decided to give this shop a 2nd chance...came in a few months ago and noone greeted or offered any help...today there were 3 or4 workers...not one person said a thing to me...gave a1 star because they look like they have quality supplies but again...noone offered to help their assistance as I walked around the store clearly looking for something

IB pet is amazing! I've been to this store twice with my pup and the staff has been nothing less than phenomenal. The first time I came her the staff helped me find treats to keep my pup entertained for a flight to New York and the second time my pup ripped her harness and was in need of a replacement. Each time I've been here my pup loves it and they provide excellent customer service. I learn more about my pup with them and leave happy with my purchases.

My first time in IB pets wasn't for any of my pets. It was for my car, yep my car had over heated on 805 and I limped into the parking lot in need of a gallon of water for my Buick. 5 other businesses refused to give me water. As I returned their water container they handed me a bag of dog food samples. Ya I'll be buying my pet supplies at IB pets. Thanks for the samples, Peanut likes the "Sierra mountain" from "Taste of the wild"

I started to go to I.B. Pet when they opened their first store at Rainbow Plaza in I.B. I like how courteous and helpful they are. The bird seed I was looking for was in stock. The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because the price was a little higher than I was paying at petsmart. If there was a 4.75 star rating I would give them that. I guess if I want great customer service these days I have to pay extra. It was worth it though.

Looks like a fantastic store, but rude and careless associates. They were more focused on their continuing their conversation, then actually greeting/helping their customers. Complete turnoff, and hope management is able to correct issue and better train employees so they don’t continue to lose business.

Love this place. I take the girls there all the time for treats and loves from all the staff. They were super helpful when I first got a rescue puppy that was super malnurished and she is now filling out really well. 😊

This is the most amazing store staffed by wonderful people. I arrived with two new born kittens we found earlier and needed help to get them to use a bottle. Two amazing women on staff went way out of their way to help and then referred me to an organization who were able to foster the little baby kittens.I've shopped at the different locations of IB Stores but after this experience, I'll only shop at this location. It's people like these that make the world a happy place.

This is my go-to location for pet food and treats! My friend and I have been to multiple IB Pet locations in San Diego, and this one is the winner - the store is always very clean and well stocked, and every one of the employees is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We've always felt comfortable the entire time whenever we go there. They feature local customer's pets up on canvases on the wall - we met one of them (Tofu) there!Great selection of healthy and natural options across every category, and they make an effort to stock locally from local farms for products like goat's milk. Would love to see additional promotion of local products. They also have a really nice rewards program, and many of their brands have loyalty programs associated with them.This IB Pet was actually the only location we've been to that actually pointed out the rewards & loyalty programs - which was astonishing for us to learn about, given we had been to the Rancho San Diego location many times and had never been told about it previously - despite almost all of our typical purchases being eligible!Thank you for a great experience every time!

When I called to see if they had a specific dogfood in stock, they asked, "what kind do you need? We can add it to tonight's order and we'll call you tomorrow to let you know whether we got it in."They called me the next day at work and I picked up the 40 lb bag that night.Great customer service and almost $20 less than Amazon. This local shop is earning our business!

I come here to buy my dogs' food & whatever other necessities I need. I like that the staff is always very knowledgeable about the products they sell here. One time in particular when I went, this employee named Ray was super friendly & helpful. We left with smiles on our faces because her positive attitude was just so contagious. I'm sure she had an awesome smile even though we couldn't see it from beneath the mask.

Every time I go here the employees are so friendly and informative.Excellent healthy and homeopathic selection of foods, pet pest treatments and treats.If they don't have an item they will find it for you and have them hold it at another location.

The staff here are extremely friendly! This is one of those stores where you ask where something is and they will help find the exact one your dog needs as well as offer alternatives if that one doesn't work out. Jesse is THE awesome and has gone above and beyond in helping me find the right training harness for my dog.Me and my dog love going here. They have all sorts of different treats and a variety of good quality products. Definitely make a stop here to check out what they've got!

Our family loves this store. The staff is extremely friendly but not fake. For a local store the prices are great and I dont mind paying extra to support them. We are a military family and they offer a military dust which super rad. Love that they remember us when we go in. Theres a great selection of foods for all kinds of pets. They have good toys and leashes as well. My dogs have gotten into the front desk bones though some always end up buying more than we needed.

This was my 1st time in this store, the people in the store were super nice and really helpful, I currently have a sick cat and my vet recommended this store for some very special food, my wife and my self explained to the store people what was the issue and our cat situation and they took it from there, we got a lot of detail information regarding the different type of food and what will work better for our little kitty. They were really really helpful and supportive. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

Expensive, but will have things most other pet stores or supermarkets don't have, if you're willing to spend a little extra to not have to drive our of your way for specific feed, this is a good place
