Only high quality goods. Service is hit or miss.Our first experience was great, very friendly staff and our dog loved it! This last experience had poor service. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there and opted to blank stare at customers obviously wanting help getting cookies from behind the counter.The toys, feed, and accessories are all very nice items and there are options not available at larger corporate pet stores.Try it out!

So where do I start…. How about customer service. So I own a couple of businesses and we specialize in customer service so I have a high standard to say the least. I have been debating on changing my 2 year old “Pitski” food for months now because she has really bad allergies but I can’t get a straight answer on food without feeling like I’m being misled for their financial gain. The staff at Trailblazer Pet Supply are very knowledgeable in that area and really make an effort to tailor your purchase around your needs and not their needs ($$). I have been presented with a ton of great information and now have a plan of attack so I’m not just dumping money down the dog food drain. I have also been presented why it’s absolutely important to provide your small furry loved ones with proper nutrients from their food source. Give it a shot and try these folks. And I’m comparing the prices I paid vs what I have paid in the past at Petco, it’s all averages out to be the same but without the lines and your average run of the mill staff.

Jasmine is the absolute best. She helped me get my doberman's the food he needs for his skin irritation he has had for the past year. The food recommendations was spot on. This store has the best cat and dog food.Stella & Chewy's comes highly recommended. Not filled with by-products and fillers, but good wholesome ingredients.Sure the food can be found for less money online, but I want to support this location so we can have brick & mortar stores in our town.
