What a terrible pharmacy. The pharmacist here is beyond horrible. I understand that she is losing business and gets upset at her patients for transferring out, but maybe she needs to reflect and look at how she approaches them to figure out why they are transferring out. Please at least attempt to hide the fact that you think of everyone as money/business. And please stop talking over patients. It’s not professional. I won’t say her name, but I do wish that she can read this comment and reflect on how she’s being portrayed to her patients.

The pharmacist here is extremely unprofessional. Apparently if they do not have a prescription and it’s on back order they are not “obligated or required to inform a customer”. When I ask for a supervisor I’m advised to call corporate and I was told good luck. Based off these other complaints you don’t take this seriously as a company. Especially since the pharmacist was actually forceful in requesting I write a review and call corporate. And refused to give me the name of any supervisor I could speak to. Stay away from rite aid, they do not care.

The pharmacy here is trash don't waste your time coming here these ppl don't like to do there job I've always had a problem coming here they text me last time telling me my medication is ready then he says oh pharmacist isn't here to sign me off I had to go back after 30 minutes . I had another incident and today another 3 strikes I'm out need to find a pharmacy that is willing to help not just say oh call your doctor and ask him what he prescribed you I said u can't call him she says NO!!! I wanted to be very disrespectful but I had to just leave and never go back this what I get for keep on insisting with trash ppl like this.

Every experience I have had at this Rite Aid location has been positive; from prescription order pick-up to immunizations to greeting cards and their well-stocked personal care products, this Rite Aid gets an A+. I always receive prompt, professional, caring, friendly and compassionate service from every member of the team!

Prior to moving to Chino Hills, I had been going to the same pharmacy for 15 years. There was never any personal attention nor did I often see the same pharmacists working. That's what makes my experience with Rite Aid Soquel Canyon different. Johnny is my favorite pharmacist. He remembers my name EVERY time and bends over backwards to help in any way he can. It gives me that "hometown" feel every time I visit the pharmacy. Truly extraordinary!

This Pharmacy never fills controlled substance prescriptions. I tried this Pharmacy 3 times, as this was closer to my home than CVS near my work. But, each time their excuse was the same, that is “we don’t have it in stock and we can’t order it”, while of course other Pharmacies clearly could and did. Save yourself the headache and fill it somewhere else. I certainly didn’t have time to do back and firth anymore between this Pharmacy and my doctor’s office.

Did an appointment for covid vaccine here and showing up 10 mins before schedule but have to wait and reserve 1hr free time here based on how busy they are and if you are luck without any others people in front of you. what's kind of management. waste of time for appointment. If I know, I won't schedule any appointment here. I rather drive a little more to save my time.
