A good store to do your online orders. But make sure you do not schedule your pickup late at night as some of the folks manning the curbside have already gone home. If you are sick and tired of going into the store buying things you need, why not do curbside pickup. You have to create an account and do your shopping from the app. You can download the app from the Apple Store or Google play store.

Recently, they have made significant improvements by renovating the entire store, which has enhanced the overall shopping experience. However, I must say that the checkout service has taken a hit. It has turned into chaos, and one can spend a considerable amount of time waiting to complete the checkout process. I hope Walmart addresses this issue soon to maintain its reputation as a top-notch shopping destination

The store has become a bit of a mess.... Case in point... They just built out about eight aisles for self checkout... That's great but on any given night only two of those aisles are open due to short staffing... Those of us who just need a couple of items are typically stuck behind huge families with carts overflowing in the two lines that are operational... Totally defeats the purpose of quick self-checkout when those families move slower than a snail ... Maybe Walmart's concept of self checkout is not meant to be quick 🤣

I went in to purchase a Money Order earlier that day. I went back a few hours later because I realized I needed an additional money order for $3.78. It’s their policy that u are restricted from purchasing additional money orders in one day. Ok fine that’s their policy. My issue is the associate who was at the counter was so excited to turn me away for 3.78 cents. She pointed me out to another associate that associate said no and she could wait to turn me away. It gave her pride and joy. I will never spend a red cent in that store again!!

This Walmart is trash. My bf and I scheduled two online pickups between 9 and 10 p.m. We arrived at 8:45pm and received a message stating that our orders had been delayed and would be ready by 9:28pm. We waited, and when the time came, we checked the app, which said "delayed may take up to two hours." We leave thinking we can simply reschedule delivery for tomorrow. Two minutes later, we receive notification that our order is ready. We were already down the street, but when we returned, there was no option to say we had arrived, so we called the number on the pickup sign. A man answers and says they will be right out with our order. It is now 10:02pm, so we wait, but no one ever comes out. It’s now 10:32pm pick up is closed we try calling but the call goes straight to voicemail my bf then goes into the store and no one is even in the pick up area. He speaks to the manager who says everyone in the pickup area has gone home which means whoever we spoke to LIED and just tried to get us off the phone without bringing out orders out. We didn't even actually leave the store I til 11:45 after closing.

I like this Walmart because it’s HUGE!! It has Everything including a big supermarket, deli and bakery that has everything you need! Also an auto section that has everything you need, a big pharmacy, it has an enormous selection clothes and shoes from newborn to adult, it also has a jewelry section, kitchen, bed and bath stuff, party supplies, big area for pet supplies, so many toys, books, bikes and exercise equipment even hunting supplies. Pool supplies. A section for camping and fishing and sports. The electronic area has a big selection of everything from tv’s, games, game consoles, smartphones, cameras, earphones, headphones and many other fun devices even lots of movies. This Walmart even has an Optometry, it won’t surprise me if they add a dentistry lol 😂. And when there is a holiday they have ALL The decor for it. My favorite is the Garden area where there are lots of plants, trees and veggies for planting, it has everything you need, from soil to garden decor, garden lights and furniture and it’s where the bbq grills are at too, I gave it only 4 stars because, it can get very crowded and lines to register are long and parking sometimes is a pain but if you go early when they open it’s better

The location overall is always upkept. However, customer service, more specifically from Richard who is ALWAYS rude whenever I check out with him, needs work. He hardly wants to speak--like it pains him to say good morning and he NEVER greets the guest first. Passive aggressive attitude. Acts as if bags that I am paying for are a pain for him to use to pack my items. Genuinely has NASTY energy and maybe is not a morning person. He should probably just be stocking items or NOT working in a customer facing position since he clearly hates it. So sick of having to deal with his disgusting attitude in the mornings just trying to get my items before heading in to work.Keep him off register if it's too much for him to be courteous and not RUDE AF early in the morning.

BEWARE OF ELECTRONICS DEPARTMENT SUPER SMART BLACK WOMAN. She always talk about technical stuff then pretend to halt the transaction midway then tell you the classic “Sorry you need to go to the front cashier.” I wasted driving five times all the same she never want to sell or ring me for a simple phone card. She is very sensitive and any slightest reason the way you answered her or anything she will disappoint you by telling go to the front cashier so I end up empty handed all five times. She thinks she is the queen you need to be super cautious the way you talk but I guess she just doesn’t want to sell her stuff.I thought all WALMART are the same noooo. I have to go further to Lakewood near Rosecrans to buy my phone card with no hassle for years now so I guess not all WALMARTS are the same but I was a fool to even try since they are closer than Lakewood.

Terrible employees with terrible customer service. Your job is to make things easier for the customers. Your job is not to make people wait around and move to different lines. I went in here for a simple transaction and I had to leave everything at the register because the employee was completely unreasonable. If you have a chance to go to any other Walmart go there instead. This place doesn't care about it's customers or their time

Staff in the store is great, customer service counter is the opposite of that. They simply don’t have any interest in providing decent service. I’m also a bit surprised that you can’t pick up an item you’ve ordered, unless you come back the next day.

I purchased an air mattress that will not stay inflated. Took it to customer service to EXCHANGE for the same item and the manager (Christina) refused stating policy requires a receipt. I explained it's an exchange of damaged product for same product. She insisted on treating me like I was trying to scam for money, even when I offered to PAY MORE for a more expensive item. Initially she stated it was ringing up for $50, so I offered to eat the $39 and pay. She still refused. The manager "offered" to search thru receipts, but would need an exact date of purchase that I clearly stated 4 times I couldn't remember. She then proceeds to tell me "look, I'm trying to help you with no receipt" and then goes on to say "you can go to another Walmart, but I'm not doing it". It was at that moment she confirmed the returns to this store are at HER DISCRETION. I asked for the Store Manager and was told "we don't have a store manager and I don't know his schedule".I took my item and went to Walmart (Cerritos) and was able to exchange for another WITH NO PROBLEM! The mere fact I had to drive 15 minutes away to exchange when it could've been done at the LB store is really unfortunate. This is the main reason I stopped shopping at this Walmart, the store is full of RUDE workers. Nobody wants to work and help customers.

Went about 2 weeks ago to purchase a bike lock. They are in a locked cabinet with a button to call an employee to assist you. I pushed the button and waited and waited and waited. I went to look for an employee, and they "went to look for someone who could unlock it for me". I waited some more. Nearly 30 minutes waiting. I finally had enough and walked all the way to guest services to find someone. If I didn't need it urgently, I would have went elsewhere.

Walmarts are certainly not anybody's favorite store. For one thing, they are hostile to their customers. They will accuse you of shoplifting and try to extort money from you. Even when you have stolen NOTHING at all. You need to be very careful using the self-checkouts because any mistakes subject you to threats or even arrest. A woman in the news sued for $2 MILLION and won over this. What kind of store install self-checkouts and then prosecutes you for innocent mistakes?The walmart associates clearly do not want to be there, because they are not being paid a living wage. I can't blame them for that. The whole experience is miserable. The aisles are narrow. It's difficult to maneuver carts through them. In the morning, there are always stockers pushing carts around and they will hit you with them if you happen to get in the way.Overall, walmart is simply a miserable, depressing place to go. You only use the store to get in, get what you need, and then get out as quickly as possible. It's not any sort of enjoyable or welcoming experience. Honestly, I wish that this location would be replaced by a better company, who treats their customers in a way that is conducive to making them want to come and purchase there.Everything about walmart is just depressing and miserable. I only go there because they have the food and supplies that I need. Walmart exists only because people need the products so much that they are willing to tolerate the miserable store experience to get them. Remember, K-Mart? They were a low-value discount chain of stores? Well, Walmarts are even lower than K-Marts were. At least K-Marts weren't actively trying to have you arrested when you came to shop there.At Walmart, everything about the store implies that you are a criminal who needs to be monitored and controlled. When you exit, you must show your receipt. What did you steal today? We know you're a thief! You don't have any money, and that is why you came here to this miserable place. So, obviously you must have come to attempt to steal something from our store. So, show me your receipt and let me see what you're trying to walk out with. I don't even want you here and if I had my way, I would not even allow you to come in.That attitude pretty much sums up the whole walmart shopping experience. They treat you like a criminal even though you have not stolen one single thing. It's a miserable, depressing place. Even though I have never visited anyone in jail, I assume that visiting the jail must be quite similar to walking into this Walmart. They don't want you there. They already assume the worst about you. And, they monitor everything you do, in the hopes they can arrest and maybe extort some money out of you. See? We got you on camera!What a miserable and disgusting place, huh? How this disgusting company ever became America's largest chain of department stores is beyond me. That's like saying vomit is America's favorite health drink!

Walmart pretty much has everything under one roof. I remember at one time, there use to be a McDonald’s in there. You can get groceries, bathing suit, and hunting supplies all under one roof. They have changed up their electronics section as of late, maybe due to theft, nobody knows but overall it’s still a great shopping experience with low prices. There are always seasonal items for valentines, st Patrick’s, and of course Christmas. It seems to be always stocking their shelves. If you need to make only one stop, this is the place

Another super market chain in US like target. A big hall with lots of products arranged in aisles with numbers given to each of them. If you need something particular just ask any store assistant around and he will guide you. Clean restrooms 🚻. Self check out counters are helpful in rush hour. Big parking lot outside. 👍🏻🙂

Very bad customer service in the cellphone counter. I am waiting in the line still taking someone else from the back, no any staff know what they are doing. From small thing taking long time. Every time they have excuses no keys or not in stock. I don’t know they don’t want to sale.

No restrooms employees have to go to floor and decor for the restroom.I was shopping with my kids. My kid needed to take a piss. All the bathrooms are closed a company this big with no bathrooms. That sucks.

I pressed the button for liquor and spoke to 2 floor associates and had to call the store twice from my phone while waiting to get someone to unlock the cabinets - it only took them 25 minutes to send someone with a key! Walmart is busy setting up more self-check out stands so we can do their jobs while paying for the merch...
