I often brought my dog here during the pandemic and the owner was nice enough to come out to the car and sanitize the door as customers came in and out. So I was able to keep my dog clean and didn’t have to worry about anything else. This review is a little over due and I wanted to write about that because it was much appreciated.What I like most about this location is the availability. Almost anytime I call them they are ready and willing to take my pup. Other groomers in the area never have enough employees or availability.

Overall it’s a good grooming service. But being such a good customer they should have a program after 4 grooms get 50% off your next one. Grooming is very expensive and I take two dogs to their business and they don’t have a program that thanks their clients. My last groomer had a program where after 5 grooming you got the 6th one 50% off or 10 grooming get 11th one free, but she retired after years of great service and I do miss her grooming services.

I love Puppy Style Pet Spa! They do such a great job and my dog is always happy to go there to get pampered. It’s easy to get an appointment, just call ahead. I’ve never had to wait too long for an appointment, they are always accommodating and friendly. Worth every penny! (They put a tiny bow in her hair, but it didn’t even make it to the car. Lana was not having it)🤣

Wish we can give them more than Five Stars! They did a fabulous job on our Gemcore Veterinary Services mascots.The best groomers thus far. They did a phenomenal job!! They went above and beyond with our pups. We have a husky and Australian shepherd. Without any hesitation they took them as same day service. I felt very comfortable leaving them there. The intake process was nice and smoothe (electronically). The staff was very friendly, professional and very accommodating. One last thing, the facility was immaculate. I highly recommend them.

I have an 80 lb, Shepard and have been there several times, they have always been able to fit him in they do a great job. My dog dosent mind going back so they must treat him good.

Our golden retriever has been going to Puppy Style Pet Spa for several years now. She loves this place! As soon as I put their leash on her she know where she's going and gets super excited. I love the way all the employee greet her with genuine care. When my golden is happy and I'm happy!

I love it here. The receptionist was so sweet and caring. I brought in my German Shepherd puppy for the first time so I was a bit nervous but they reassured me that he was in good hands by how they cared for him. All the dogs there looked so happy and well taken care of which made me happy. I definitely will keep going here from now on. Recommend to everyone who truly cares for their dogs hygiene and look.

Used to go to petco for my dog’s grooming. Tried this place for the first time and was extremely happy. Took my Yorkie mix in for a bath, cut and teeth cleaning. Wanted a regular trim down but I did want the fur around the ears long. When he was ready for pickup they did apologize that they accidentally did the traditional Yorkie cut and trimmed the fur around the ears down. Was not upset but actually was more pleased by this honest mistake. Overall this first time visit was better than all the times combined that I’ve taken my dog to petco.My dog looked smashing and handsome and will be going here for future grooming. Great place!!

Decent haircut, but when she came home she had a razor burn on her butt near her tail, and they put bows on her hair even though it was so short it was pulled. They even asked if she's not used to being groomed even though she's been groomed consistently for the past couple years. Not only that but she was in a super bad mood for several days after, I'm pretty sure it has to do with how she was treated here

I took our 10 week old maltipoo here for his first grooming. He was starting to look a little ragged and his fine fur was getting matted. I hesitated to get him trimmed because I want to keep his fur looking natural. Puppy Style Pet Spa did such a great job with washing and a light trim. He looks like a brand new puppy and his fur looks perfect. They cleaned up all the right spots without overdoing it. I will absolutely take my puppy here again!

I have kenneled my dog here several times, and I'm always happy with the service. I never seem to pick her up during their normal business hours, but that is never a problem for them. She is a nervous dog, but they seem to handle her very well.I also get her groomed there, and I have always been happy with the results. She comes home clean and sweet-smelling. I will continue to use them.

Have been here many times and puppy pet spa is excellent! They take walk ins, wonderful with my dogs and the prices are low compared to all the other groomers in the area. I WOULD SAY TAKE YOUR DOG FOR A BATH @ PUPPY STYLE PET SPA!!

Overpriced for work performed. Gave specifics for my Shih poos cut, gave him an unexperienced cut that was 70.00. Keep I mind my dog is undercontract15lbs and is frequently groomed and had no mats. When I called to complain to Carlos,he said oh we charged to much and he is an agressive dog. I was like no, he was complaining about the poor job your groomer was doing. Try The Doggery in Northridge, 1/2 the price and they do a far better job.

took my puppy during the COVID 19, thy guy did his work. when I came back to pick her (my dog) up. she was in a very feisty mood all day. she was unclean and a very bad hair trim. never will go back there again.

awhful groomers! They do such a poor job when cutting other people dogs giving them razor cuts , cutting people dogs to low and don’t communicate with the owners they just cut the dogs any type of way. This place is undeserving of 4 stars this is pathetic
