My three bunnies love their pellets and hay. This is really high quality stuff. I had one bunny with pretty significant tummy sensitivities which is why I switched to Rabbit Hole Hay. His tummy sensitivities are gone and he is happier than ever. All three of them have beautiful, shiny coats I attribute to their hay. Very convenient subscription service.

I will never go back to big box hay or pellets ever again! There is detailed analysis of each crop of hay such as texture and nutritional content, lots of helpful information about what kind of hay to give to what age of rabbit, and they have quality pellets that I am now starting to use. Plus the subscription plan is so helpful, and the website is very easy to use. I can adjust the amount of hay I want, the ship date, and the interval at which I need items to come. I've been purchasing from this company for a few months. I recently received a 10lb box of hay that appeared to be from old stock. It was very dusty and brown which my bunnies are pucky when it's like that. I left 1 voicemail with order number and a week later I came back from vacation to a new box at my doorstep. I will always stick with this company because they took care of the problem immediately. My buns are munching this fresh batch like they've never had hay before. Top notch customer service for resolving the issue quickly.

Rabbit Hole Hay is a gem in our midst! Their products are FRESH, which is not what you find in regular store bought hay/pellets for pets, and the staff are amazingly friendly and generous. If you haven't tried their products or met the amazing team at Rabbit Hole Hay yet, you're missing out!

A healthy rabbit's diet consists of %80 hay, right? My bunny wasn't eating enough of her bargain brand hay to meet that goal. When I got Rabbit Hole Hay's sample pack, Fern ate a diet of %80 hay. This stuff feels glamourous, is a bit expensive and has hipster vibes (a rabbit in a top hat...'c'mon!) but I'm parking my van here. The stuff (and the people) are quality.I've experienced only good vibes from this company. I called with a question about the 2020 harvest - expecting to talk to a slightly grumpy receptionist, but a kind-sounding, genuinely happy person - Kevin -answered. His genuine , but not-over-the-top enthusiasm and capacity to listen was refreshing.I mentioned I bought the sample pack and Kevin surprised me, he asked which one my bunny liked best. Who does that??He gave me solid advice, and added "your bunny will train you. She'll let you know what she likes". That was not a concept I had thought of before, but it IS how it goes.I'm going to spring for the good stuff and support a business that seems to treat their farmers, staff and customers well. Check 'em out.

My Rabbit absolutely loves this hay! I have tried to get him to eat hay for years, and hadn't had any luck with any of the other popular brands. My Veterinarian recommended rabbit hole and to both of our amazement he cant get enough of it!

My bunnies love the orchard and Timothy hay from here. I had tried many different brands of Timothy and orchard hay from the local stores and from other vendor online. However, my bunnies prefer their hay over all others.

Our holland lop has been stuck on alfalfa hay for 3 years. We have tried every other kind of hay to wean her off alfalfa (orchard grass, Timothy hay, oat hay, etc) but she wouldn’t eat any of it. I found Rabbit Hole Hay and tried a pound of 2nd cut Timothy hay. She went through that box in 2 days and now she won’t eat anything but Rabbit Hole Hay Timothy hay. New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas have all recently confirmed wild rabbit cases of RHDV2 (rabbit hemorrhagic disease). It's only a matter of time before hay fields become compromised within our states.There are vaccines for our pets but it's not available in the states. Is Small Pet Select doing anything to help with the effort to get a vaccine here for our pet rabbits?Veterinarians and rabbit rescue groups are lobbying for the vaccine. Will you as a hay grower demand it be available too?

My Bunny, "Buck 80" loves this orchard grass hay; he jumps all around when I give him a handful, slides into it, and fluffs it all up with his face and mouth just before settling in to start eating it. I love watching his excitement with his favorite hay!

Hay is fine but every time I order, the hay is not packaged well by Rabbit Hole Hay so when I hope the Rabbit Hole box, hay goes everywhere. It's like they put the plastic bag of hay in the box then put hay on top. Makes a big mess.

Loved the packaging and it is terrific hay. I have an issue with hay being too dry and my rabbits won't eat it. This is where I will always order from.

Bought some from the rescue I got my boy Curtis to try for the first time. He tried to open the door to his exercise pen to get at the box so i relented and gave him some. Wow does he ever love it! I'll be sure to keep this on hand for him from now on!
