty for reviewing everything. We live in a digital world where everything has to be reviewed. When I'm going to see a movie, I don't want someone to tell me it's a good or bad movie. I'll find out myself. Everyone has different taste. Maybe the movie is not for me, but someone else might enjoy it. That's one thing I hate shopping online. People always post reviews. You can't tell if they are endorsing the product or have no clue how to use it but wrote negative reviews anyway. The bottom line is: Stop to smell the roses. Stop reviewing everything. Stop reading reviews about everything.

The helpers there are really kind and genorous. When I was carring my puppy he jumped out of my hands but the helpers there where able to catch him. I am very thankful because with out there help it would of been my last day with my puppy. They attende you very well.

Everyone seems nice in the grooming dept and does a good job. I just suggest that they read what is paid for. Be sure you have covered all services ordered. Could do a better job on filing nails.

Went to see the animals, only to find the feeder fish swimming in a massively overcrowded tank, half of them dead at the bottom. I understand they're meant to be feeder fish, but the lack of respect that the associates have for animals here is astounding. Please reevalute your staff choices and fix this situation.

I love this location ! They are not picky with their store hours, like Whittier is. I can still walk in and purchase a bag dog food 30min. Before store hours. I'm glad they don't tell me to wait till exactly 9am. Even when I'm in a hurry to get to work, I can trust this location to let me run in real quick and get what I need. Thank You! Please don't change your customer courtesy!

So far so good, got a cat from there. The crew is pretty friendly if a bit pedantic, but I find most pet store employees to be so. Other than that the only issue is the cashier can get overwhelmed with a line of 2 or 3 customers, but again it's common for a pet store to not be the speediest check out experience in retail. Clean store, good selection, will update if it decreases in quality. Doubt it can get much better.

Took my dog in for the first time to get groomed I Was So Satisfied I told my family don't forget where they were taking their dog and take them there great service very friendly my puppy was So Satisfied love the place I was so hesitant to take her cuz she's so little but she was so happy they treat her so well thank you PetSmart we'll be seeing you soon again thank you for your great service and your kindness to animals

I would not recommend precious paws salón on la puente on old valley. They mistreat their animals .My dogs are loved and pampered here at petsmart. Their employees are loving and caring. You see they love what they do. Grooming is demanding but they handle it with patience,smiles, and dedication.I love bringing my dogs here. They are groomed, pampered, and are happy dogs when we pick them up.Thank you for your love and care.

Didn't know what to expect since an appointment wasn't necessary. Even though it was a Saturday I like how it took less than 5 minutes to trim Khloe's nails. We were in and out in a matter of minutes. Clean location and friendly staff. I will keep taking our fur baby to get her nails done! Lol!!
