I haven't come to this Raleys store often because there's other stores closer to my house. but we will start too. My wife Natasha loves this store.Very clean inside and out. The staff was polite, helpful, and organized. And when I say organize, I mean very organized.We didn't have a problem finding anything that we needed for dinner tonight.Coach's 👍

Wow! I have never seen such a good organization of produce 🥑🍎🍊🍆 in any store. Everything is so neatly organized together. Manager of this place is defiantly taking pride of this store! Desert 🍰 section cakes look amazing as well!

Their website is dropping items and not getting delivered.They're delivering same day or day after expiration date. It's like I don't want to pay for another delivery.

What a clean and beautiful store. Right when you get in the store, you can smell the fresh air with a little chlorine, this store definitely takes care of their customers at this hard time for a lot of us.Flowers, fruits, vegetables and sweets are my favorite in this store, always fresh and big choice variety ❤

They are constantly remodeling the store making it smaller and less efficient. They are constantly taking non raleys products out of stock and replacing them with less selection and just the raleys brand in stock. The meat department is a disaster they are always under stock and out of items and those are just a few issues. I don’t have enough time to put down all of their problems from customer service to parking. This store was great for decades but has been in a constant decline for at least the last five years.

Customer service desk has permanently closed down.There's a huge Wells Fargo and a post office inside. There's pharmacy inside with comfy lounge waiting area and free blood pressure machine. Great location for shopping. Bathrooms in perfect shape.Customer service was great, very helpful. Handicapped parking and ramps.

I just sent a friend to this store to pick up lettuce and celery and a small can of tuna. Celery and lettuce were wrapped so you could not see what you were buying. Both items were rotting. The tips of the celery were rotten and brown and the lettuce was weak and yellow in the middle. I can't take them back because I just had surgery and I cannot get out for a while. If you look at the Raleys in better areas you will notice how beautiful the produce is but for the same price in an area that has less money, they serve rotten food. I have always noticed this. This Raleys should absolutely be ashamed and I am tired of but rotting meat and veggies from them

Raley's has been has been around forever they have the best meats and produce and the store is always nice and clean you can find all the food items you need here they have a huge selection of everything it's always a great experience shopping here...

Raleys is ok, even good on most trips. I'm closer to the Bel Air in Antelope, but I drive across town to this Raleys because they stock it better than Bel Air Antelope. A few simple food products that I like are no longer stocked at Bel Air, but this Raleys stays on top of customer preferences. It's worth the drive!

Nice store! Check out busy time one open except self serve. Totally substandard situation for quality of the store. Machine gives constant notice of inspected thing in bagging area and lady who works there very slow to respond. I had to ask her for help twice; was at register in front of her. In order to bag while checking out I would have had to move bags sitting on the right side but check out area set off alarm. Took long; I was tired then a young man adds more bags; they didn't come off easily. A young man came by the cashier monitoring self check out; I guess she told him of my complaints. Instead of consoling me they talk by then I am aggravated; ask if he is a manager? He says one of them. I say the check out system is stupid. He had nothing to say. It was troubling to me. Says nothing they can do about it. Not sure if other shoppers are bothered. I am!

Great place. The homeless are an issue. I rarely go because of it. The homeless rob old ladies' purses so regularly that you can find empty purses in the lots adjacent to the grocery store regularly. Beware and hang on to those purses folks.

Terrible customer service. A checker is sitting to the side resting after I’ve had a long day at work and have to do self check. If you are paying for a checker, how about encouraging them to assist shoppers. If they are on their break, please go in the break room.

This store used to be good but their recent changes paint job makes seem dull like in a cave changed fried chicken meal used to come with 2 sides and more recently said it was not that way also said they were making mistake in those days the store is stopping physical adds wich is a huge problem for some

The Employees here are always helpful and friendly. They go the extra mile to help you find whatever it is that you're looking for. The shelves are always well stocked and the store is always clean. The store is in a great location, near the Interstate and also near the Neighborhood. And if you get hungry there's quite a few eateries nearby.

Just picked up another eCart order from this store, seriously questioning doing it again. A few weeks ago it was raw meat that was almost expired. Then there was the completely screwed up order (received items I didn't ask for, missed items I paid for) which happens still. Tonight's issues include the frozen pizzas that were no longer frozen, at all. We had to go back and check everything to make sure it was still good. I guess they forgot to put them in the cooler, I don't know. The other issue is the parking lot lights were ALL out. This is an iffy neighborhood after dark, and I felt VERY unsafe. Other stores have similar services, and I can drive a little farther to be safe and maybe get what I asked for.I use the service because I'm disabled and have difficulty walking. Half the lot is fenced off now to expand the electric car charging stations, so the hike into the store is longer. Don't know how much charging of electric cars they can do with no lights in the lot.

The store in gener is neat and well organized with quality products. The disappointed comes when in needs of using the restroom youre satisfaction is way beyond the normality. Men's restroom has been in a totally mess. Other retail stores or groceries SuperMarkets has in every restroom attached to the door entrance clipboard of employees on duty and everybody could check when was the last time somebody cleaned properly the entire area not only the faucets and sink.Totally disappointed by the poor careless cleaning in men's restroom.

This store is always clean and well stocked. I love the produce department and the deli, and they have a great selection of natural foods. Although it's not a store for those seeking substantial savings, they do offer many ways to save with programs like $5 Mondays, personalized coupons, and the Something Special card.

I shop here because it is close by my house. This store has a funky smell and high prices to boot. Bought some of their 'made fresh in store' tortillas and they tasted like donuts or something sweet. They must've used the same oil....yuck.Some of the employees are cool but if you are not dressed to impress or they know you, they will not give you the service you deserve. I've had them close the register in my face as i am walking up with one or two items. Not a joke. Can't give 5 stars but can't give 1 star. They try??

One check stand open at 6pm on a weekday, line currently approaching the produce in the middle of the store. Used to be much better here but sadly this is becoming the norm at this location.
