The very best pet store! Michelle is so knowledgeable and kind. She will help you find what you are looking for and can answer any questions about your pet. The store is clean and has lots of great products. There is a do-it-yourself wash station that is so convenient, clean and easy with high quality products and tools to pamper your pet with. Michelle checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed during the wash. They also have classes and events going on regularly. Such a great addition to Chester! Highly recommend!

Today he enjoyed his 1st pig nose,ewe! But he loved it!

I can't say enough good about this great little pet supply store. An amazing inventory of pet foods and products. The self-help dog washing setup includes everything but the dog, and worth every bit of the $20.00 per session. For a town the size of Chester, we are very lucky to have this business in our community.Highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful I have a new puppy and they answered all my questions and gave me some great ideas for training . I love the store it’s clean and full of new and awesome things for your pets my dogs and my granddaughter love the flavored bubbles they are the best I can wear out the dogs and the kids all at the same time lol thank you Watkins Chester needed you!

We used to always buy all our dog needs with Chewy, but having a caring, dog loving pet supply store locally has been amazing. We have actually stopped using Chewy, and we just buy everything at Watkins Pet Supply. Plus, they are putting an indoor dog play area on site DiY grooming, and soon, there will be dog training. I'm so happy we have this here in Chester.

Michelle and Ty offer such an amazing shop, expertise, and overall great time the moment you walk into the store. I bought so many different things from treats to harnesses to toothpaste and my very picky puppy loved all of it! Amazing store run by Michelle who has an extensive and extremely helpful expertise with all different kinds of animals. If you’re in the area (and heck even if you’re not) it’s worth a stop by!

****response*****I was not with a companion when I was in your store. And it wasnt yesterday it was last week. If the person ahead of me had purchased something she no longer had them in her hands ir on the counter. Feedback IS good. But defensive behavior isnt. Good luck with your store.had to wait quite awhile behind someone who didnt appear to be purchasing anything. The cashier sat and chatted for a long time before she even made eye contact with me. Im glad I wasnt on a lunch break or anything.
