Best place to get pig ears, bully sticks and antlers in town for the price. Dog food is expensive but it's quality and you get a free bag after like 10 bags. Huge selection of different harnesses and leashes etc. Definitely recommend checking them out if you haven't already.

I've had really a very discouraging experience at this local feed supply store for my pet. Instead of the owner working with me, to make sure my dogs food came in from its distributor, they have failed to do so. Even when their distributor had that specific stock in, they failed to get the order in for me. My dog has had to go through having her diet changed on an inconsistent basis because of being at a place of thinking I could rely on their services that have failed. I also was having problems with them communicating with me, in letting me know if there was a problem with the order. It's really not a good place to be, when your dog is at the mercy of depending on a supply to come in, the stock is there from the distributor, but no order comes in. I even went through the change of her dog food, to one that the distributor said was way more popular, and would not be out of stock on, even this order failed to come in...I was even told by the maker of the food I was giving her, that really the order is up to the owner to either have keep coming in or not, so not feeling good learning of this. I was told that I was pestering them as an unsatisfied customer, by calling in to check up on my failed orders... Basically, told to go elsewhere, instead of them pulling through for me as a customer. I've never went through this type of disservice, and don't wish it upon anyone else..so I am leaving my feedback..

They had great bulk selection on seeds (feeds and garden), dog food and dog treats. They sell live chickens here. Customer service is super friendly!It was a bit hot in there and it's not wheelchair accessible. But other than that, I would recommend coming by! :)

This place is the greatest! John and David were very helpful. The staff is incredible 👏I looked everywhere for a dog ramp for my truck and after hrs of searching this was the only place that had it.Went in and was amazed at how much stuff they had, plus you can't beat their prices.I definitely would recommend and highly suggest you take a stroll through their building but be prepared to be there awhile, they have so much stuff you'll need to take a look at.

This place always has what I need when I need it and cheaper than I'm willing to pay for it. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's a little difficult trying to figure out how to get in and out of the parking lot but worth the hassle.

I get my cat food, litter, and treats here, as well as seed for my bird feeders. They have a great selection, and staff is always super helpful. There's a great selection of dog food, pet beds and toys, bird supplies, and gardening supplies too. I'm happy to support a local business!

Fantastic local feed store. The store is on the main drag. The parking is somewhat limited. Always free, but you might have to work at it if they are busy. Especially if you have a trailer. The employees are very helpful and extremely courteous. They will carry your purchases to your vehicle. Prices are competitive. The selection is decent to good, depending upon what you are looking to buy. We love the store. It's homegrown- part of Chico. And they have certified weight scales for cars and pickups. We love our NSM.

Wonderful service and only didn't have enough dog food once. They were quick to help and load it for you. Great coupons if you buy like 12 bags of food you would get one free. Thank you.. just wished they came to unload all the bags of dog food at home too. ;)

This place is great! The staff are very well informed and super helpful. They have a pretty awesome selection of super tuff dog toys that my big dog really loves. He is a destroyer of chew toys and very big and Northern Star Mills is the best place I have found for toys that can stand up to his jaws. They also sell really high quality dog food and they also have a bulk section where you can get great dog food for pretty cheap if money is tight! It's been a life saver many times! Well stocked section of high quality vet supplies at super competitive prices..They get an A+ from us!!!

Well, I like their products. Almost all of the staff members are friendly & helpful however there is one that doesn't seem to be very interested in his customers or how courteous and/ or helpful he is. I've always thought maybe he was having a bad day or it was too hot that day making him kind of irritable! I'm not the only one who has had the same experience with this fella. I've watched him treat others the same. I figured maybe that's just his personality and who he is, maybe he's shy and doesn't like interacting w/ people he doesn't know. Then I heard how he corresponded w/ a co-worker and wasn't any different. I try not to complain but I thought maybe he needs a hug or hear how someone is treated can make them have a good or bad experience/day. So, I'm wishing him a good day, a big smile, happiness and a hug !!!

They have some pretty good prices on dog food, especially on the Taste of the Wild brand. The only other place I found with the same brand was TSC, and their prices were higher! They also have a good amount of organic feed, and most anything else you need for your animals.
