these people need to do their inventory counts , i’ve checked for things on their website to see if they were in stock (no reason to go if they didn’t have what i needed) website says 2 in stock, but completely out of stock when i get to the store , not even an empty space for it ?? this has happened not one not twice but three times it’s ridiculous . i understand people steal and it isn’t registered in the system until you do your count but do your counts !!! i always see the same people there one the register and one pushing around a cart they are good workers and i understand it’s out of their control but , managers need to make time to fix this cuz it’s stupid and annoying .

I love the location. Close to the freeway. It is nice to be able to make purchases in town and not have to go into the bigger cities to get certain items I need. They carry a variety of things from household supplies, birthday cards, medicine, and best of all the well known Thrifty's ice cream. Staff is always very nice and attentive. The pharmacy sometimes takes a little while but that is the case in any pharmacy, especially at certain times of the day. I appreciate the ease of going through the drive thru pharmacy.

I went through the drive thru today luckily with only one car in front of me I had gone 4 times before for my same med and the wait was always over 10 mins so id leave . The wait was not long at all buuut when it came to be my turn i gave my DOB and the tech Maria that helped me was soooooo slow dragging her feet to get my medication she walked back to look then again to the computer back the look again. Its such a busy pharmacy and i understand that but you can see when the others are scrambling to get your prescription and when someone is just dragging themselves around.

If I could give a 0 I would it's the slowest pharmacy I have ever been at. I worked for Longs drugs store for 18 years. They need more help and a separate person for drive thru. Sunday the poor lady had to go back and forth

I know that they are doing there best and because there is no other pharmacy in town they have everyone.However..... maybe hire more techs to help customers?...Every time i have came there is one person runing back and forth between drive through and the inside window.its pretty ridiculous.Im not one to leave bad reviews but come on...

Habitually bad customer service in the pharmacy. Rest of the store is fine. It’s just the pharmacy. The “Walk-ins Welcome” sign needs to be taken down, because walk-ins are NOT welcome. Even when I go online and schedule an appointment, the wait time is ridiculous. More so is the defensive attitude from the clerk! Wow! I had already waited almost 40 minutes and decided to go get lunch. She started complaining about having to answer phones, handle the drive-through, take care of the line (three customers in almost 40 minutes). Whoa! She gets paid to be there. I don’t. This place has killed customer service. I will likely be transferring my prescription elsewhere.UPDATE (?): These responses like the owner cares are a joke. I was told to call, so I called, the poor guy on the phone didn't know what to do or say, and said someone would call within five days. No call.Because Save Mart's pharmacy has closed, I'm going to have to drive to Madera. I'm switching to Walgreens. This is ridiculous.

If I could give the pharmacy a zero I would. It’s the absolute worst pharmacy. It’s only open because it’s the only pharmacy left in town. You are 100% better off driving into Merced or Madera to get your prescription. They have a drive thru just for you to sit there for over 30 mins. They take days to fill a prescription even if it’s an antibiotic that is needed same day and they absolutely do not care about their customers.

This gem of a Rite Aid stands tall amongst the rest!First off, I am afraid of needles but the Pharmacy Manager Nikki was very kind and helped me feel at ease. The overall cleanliness was good and I felt as though my concerns were heard and put to rest. I got both my vaccine shots here and will return for my booster shot when it becomes available to me. 👍Thanks for taking care of me Rite Aid, special thanks to Nikki for helping me conquer my fear of needles! 🙏

Check your receipts, they would donate your change without even telling you to “KIDCENTS CONTRIBUTION” , they donated 90 cents when I paid with my card. Imagine how many people they have done this too, bunch of scumsI didn’t use a number or account

The male pharmacist is extremely rude. Been here 3 different times in 2 days because they kept saying my prescription would be ready at certain times. This is my 4th time coming and it’s still not ready. This has been happening for a couple of months now. I’m definitely switching pharmacies

I can tell you they refuse to answer questions over the phone regarding refunds, pricing, or services they offer. Asked if they would replace a phone charging cord I purchased that doesn't work employee said "no" then before I can ask about faxing services just said thank you and goodbye. Nice job.

Pharmacy Drive Thru they take Forever and Terrible Customer Service people should understand thst ALL OF US have other things to do and not be on a drive thru line for 20 minutes or more they shpuld have more Common Sense and fix this issues. Only to find out the Medicine wasn't Ready. 🙈

Same here. I was there with Larry and the service is terrible. I have to stand in a long line with sick people for over 10 mins. I always come to the this rite because the local pharmacy has closed and rite aid doesn't seem like it has the ability to handle the number of customers. The stuff is rude and one girl went on her break and just left...I stood there for atleast 5 mins til someone helped. Anyways I hope things improve so I don't have to travel to Madera.

Very disappointed with the pharmacy technician she accused me of forging a signature for prescription and when I told her how I talk to the doctor and took it back to get it signed before the doctor's office closed she didn't believe me and said that she would call the cops on me cuz it's a federal crime for forging a doctor's signature on a prescription and she kept accusing me of it when it wasn't even true so I had to have the doctor's office call the next day and it happened to be the day that that the pharmacy technician wasn't working so she accused me for nothing I will not be going back to Rite Aid for anything to do with the pharmacy. Cuz I'm getting tired of getting accused of stuff that's not even true and she kept throwing it down my throat like it was okay to harass me about it. After I explained to her that I had talked to the doctor.

It's like a miniature WalMart, but without the hordes of people and goods strewn all over the place. Store was clean and I found everything I needed, from smartphone chargers to food to sinus medication. They have ice cream by the scoop, too.
