Thelma took such good care of my puppy Lemôn when she was there for surgery that I didn’t have to worry at all. Thelma communicated everything I needed to know so I was up to date on lemons care. I’m grateful lemôn was in the best hands ❤️

Brought in my 3 fur babies to get treatment for fleas. I’ve tried two different vetcos now at this point as I used to come often when they were thrive and was hoping they would be just as good. They were not. This location has a pretty good veterinarian who does seem to care about the animals, however, every time I come here they add random things on my bills that are not necessary. I brought in my 3 fur babies for just flea treatment and ended up spending over $1000 for random things that I didn’t even need. Mind you, all 3 of them STILL HAVE FLEAS. Which is why I came in the first place. To spend over $1000 and your animals not even be properly treated is ridiculous. Also the vet tech was extremely rude and unprofessional. She kept making rude comments about my pug because he is a very high energy dog and he gets anxious at the vet. It was obvious she doesn’t really care about animals based on her behavior. If you’re going to work at a veterinary clinic, you will get animals with all different types of behaviors. Especially because when they are uncomfortable or in pain, it can result in agitated behavior. As a medical professional myself, I know this. Sad that they are hiring staff like this. It’s a part of your job to be prepared for that and handle it in a professional and caring manner. Won’t be coming back. I wouldn’t advise anyone to bring their pet here.

I took my two cats in for treatment and had a great experience with the Doctor. However, my experience with the tech was very sub-par. She was very unprofessional and rude to my partner and I, after mixing up my cats.I did receive a call from the Area Manager the following day, who was very understanding and was willing to listen to the story. I appreciate the effort and hopefully no one will have the same experience as I did!

I took my dog Presley here for a check up and a sprained knee. They were so incredibly sweet to her and quick! Very informative and followed up to make sure she was doing better. Highly recommend this Vetco! The staff was amazing and in particular Thelma who was our vet tech is truly the best! My dogs absolutely love her. She has a way of keeping my dogs calm in an anxious situation!

I came for the first time this past week out of emergency because my cat was sick and was so pleased with everything. This is definitely going to be my new vet office. Staff was very knowledgeable and caring. They made sure my ragdoll cat was ok and he’s in the right steps towards being his healthiest.

Savannah is the person I would love to express here more. Kobe and I walked in with nervousness and uncertainty. However, Savannah’s warmth welcome and patience let us forget that we were in the hospital. She was with highest quality on patience to answer all my questions and explained how to cure Kobe when back home.The medical terminology is not the area I personally can understand well, however, Savannah and Dr. Gray amazed me that they both tried their best to let me understand and even printed out, wrote down the details step by step to let me know. They are wonderful! One hour driving really deserved it!

1st time here, Pup was checked out for cough, got some antibiotics and hoping for the best for my pup, staff was very helpful and friendly and if all goes well then we'll be back, Stephenie was very knowledgeable about meds and helpful with the process.
