Marissa did an awesome job with our almost 10 yr old husky piper. Piper can be a bit fear aggressive and snappy and we’ve had a hard time getting her groomed. Marissa kept us updated as well. We are very pleased and feel pleased that we found a groomer for piper. We definitely recommend her!

It is sad to see people give this place one star because I truly think it is a 5 star experience. I have two big dogs and one is full of anxiety. She’s never had issues with baths, so I failed to express how much anxiety she could have because I didn’t anticipate any issues. Well, my girl made a stink. We’ve taken her back twice now to try and have a good spa day. It’s a work in progress but Sierra is incredibly patient. The staff here are all really nice and everyone wants to see dogs leave happy, I think. Oh, and they have duck hearts. My dogs go nuts for those duck hearts. Never thought that would be a treat I would buy, but here we are; buying duck hearts. I met more groomers during my girls nail appointment today and they joined in on celebrating getting her nails completely trimmed for the first time. I am embarrassed that our dog isn’t perfectly mannered and everyone here makes it easier to be ok with work in progress. If you wish your dog a happy spa day and some tasty treats then this place is the spot to go to.Just one edit: specifically for Sierra, thank you. Thank you for making it easy for my dogs! This specific groomer is patient, gentle, and full of reassurances. Everything a scared dog needs to be confident they won’t lose their toes.

Grooming service was exceptional. We took him to get cleaned up for his Birthday, and they did a wonderful job. So friendly and gentle with him. I trusted leaving him there and the pricing was reasonable. He has a chicken allergy and they gave us samples of oils to add to his dry food to help with his dry and itchy skin. They have birthday cookies inside AND ice cream. What a wonderful place to treat and spoil your fur babies!

We took our small dog to be groomed here on several occasions. Our groomer was Emma. She always did an amazing job! We were sad to move out of town and lose her as a groomer. I would highly recommend this store and specifically Emma for your grooming needs. Our dog loved going to see her and always left looking adorable. Thank you Emma!

Very friendly staff. I was looking for a harness for my American Bulldog. They took the time to help me and fit a couple to my dog. I liked one of them more than the other, so I bought it! And, my dog got a couple tasty treats for being such a good girl! Cute little shop, packed with everything your pet could need!! They also carry CBD products for your furry friend!

Absolutely wonderful and kind staff. I brought my dog in for a nail trim and they made so easy, in and out. I told them he was nervous but for the first time his tail didn't go between his legs. The groomer took him back without me and I could still hear them being so kind and sweet reassuring my pup it was ok and he was a good boy. This will be the only place I take my dog for now on. Thank you groomer Lou and the rest of the staff!

I did not have a great experience with this company. I have been a long standing customer with this company, but that didn't seem to matter at all.As a loyal customer, I was actually told to leave the store because I could not wear a mask for medical reasons. Curbside was not an option for me as a customer, as I needed to shop for myself. I take their actions of not allowing me in their store as discriminating, especially since they did not respect my medical handicap of not being able to wear a mask. They continue to ban me from their store. I highly suggest if you are one to value your rights, especially medical ones, consider whether it would be worth supporting them, especially if you have a medical handicap.

I like the workers at Trailblazer Pet Supply. The one woman I talked to has a very upbeat personality. My dogs were out of their food and they're the only pet food place that carries the brand I feed them anywhere near me. I normally order their food on line but it was late getting delivered. I got to the business with only a minute left and they let me get the food. I really don't like having to give the dogs other food, it gives them upset stomachs. I was very happy when I was able to feed them their usual food and not worry. I recommend this place.

My favorite pet store in Chico! The employee I talked to was very polite and knowledgeable. I was able to get a CBD oil to help my cat calm down for a 6 hour move and a harness so she can go to the bathroom at stops. They also had a great selection of other pet products :)

Our family just got a puppy and we were looking for a good pet store for our little dog. This place is really great, not over priced compared to PetSmart. They have a dog groomer and some fun weird stuff like dried duck heads! The staff here was polite and friendly and knew what to recommend after we told them what kind of dog we had and what his personality was like. We'll come back.

Friendly staff that seems to really love animals. Katie in the grooming area does a great job with my staffy's nails. She's caring and goes slow if my pup isn't feeling it. Great selection of high quality food and treats also!

Such a wonderful locally owned pet store and grooming salon. They only stock the best brands they know of, and were super knowledgeable when answering my questions. They also have stamp cards for food, which I think is amazing since I'm going to be buying food every month for animals whole life. They have lots of sample packs of food for your animal to try in case they're picky eaters like mine are. My dog is very shy and skittish, so I was worried about her nail appointment. The environment and staff were so friendly she had no trouble at all and actually socialized with everyone. This business helps me treat my animals the way they deserve, like family.
