This was my dogs first visit. He is very shy of people and places and often has to be carried into an establishment otherwise he will not walk on a leash willingly. My dog is only 11 lbs and I was a little Disturbed by how he was dragged inside by his leash. When I came to pick him up, again he was dragged out by his leash. I thought it was a little heartless. I do plan to have him trained but that sean broke my heart. I myself don't drag him unless I am pulling him out of danger. Little Max is seven months old.

Super small store and I could not believe the state of their pets. Just because fish are small does not enable you to treat them this way. Could not believe how many dead bettas this were, how can employees be so neglectful and careless? Never supporting this location again.

Great service with the groomers here! It was my older dogs 13th birthday and they made her feel really special❤ They even gave her a free bandana, plus, because I made the appointment online, I got a coupon for 5 dollars off a 15 dollar purchase which helped me buy her a great birthday toy!!!

great staff, just would have like more information on fish, and bought some fish ,the frog didnt make it the next day I have 2 of them in my 40 gal setup, was trying to add a 3rd one, it's okay the 2 guppy are doing great amazing color and looking healthy.

I visited for a volunteering opportunity with one of petsmart adoption subsidiaries. The store was clean and welcoming. Yhe upstairs provided a view of dog training and dog daycare which was quite the treat. Moreover the employees seemed to genuinely enjoy working with the animals. The stock was organized neatly and I even got to watch a petsmart dog trainer help a student and dog mom strengthen their bond. Great location. Out of all the petsmarts ive been most impressed by this one.

Small location, but they had the guinea pigs pellets I needed. Selection of everything may be limited or items may be out of stock because there isn't room for as much inventory as larger stores.

2/6/2022 @3pmI (a female) came in with two kids & a pup. As I was in line, there was only one cashier (black short hair). She answered a call after her last customer, and I wasn't acknowledged for a while. As the cashier relayed the message to a lady by the adoption area, the cashier walked back and acknowledged a customer (male) who just walked in for a pickup order. Once the cashier was done with him, I still haven't been acknowledged, and I'm in line on the second circle with my two items and my pup.I guess the two ladies didn't want to service me, so I just walked out.No customer service whatsoever and that's shock coming from this city.

I had a return that my dog didn't care for but didn't have my receipt. The clerk happily took it back and asked if I wanted to try something else, which of course my dog who was with me thought was a great idea. There is something to be said about good customer service. It certainly leads to loyalty on my part. Thank you Petsmart for keeping your customers at the forefront of your work. ❤

Visited petsmart for the first time yesterday. It's been a long time since I've had a puppy, so I visited petsmart and my heart fluttered. I bought dog food, treats, chewing gum, and even a name tag. The staff made a good impression and helped me to engrave my name on the name fee until the end, so it felt so good. Thank you for your review.

Decent store with good variety of products. Sometimes they do annual coupon books that offer some big savings. Like the $5 credit for every $100 spent, better than nothing. Checkout computers are often slow because they haven't been updated in years despite the remodeled store look. Parking lot can get busy since its shared.

Great and friendly people. Always there to help. I love shopping here. I like to go and check out the new adoption pets. My daughter enjoys seeing kittens and puppies. Overall I had a great experience, if you need help always ask for your clerk named Sean. He was great and telling is his pet stories, which of course I like.

Came in here with the recipt after reading that debit cards will be returned as cash if original method of payment isn't available. I came with my husband to purchase the cheaply made items and didn't have his card when I needed to return them . Anyways the cashier gave a huge attitude and was so rude like I was ripping someone off. If anyone is getting ripped off it's the customers as they buy this trash they sell. Won't ever step foot in this place again.

Melissa mgr helped me with my 17 year old pup with excellent feedback when their phones were not being picked up when I called during after care hours.Explained clearly to me how this all works and my pet is tended to and phone calls are going Thru in evenings properly. Specifically the behind scenes of how the workers handle after hours care to my senior pup. My dog thrives in the” suite”,to my surprise it was a difference from standard room with doggy being older.My dog loved play time with pets and walks but prefers the suite with quieter set up.Worth it , and I recommend the suite to you if you want to provide extra TLC space for ur pet.

PET HOTEL EXPERIENCE ONLYMy dog is snappy, I know that, but it takes him a few minutes to warm up to you. I told the lady to let him sniff her and stuff and she replied with a "I know we're trained to do that" so I was like cool she knows what I mean. I was filling out papers and I hear my dog snap. They told me that I was making him nervous and that they were going to try taking him to the back to get him to warm up. I was like "okay whatever you need to do". Literally a minute later, they come back saying they can't keep him here because he's being snappy. What I find really interesting is that my dog gets groomed regularly and with multiple groomers at once. The groomers I take him to calm him down and never give up on him so easily. Besides, groomers actually get more intimate with the dogs like nail clipping, anal glands, brushing teeth, ear cleaning, etc and they've always gotten him to cooperate. It was EXTREMELY inconvenient for me because I had to go on a trip and I had to cancel and stay home with my dog all because they didn't even bother to try and befriend my dog. The only reason why I won't give this "service" a one star is because they were very nice at least.If your pup isn't a diva like mine, I sure it'll all go smoothly. But if your pup is a tough cookie like mine that may require a bit more attention, they won't give them the time and attention he/she will need to make them feel comfortable at the hotel.
