I came in under the impression that they closed at 5 according to the Google Maps page only to find out they closed at 430 and it was 4:15 when I arrived. When I mentioned this to the desk person, she understood and made the effort to help me even though she was cleaning up for the day. I was able to use their self wash station and she trimmed my dog's nails. She was very friendly and helped me get everything I needed. My Chihuahua is really squirmy when her nails get trimmed but she was still able to give her a quick clip without much of a fuzz. I really like this place. I used to bring my spaniels twice a year for like 14+ years. I have never had a bad experience and their prices are fair.💯 Recommend

Reasonably priced and they do a great job grooming my husky! Been taking my dogs here for years and there isn't a thing I could complain about.

Thank you Doggie Mat you've been taking care of all my babies since 2009 I believe 1st my Papa RIP 12/3/17 then Kia and Ruby our poor Ruby Rue RIP 5/20/19 and now our new baby girl Nuggie also our 😺's Eiko RIP 10/12/18 and her sister Aucky we trust with your flea treatments and everything that you provide when I've fell on hard times you still helped me out me and my roommate appreciate your care God bless you 💚💚💚

The staff is super nice! My dog hates water and they didn't have any issues with her. They ask for a four hours but my dog was done in 2. My dog looked Soo good and she smelled amazing but not too strong. And they gave her a cute little bandana around her neck. I paid $55.00 they also have a self service wash station where you pay $15.00

Took my dog to this place the place seemed dingy upon arrival not to mention several dogs loose without a least running around, still I left my senior dog there because they assure me they could handle his needs. Upon pick up I noticed something was off with him he keeps going in circles as if his balance was off he didn't wanted to walk and keep crying I asked them about it and they told me he was likely just tired and nervous, they will not release him or let me see it until I had paid so I noticed only after giving them my money almost $100, $700 bucks of hospital vet bills later plus meds as I had to rush him to the vet because he was so dissoriented he started falling on his side , the vet said it was possible he had either fallen off their table or someone smacked him hard enough to cause his inner ear drum to be affected , thankfully he is fine now but needless to say you gotta be Uber careful with bringing your pwt to this place , awful service. Awful care and awful grooming. Btw the one thing I had asked them to do which was to clean the face well they didn't do on account of him not cooperating ... I wonder if this was before or after they misstreated my baby

Been taking our doggies there for years the owner is amazing she writes down your preferences on a card and is very accurate with her estimates as to time to pick up. Always get so many compliments when people see our puppies after doggy map. Makes you proud to take your doggies for a walk.

First time going, on a busy Saturday they took my dogs in at 1130. They both were finished around 2:30 and when we picked them up they smelled great, looked great, and were shiny, my kids were there and were so happy. The workers were really nice. And price was reasonable too!

Self wash station is perfect when the weather is too cold for your pups. $15 is cheaper than some petco locations.

I love the staff here, they are so friendly, always happy and they're love for animals is amazing! They always do an amazing job with my dog, I wouldn't take him any where else. I live in Corona on Green River and they are so worth the drive!

Great place to take your pet. I take my saint bernard periodically and they always treat him very well and he always comes out looking great! I believe I pay $60.00 for his session. It includes cut, bath, nail trim, and i believe they slightly clean his ears. I've never had issues with injuries or allergic reactions and I've been coming for almost 10 years.

Doggie Mat is a great place to take your canine companion for a trim and more. My family has been bringing our pets for more than a decade now and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is super friendly, they work hard to make sure your pet is well cared for as well. When my father was sick and we were at the hospital with him. The staff was kind enough to offer to care for my dog for an evening so that we would not have to be away from his bedside.The Doggie mat also offers a self service using their facilities to bathe your pet. Bottom line, you won't be disappointed.

I use to take prince to another groomer. I wanted to try someone different for personal reasons. I found this place and was so happy for their service. The staff is very friendly and they did an amazing job on prince. He also smelled amazing. I have returned several times now and get the same experience. Thank you guys so much.

Just took my German Shepherd in and self-groomed her for only $15! I love this option. They helped me lift her into the tub, and gave me a bib, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, ear cleaner and cotton balls. When you're done you blow-dry them with the superfast air machine. Prob took me 30-45 mins, and again, only $15.You just can't beat that.Thanks ladies!

Today started as a not so great day, after calling literally every petco and petsmart in the I.E. they all told me they couldnt take walk ins and or they didnt have a cat groomer which was ridiculous. I found this place on yelp, after reading some good and some bad reviews i decided to give it a try. And it turned outThe bad reviews were total b.s. on here just angry people not getting it their way -____- Thank you for accomodating my kitty as a walk in. This was a very easy process. Even though they were very busy, as i saw when i walked in they took very good care of my kitty. And i Just finished picking up my kitty SMOKEY. He smells great and was well behaved according to the friendly staff there. I definetly will be coming back. Thanks guys for taking very well care of my kitty and making it possible to take walk ins.!!! 😊😊😊

I use to work here Tara and her daughter Kelly are terrible managers and don't know how to professionally handle situations. I was fired for requesting more hours after told I would receive them. Then when I go to confront them about it they just get aggressive and yell over me without giving me a chance to talk. The daughter (kelly) through a phone at me out of anger and the mother (tara) gave my tax return papers to someone else (witch is illegal) they're irrational feminist that think everybody is wrong but them.
