Employees very dismissive and carried on talking knowing I needed assistance with 2 other employees, on personal stuff. My first time here, the personality of a small business showed, I had to wait til they were done to ask questions or get assistance, and even then, they continued talking and took their time. The girl at the desk was very unprofessional when on the phone with me, I know the place is behind a house, but I expected more professionalism none the less. Item purchased was good quality and price

This place rocks! Everyone I spoke with was kind and welcoming and Faith did a great job helping us out with bails of straw for a local Halloween event. Her and Antoni were a great help and had refreshing attitudes. Would highly recommend R&L for your feed and things needs.

This place is really nice and affordable. The inside is very organized, and they have almost everything you need. I was surprised because the exterior gave me a different impression. The employees are very professional, and they know what they’re doing. I recommend it over any other feed store in the inland empire. They also have the cutest dog ever. The place is worth going there just because of the dog. My only concern that was the hay, it is very pointy and it doesn’t seem to be very safe for small animals, my bunny got poked in the eye and now he has a really big infection, cost me a ton of money in vet bills. This is never happened before with any other type of hay that I buy anywhere else.

Place was great. I needed hay for my African spurred tortoise "Flash" hes like 115lbs. Was my first time having to go buy it for him. They help me pick the hay, explained the prices, loaded it up for me and we were good. Very friendly, two thumbs up here 👍👍.

First off, I just wanted to thank Julia for being so Awesome as a person and as a professional individual who has such a genuine heart for customers. You just don't find that everywhere nowadays. R&L Feed is a Great place when it comes to your animal needs. Nice friendly atmosphere not like your corporate company owned places that only care for profit. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Some of the nicest staff there is!! Customer service is amazing and they really help you out a lot :) cute farm animals are sold here as well, such as rabbits or chicks. There is a wide selection of animal care products, ranging from cheap hay to horse halters. The hay is so cheap here and that's the main reason I come here to shop! They let you get a trash bag full of hay for only a dollar and you can bring your own trash bag if you want ^^ It's so convenient to buy some cheap, good quality hay for my small animals 😊👍👍

I love this old style feed store. They are knowledgeable and a great resource for all thing concerning livestock. I recently changed feed for my horses because Neutrena has stopped delivery to small guys like R & L. I go to Tractor Supply when I have to but i worry about the day that we are all shopping at publicly traded businesses and entrepreneurs can no longer compete. Tractor Supply hires employees. R&L’s employees are nutritionists and experts on the products they actually use themselves. Easy choice. They love their customers. I so appreciate them.

Very kind people who work and own this store , always have the information I need when I ask questions , very attentive to help , and everyone always has a smile on their face when talking about eachother's animals or tips to help guide healthy happier animals. This place is great! Good quality food for great prices. Even got our 40lbs dog food for $5 cheaper than Amazon and a bag of Timothy hay thats usually $20 at petco is only $6 here!
