I bring my nervous rescue pup here to get groomed by Alysha. She is the only groomer that’s been able to get him comfortable enough to grind his nails so he doesn’t scratch up my babygirl. He always leaves so happy and handsome. We even get compliments walking out of the store! The grooming team on Wednesday 4/10 was amazing!! Julia was so friendly checking in Marvin and Alysha made sure to confirm exactly what kind of haircut I want and welcome us in! Highly recommended these two!

Aly is such an amazing groomer! Our morkie is very nervous around strangers but is always happy to see Aly. We have had issues with other groomers in the past not listening to how we want Molly trimmed and the issues we have had with her nail length and our thin skin. Aly gets our fur baby looking adorable and her nails so soft and rounded to prevent her scratching us! Thank you Petco for hiring such a good groomer!!

From the front door entrance to the cash register the employees are friendly and courteous, quick to help you find your items, the store is VERY clean and well stocked with pet supplies, food, snacks, toys, pets looking for a home and so much more!!! A wonderful experience!!!!

"I visited the store on 2/4/2024 with the intention of inquiring about prescription cat food. While waiting in the checkout lane, I approached the store clerk, George, to ask about the availability of the product. Unfortunately, George's demeanor was extremely rude. He curtly informed me that the store does not carry prescription pet food and swiftly turned his attention to the customer behind me. Despite my attempts to ask additional questions and request the use of the restroom, George dismissed me, stating that the restroom was not accessible to customers. He then directed me towards the exit, announcing to the customer behind me that I was not making a purchase. This behavior was unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected and ignored."

I took my morkie in for grooming today hopefully he will look like a teddy bear now he looks like donkey. It was the worse cut ever and they overcharged for the service that they based just shaved him down. The cut were all uneven, stray hairs everywhere, and both ears looked uneven. This groomer, Alysha, need to go back for a major re-training. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO COME HERE FOR GROOMING.

There was literally no one at the checkout counters for like 10 minutes. Turns out Nicholas left his position without informing any of his coworkers. Very disappointing because usually the other staff is very friendly and attentive.

Very disappointing customer service. My husband and I bought an acquarium and all the supplies from this Petco to give my son 3 goldfish for his 3rd birthday. Unfortunately, the first fish died right away. My husband went back on the morning of my son’s birthday to exchange the fish under their 30 day guarantee and the store issued a refund but were “too busy” to just give us the fish which were supposed to be for our son’s birthday later that day. After spending 500 dollars on equipment to give him a nice surprise Petco totally let us down.

I had a very disappointing experience here with your employee George ... I was asking him for information regarding my Vital Rewards and he brushed me off and continued to walk past me and told me "im not a cashier you need to go to the register" why work there if you're not familiar with what petco has to offer?

Was able to acquire a new little friend who is doing quite well. Tank was quite affordable and there was plenty of accessories to choose from. Only gripe I had was the food for the little guy wasnt added to my bag so I'll have to swing by again to grab it again.

Nice job on clipping our puppy, but I told them I didn't want nail buffing and the did it anyways and charged the extra $ 12.00 that goes with it. Nice upsell. You got no tip this time.Not sure if we will go back.

Not resourceful at all!! I took my baby pup for his first time groom & the groomers said he wasn’t able to be groomed because he wasn’t letting himself be touched on the face. He was impatient & barking. So they denied service when the pup is only 6 months old & was just feeling nervous. You guys should be more open & helpful rather than just dismissing the customers!

We waited a long time to be served and when it was finally our turn to be served they were rude and very rude, I was as nice as possible but they didn't even try to help us. We wanted to buy a guinea pig but they were inside their houses and we couldn't see them, we asked for help to move their house a bit and choose a color but they said they could only do it if we did the paperwork to adopt them, we answered yes but we wanted to see them and He said no and left, he left my children there and that bothered me a lot, I left the store and we are on our way to PetSmartWe did not take the name but it was the men on Sunday, May 29 at 5:30 p.m.

Anita has groomed our Lexcee for 8 plus years. Lexcee loves Anita and so do we. She has a great combination of excellent customer service and doggie knowledge. I wouldn't take Lexcee to any one else. Also Lexcee looks so adorable after grooming and we think Lexcee knows it because of the way she prances around when we take her home.Thank you Anita and Petco

Horrible service as soon as I walked in the grooming station. Waited to get service and the main lady had an attitude right away asking me quote "what do you want". Could tell she was frustrated with the dog she was working on. I entered with my small dog and the dog she was having issues with was barking uncontrollable at my dog. Workers did nothing to fix this . She walked away and said I can't do nothing until he calms down. She doesn't seem to be the right person for that job. I saw how they acted and treated the dogs and said that I was going to go somewhere else. I would not recommend this place and feel like I have dodged a bullet by not proceeding. Go at your own risk but I will not.

My go to store to stock up on all my pet supplies and grooming services for my Yorkie. Friendly and helpful staff and the groomers always do a close to perfect prescion cut that I always get complimented on and the price is really affordable.

I receive emails that tell me of specials. I was able to get my item online and pickup in store. That gave me a 20% discount. I arrived early because I knew the store would be closing soon. My order was not ready, but the cashier told me she would get it immediately, and she did. The service was friendly and quick.

Great customer service! I was looking for some fish food. Not only did the young man show me what I needed, but educated me on how much to feed my fish and also how often. I love that he took the time to make sure that I got what I needed. I love when employees take pride in their work.. I'll definitely be back. And I highly recommend this Petco.
