I highly recommend Quiet Pet's Grooming in Chino Hills for all pet owners! My dogs, Douglas and Ramsey, absolutely love coming here. The staff is super friendly and incredibly accommodating, making every visit a pleasant experience.I'm delighted to say that they do an exceptional job in grooming my dogs, and what's even more impressive is that they have never once hurt them during the process.After having terrible experiences at grooming places in Pasadena and Downtown Los Angeles, we made the switch to Quiet Pet's Grooming, and I don't mind making the drive because they truly do such a fantastic job! Prices are also reasonable.

Excellent work. We brought our corgi in for a bath, trim, teeth brushing, nail trimming, they did a great job. The last place we went to wasn't that great but this place does really good work, we will be back soon!

We LOVE quties! They always do such a good job with our super fur balls. Also very reasonably priced for having a husky/malamute. They have always come back so perfectly clean and smelling soo good. Expect it to take some extra time if you have large dogs.

They do a great job on grooming your babies 🐾🐶Yesie(young lady at front desk) is very professional, sweet, and kind, especially to your pets,which makes you feel very comfortable. The staff was very professional and very caring with my Maltipoo, who was madded up and had so and stickers after leaving her on a weekend getaway with My dog sitter. I was in tears to see her eyes shut with the amount of neglect and just a matter of days. But they really took care of her and made her look as cute as ever. I will definitely come back to visit. I was a first time and a last time customer here. Brought my cat and 2 little dogs to get groomed on Saturday because the owner Jean stated my cat would only be $45 for a bath, nail trim and sani cut. When I arrived to drop the animals off, I was greeted with a smile and everything seemed to be going well. I was told my 2 dogs would be ready in 3 hours and it would be $48 per dog, plus an additional $5 because they had fleas. I got a call 6 hours later stating the dogs were "difficult to handle" when I had already explained to the shop it was their first time at the groomers, but I was charged an additional $9 per dog because of this. However, that's not the worst part. My cat was COMPLETELY shaven and got a "lion's cut" instead of what I asked for AND was told the haircut would now be $75! It took a good 10 minutes of arguing back and forth with the owner to admit agree was at fault, but I was still charged $60! Winter is right around the corner and now I have to wrap my cat in a sweater so he doesn't freeze. I feel terrible for him now and I will never bring him or any of my animals back here again. Not sure how this place got a 5 star review on Yelp as they are extremely deceptive on prices and straight up con artists! Highly unorganized and unprofessional.

We’ve been bringing our dog here for some time. It used to be much better, it became sooo bad that the last two visits were terrible, uneven hair, the cut is not what we wanted and asked for. When said something about it they got defensive and rude. Never again! Trust me, you and you pet better off somewhere else.

Quite Pets does amazing dog grooming. My second time here and I’ve book in advance for the entire year. They are excellent at what they do. I take my Sasha in for a hair cut and she is returned to me with style! The groomer had to cut my pet all the way down because she was matted due to wearing a surgical outfit and much to my surprise she still came out looking like a cutie. I don’t have to recommend because the volume of customers speaks for itself. I am so glad I found this amazing shop.

I’m loving the friendly service and so are my pups. Staff is caring and kind, I feel that they treat my animals as if they were their own. I appreciate that SO SO much! My dogs are not scared upon walking into Qutie Pets unlike other groomers.Qutie Pets has done a great job grooming my Yorkies. I’m always so surprised when they call to let me know my dogs are ready to come home. Service is quick, efficient, and the price is right. So happy to support this business.

I love bringing our fur-baby here. They are always very nice and considering that pup won’t usually go with just anyone, I’m at ease when she just walks to the back to be cleaned. She comes home so clean and pretty. They were done with her when they said they would done and I appreciate that, and so great full they are open on Sundays.

I walked in to inquire about pricing and check the place out. I immediately liked the vibe of the place and the staff was upbeat and friendly. But the best part is the Groomer (I think his name is Steve) did a MAGNIFICENT job on my dog. She is a Havanese/Poodle. I’ve never had a dog that required so much grooming. I took her to a few places to find one I liked. I was so unhappy with all 3 groomers. One cut her too short; another simply shaved her and shaved her hair all the way down to her skin on her front leg! Another one complained she was “a cry baby” (really?) I tried to avoid taking her in as often by giving her weekly baths, blow drying, conditioning, daily brushing - so much work! But this place seemed different and they had an opening so I ended up letting them bathe and groom her. I loved her “look” and she wasn’t as stressed out as she was when I got her from other places. I didn’t think this was going to be so hard, but there are so many “uncaring”Groomers out there. I’m so grateful I found Qutie Pets!

First & last time here. I came because of the good reviews but I guess I should have paid more attention to the bad reviews. My lab got a bath, nail trim, ears and teeth cleaned. I picked him up and he looked good even had an Easter bandana. I went to take him out of the car and there's blood all over my seats! They cut one of his nails so short that he was bleeding! Some of the hair around the pad was stained so it's been bleeding for awhile. I called and the lady at the front said "oh no I'm sorry to hear that, his nails shouldn't have been cut. I hear starch makes the bleeding stop" I said well I paid for the nail trim I'm not mad about that, I'm mad that you cut them way too short and he's bleeding. She said "I'm sorry he's bleeding and I'll make a note for them not to cut them short for next time"Really? You hurt my dog and that's the best you got? I'll make a note? COOL. Why wouldn't you make mention of it when I pick my dog up or were you banking on me not figuring it out? Not like there aren't nerves in his nails or anything! Like the other 1 star reviews, make note to STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE.

This was my first time going to Qutie Pets. The environment was amazing, staff was very nice, and the place was clean. My dog is 6 months old and this was his first time getting a full groom. I told the staff how I wanted his haircut and Qutie Pets Grooming left my Bruno looking so handsome!! I recommend this place to any pet owner!

100% satisfied customer here. Recently took my 12 yr old yorkie in to Qutie Pets in Chino Hills, and without a doubt will be returning with my dog and business again. The shop is conveniently located off the 71 Freeway in Chino Hills at the Chino Hills Marketplace. The shop is clean and new, and the staff/stylist are experienced, quick, professional and very friendly and customer service driven. My dog was smiling ear to ear when I picked him up. Thanks again for everything, and we'll see you again soon!

Fantastic experience with Qutie pet grooming services! Jean (the owner) took my cat same day, and had her beautified in an hour and a half. Her prices were surprisingly reasonable in spite of her superior service. 10/10 would absolutely recommend for all your pet grooming needs!

When I dropped my Yorkie off here for a trim, she had ZERO ailments. Upon picking her up she had this huge gash on her head!I then spent the rest of the day at the emergency room and $543 dollars on my poor baby to get THREE STITCHES.After 15 minutes of dropping my dogs off, the owner called me to tell me this was on my dogs head. The owner said this didn't happen at their place, when there is no way it could have happened anywhere else. My dogs are house dogs, who only sleep and cuddle all day.I am not sure what they did between the 15 minutes of me dropping my dogs off and me picking them up for my dog to have a huge gash on her head, but I urge you NOT to take your dogs here. There was zero accountability.
