Super friendly staff, Walked in and Immediately got greeted! My dog smells amazing, Her breath isn’t so stinky anymore either, they gave her a tooth brush to take and a bandanna, they trimmed her nails, trimmed her tail down a bit and gave her a good o’ wash will be returning for sure, Thank you Lexy for treating my Pam great at the Spa!

I have been bringing my dog to The Paw Spa for a little over a year now. My dog always looks great and I know she is well taken care of there. The prices are affordable and there are many services to choose from. The website makes it easy to set and pick an appointment, then a confirmation text will be received several days prior to the appointment.I would give 5 stars if there wasn't a condescending tone and a lecture every time I brought my dog in for an appointment. The owner seems to pick on every little thing, but I brought my dog home after one appointment and there were two ticks on her that were clearly visible. That's the type of information I would definitely like to know.This last time may have been my last straw. The owner had the audacity to tell me that I should come in more often than every 4 months. Hello?! It wasn't even open because of something called Covid-19, then I couldn't get in for an appointment for a month.

I was extremely impressed with there customer service, Kim was busy but yet she took the time to book me in to have my Sadie's nails trimmed. I am new to this area so I am very happy that this friendly business is here. Plus I love doing my business locally. The lady that did my Sadie's nails was friendly and professional.

This place cares about you and your pets experience and makes sure you have your next appointment set before you leave. And will also load your dog for you if you can’t! So, if you have elderly parents, it will be the most convenient service they would receive!

Bad form. Kim was very rude to me and downed me for not having my dog neuteredMy dog has a very rare marking and I plan on breeding him and as I was trying to explain it she just kept making me sound like a bad person for it. And when I didn't want to leave from his side she tightened up the strap around his waist so much that his belly was all the way up into his spine. And his weight brought the back end of the table down. SorryBut if your new to a being ur experience is out the door due to the simple fact that not all animals will behave in the same manner as the others . I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO HAS A EMOTIONAL COMPANION. KIM DOES NOT HAVE COMPASSION. She thinks she knows everything ...🤬🤬🤬😡

Kim is an awesome groomer. Our little dog has seizures when stressed out but never have had a problem since taking her to Paw Spa. Reasonable prices and wonderful people.

I have a Rough Collie and after 7 other places that were horrible to just ok, we found the Paw Spa-Grooming. She does an absolutely perfect job on my dogs, couldn't ask for better.
