Today is Halloween so I stopped by one of my favorite stores to see what they had. I have been shopping there for years and have adopted 3 kittens from them who are amazing. I hate to leave this review but today I was verbally attacked by one of the volunteers. Tall, wearing a plaid dress and slightly older than me. I bought a cute little set of animals from the case. She was wrapping a small chicken and remarked that it was cute. I said oh, I love chickens and she remarked : do you eat them? I replied that my mother (a farm girl) told me that chickens were mean trying to joke with her. She said very nastily that People Are Mean, Do You Eat Them? I was a little shocked. She had the audacity to say that that she often proselytized to people and they didn’t like it. Well, I have never been treated this even by my daughters ardent vegan friends. There was a witness to this: a lovely volunteer who proceeded to wrap the rest of my purchase and was wearing a black sweater and scarf. How can you let this person volunteer? Now I am afraid to go back in. This is appalling. Please let her go.

Pros:-Small to medium amount of inventory. Lots of books!-very clean for a small to medium sized store-friendly customer service-THEY HAVE CATS FOR ADOPTION. THEY WERE SO CUTE!-Prices are right on to pretty cheap where you can go on a mini shopping spree. (Inside their 25 cent bucket, I got a pack of unopened bicycle cards).-Very great parking right at the front of the store.Neutral:-If you have allergies, cats may not be your thing. I’m allergic but I love cats.-20% antique 80% Thrift-I find more consistent finds than amazing finds here.Cons:-Just a tad bit small on inventory. Not much clothes.Summary: Great solid but small thrift store. Prices are pretty good and I love the cats. One of my go to places when at Chico.

It is my belief the volunteers who price items; need glasses..🤓 that being said, prices are a bit elevated in this store, considering everything is donated...nothing is new.Thrift stores shouldn't compete with new stores as far as pricing is concerned.Sometimes, you will find something lovely in spite of it all. This was always a fave as far as thrifting goes, just a little more⬆️

Everything was very neatly organized and prices were clearly labeled. The store is run by volunteers and they are just the sweetest. We came here after striking out at Goodwill and should've come here first. Had some great finds! Make sure to stop by here on your thrifting outings and you will NOT be disappointed.

Called to inquire about their spay and neuter voucher and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. I was told they help individuals out who are struggling financially (which I am) to help pay for spay/neuter animals. The first question she asked me was if I would pay $100 for my pets procedure. I said ‘yes’ bc if I had to without any help I absolutely would have to find a way to make it work bc I don’t want my cat running around outside NOT neutered. her response was “well you should do that” LOL after I explained my salary and how much I’m struggling financially, she pretty much told me good luck. Should AT LEAST have a system with proof of income rather than someone asking a misleading question and basing their decision off of that.

This thrift store is always nicely organized and the people who work there are kind and that kindness shows with their tenderness in packaging the items you pick out. Always love stopping in here! 💜 💚

This shop is totally run by volunteers & all the money goes to saving kittens & puppies & getting them neutered and spayed. The nice thing about this shop is it's not full of junk, it's high-class very inexpensive priced good quality merchandise & and I should know because I've donated a lot of stuff. You never know what you're going to find so drop in & look for that one-of-a-kind item that you just can't live without & say hello to the nice ladies that work there. Oh and if you've got some nice in good condition items you'd like to donate please feel free I'm sure the kitties & puppies would say thank you.

Nice Thrift store. I bring all my donations to them. Especially love what they do to help fight the overpopulation of cats and dogs. Great people volunteering their time. They have a dollar rack again with ladies tops . $2 pants. Lot's of great stuff.

Wonderful place. The people that work there are always so nice. I'm always dropping stuff off that is in good condition that they can resell to help the cats and dogs.

Place is always clean and tidy. Merchandise is reasonably priced and constantly turning over. Most volunteers who work there are very nice.
