Horrible grooming service. I've been going to petsmart for 4 years for dog grooming at another location. I have never had such poor customer service. I was told my dog was very anxious, and she was no longer welcome back due to knocking the paw grinder . The equipment is "expensive". We'll hate to break it to you, but dogs are dogs and can get anxious . Never had an issue . All I can say is animals feel vibes and I wonder how the pet treatment was to cause anxiety..

Had a great first grooming experience for my chorkie Kiki thanks to Felipe. He was kind, very informative and took his time to get my anxious rescue to feel comfortable.I was worried about how this experience would turn out since I've never dealt with dogs that needed grooming but, honestly, it went much smoother than i thought. Also, the other dogs that were being groomed during that time looked comfortable and well-taken care of.Thanks again, Felipe. Kikamon will return :)

Very nice Pet Smart! The customer service is great and the selection of options is fantastic. Pets are welcome. The location is great because it is located close to a grocery store, as well as a furniture store so you can purchase a new chair once your new dog or cat destroys the chair you have now. Overall, great experience and friendly atmosphere .

I usually like this place, but today, like twice before, there were too many dead fish in their aquariums. The last few times I spoke up, this time I decided to write a review instead. They need to take better care of their animals, no matter how small.

Horrible aquarium department each tank had at least 2 death fish . And beta fishes in horrible horrible living conditions. Buy a fish here and you will contaminate your whole aquarium

Petsmart is a great store!! Very unfortunate for them to work with 501 woofs & wags (Kathleen Orozco) rescue that does not pay for the rescues vetcare bills are owed at the vet and this rescue is charging hefty adoption fees to adopters and they dont pay there rescues bills, this should be looked at corporate office beware of adoption events by this scam rescue

Yesterday i took my puppy to the groomers and they did a terrible job. Not only did they charge me extra “supposedly because my puppy had knots” but she has rashes due to them cutting her hair extremely short.

I love this pet store!Staff is really friendly, they have a wide variety of products available, they have many animals to choose from, and their products are almost always in stock. In my opinion, pet smart is better than petco. And I recommend you to use this store as your primary pet shop for pet supplies 😉👍🏻

The only reason i give them 3 stars is because the last few times I've been there they always only have 1 cashier. Its been between 3 & 4pm and there's always been about +5 customers in line. So just add about another 10 minutes of waiting in addition to your shopping time during thos hrs.
