This was my first visit to Petco grooming. I brought in his rabies certificate and gave the attendant my cell phone number. She said he would be ready by 5:30. Nicholas is my ESA as I am manic depressant with high anxiety issues. When 6 pm rolled around I went into panic mode. I called and my call went to voice mail. I left a message and gave her my phone number again and got in the car to come down at 6:30 knowing the store closes at 7. On my way down she called and said the phone number they had for me was off by one digit. i was hyperventilating and super stressed. She was very sorry and said that he did well and YES he looks beautiful. She did a great job of grooming him. I will be back. Just did not have a great first experience. Thank you and GOD bless.

Viilaiili(I know I butchered the spelling) is amazing! She's so personable, her customer service is out of this world! She was so nice to my pup and did an amazing job explaining the process as this was our first time to a groomer. The pricing was surprisingly reasonable.

I've never been to Petco for grooming services, but I have to say I'm extremely satisfied. My little Lizzy did wonderful. She has never been groomed b4 and they were so gentle with her. I will be back for my grooming needs.
