We are so happy that this new store has come to the neighborhood. It looks very nice and new. There is a great selection of products and attractive produce. The prices generally much better than the nearby Albertsons but not as low as Aldi or Winco. Try the fresh made Salsa in the corner near the Deli counter.

Excellent store. I shop there 3 2/4 times a weekAll the staff is friendly and amazing and they go above and beyond On everything I'd like to give a shout out to your deli department. Employees, they're amazing. They make the best custom sandwiches and burritos. Diana. Ashton. Flora. And the deli manager and his staff, I don't know all their names yet. I'd like to give a shout out to the meat department as well.All the butchers, And the meat manager And all his staff. I'm going to miss Steve, but for when I was told he's in store 200. I'd like to give a shout out to all the cashiers that I've gotten to know as well as the courtesy clerks once again. A pristine addition to the Eastvale Chino border. This is one of the first large market stores in the preserve town center. Fresh paint and warm greetings by the store employee makes it a pleasant experience as of now. The variety is amazing for organic foods. The store has hit all the right spots for the first week it has been here. Will shop here more often going forward and hope it doesn’t lose its shine.

I love this Stater Bros and how clean and well kept it looks. Yesterday on 2/27 I had an amazing customer service experience with Muhammad T. he had great customer service skills and patience with me as I was new to ordering fresh cut deli meat. I will definitely be back! Thank you Muhammad for your amazing customer service!

The employees were extremely helpful. I was in a lot of pain when I went in, which increased as I shopped. They unloaded my cart for me and said they would be happy to help me with my shopping any time so that I could use a riding cart and loaded my purchases into the car.

Our recent Sunday visit to this supermarket in our neighborhood was disappointing and surprising. We drive extra miles because we like this location. Despite its clean and fresh ambiance, the latest experience fell short.The cashier (name withheld) was abrupt and pushy about getting the groceries on the belt and the cart through. She was unengaging and showed little interest in customer service. Furthermore, the baggers mishandled our groceries, placing delicate items like eggs beneath heavy bottles. Ultimately, we had to bag our groceries.Overall, it was a disappointing and surprising experience, given we frequent this location.

Well, they started off good but now I’m noticing that the bakery has moldy pies and the fruit area has spoiled strawberries and cream cups! It’s disgusting and disappointing. Not to mention they seldom have fresh ready meals out… I’m nervous about eating ready to eat food from this store. Do better!

Stater Bros. Markets have redefined and become inclusive of a lot of international food, especially in the fresh vegetables and fruits section. Most of their stores carry dedicated sections for fresh bakery, fresh fruits, fresh sushi as well as continuing with prime butchery meats and hot food. Their staff is ever so pleasant and helpful.

Hector G is an excellent manager! He has helped me twice on occasion where I felt like his service went above and beyond, representing Stater Bros with the utmost professionalism. Give that man a raise!

I find this store to be out of stock of their own brand products often such as their sour dough bread (loaf) and their own branded Tortilla chips. Two things I buy regularly. Tonight, however, was the ultimate failure. They didn't have a single Valentines day card in the entire store. They had flowers galore but no cards. I asked an employee where they were and she directed me back to the card aisle where I had already looked. If they were in a designated area then even their own employees were unaware. I was looking forward to this store opening because of its close proximity to the Preserve. I even like the self checkout now that I've gotten the hang of it. But I'll likely return to driving the few extra minutes to the Staters on Schaefer from now on.

Nice store. Convenient. But cant use it as my main grocery store. The grocery bingo game gets tiresome. The weekly “sales” where you have to buy 4 of something to get the lower price make it impossible to just go to the store and buy the same things and have a budget. Rather just go to costco or sams club where the prices are more certain and not so volatile.

Horrible experience with customer service and self checkout attendant on Thursday 01/25/24 around 8:00pm. My friend and I were buying snacks and I used a self check out and scanned one item, I moved over to my friend's self checkout next to me after he told me he would pay for all the items. We left after we checked out and we were half way to our vehicle when the worker stormed out of the entrance and started shouting at us across the parking lot asking if we paid for our bag of chips. How ridiculous and unprofessional of this woman to start shouting at me and accusing me of stealing chips for no reason. I've worked retail for years and never chased someone out of the store and shouted at them accusing them of essentially stealing. Maybe revisit your training of employees.

Great supermarket I found everything I need here and more .. my son’s hard to get bulk diapers .. all my mom’s hard to get veggies and fruits .. this place has dill I can’t believe it 🤣 .. their peeled garlic is the one to get forget Ralph’s or sprout’s .. I used to go to multiple places to get what we need .. this place has it all .. well not everything they don’t have our favorite kefir milk brand and if they done have Halal meat 😅 in Shaa Allah they have it .. if they did you won’t find a parking spot! .. the bakery is great I got two cakes and both were perfect! Tres leche is to die for .. the ladies at the bakery and the ones stocking the merchandise are super heroettes .. this place rocks!

NOW ACCEPTING WIC!(No self check - regular lines only)I am giving five stars because this store clearly went through the bad reviews and made the necessary changes. For example, a previous reviewer listed an employee as rude and pictured them. I found out today that employee has been transferred for reasons that couldn't be stated but what seemed like rude customer service as explained to me in a professional way without giving information that would violate the privacy of the employee.I would also like to note that the new day self-checkout clerks are phenomenal. The store now accepts WIC but only in the regular lines and I was very grateful that the self-checkout clerks were willing to finalize my transaction on their computer rather than rudely explain the machines don't take WIC and my only option is to wait in line, unbag, and scan again as was included in my original complaint regarding the transferred employee. Today I learned I was right, she could have suspended and finalized but decided to be rude and lazy.If you live in the Preserve and had a bad experience in the past, I ask you to please give this location a chance again. They really are accepting the feedback and going above and beyond to improve based on public reviews.This was my 3rd visit since opening as the bad experience was on my 1st ever trip. 2nd trip was near closing for one item and they were nice which was my deciding factor in going back today. As they say, 3rd time's the charm.With that being said, you've officially won me over from Ontario Ranch and I will be sure to spread positive word of mouth to my neighbors.. Please ensure your staff doesn't contribute to locals choosing to commute back to your competing sites again due to lack of work ethic and unprofessionalism. Looking forward to my next shopping trip.

I am absolutely impressed with this new store. It's absolutely gorgeous, well built, spacious and attracts you to all the right things. I got a burrito today, and it SLAPS so hard. ♡ Thank you so much for making my lunch today! As an Instacart and UberEats driver with severe Colitis. I thank you for having an easily accessible restroom and a fresh meals station. My stop here was absolutely worth it.

Hello! Upon entering the beautiful store I was greeted by a manager Jonathan Y. Little did I know he would help me later, when he was off, as I had ran out of gas. He waited with me until help arrived and put the gas in my car and made sure my car and myself made it safely to the gas station down the street. It nice to know that at Stater Bros, culture of caring about the community they serve is not just during business hours. Thank you again !’

Based on your description, it seems that this particular Stater Bros. location doesn't match the friendly and helpful service attitude you've experienced at other branches. Despite its new and attractive appearance, the staff at this specific location doesn't seem as accommodating as you'd expect from Stater Bros.
