Debbie was amazing. She worked with us to help get all the work done on our car for a price we could pay that day. They also replaced a car part for free since they didn’t quote it originally but it needed a replacement. She also replaced my key battery for free! Absolutely loved our experience here.

Installed my own inner/outer tie rods on project 4x4 Mitsubishi Montero and needed alignment. (On a Sunday) Amazing on the time it took for the alignment to be done. Under 3 hrs. Happy driving!

Would not put on a spare tire. Even willing to to pay. A spare take less than 5 mins with the proper equipment. It took me almost an hour to put it on, on the side of the road with the stock equipment. Way to help out a women pepboys. Now wonder they are going out of business.

Compared to a prior experience at Pep Boys in Los Angeles; the service in the Cerritos location was excellent. The staff did not focus on upselling services but instead ensuring that I was able to get back on the road as efficiently as possible. I will be returning for any future needs.

Employees were quick & efficient while making all the necessary adjustments to change my tires. Recommended new brakes as my wife did mention squeaking. Overall great experience.

I took my brakes to be re-serviced as I don't believe that they were properly replaced the first time around. My brake pads were at 3 mm after less than 10,000 miles of driving. I drive very little and not very hard. I had been avoiding taking my car back to be checked because I had already paid to have the done so they had been having issues for a while. Why do I think they didn't replace the pads (as opposed to defective brakes)? Because the same shop forgot to re-surface the rotors when her brakes were replaced.

Great service by the pep boy team. They are honest and hardworking. They are transparent with what they are doing. Changed my tires with them and regularly do oil change.

I booked an appointment online with ease for the next day. When I arrived to drop my truck off there was a lot of construction going on so I just parked my truck somewhere that wasn't even a parking spot. They saved the drop off spots for the construction crew.When I got inside it didn't seem like they were aware that I had an appointment. He kept answering phone calls, talking to other people. Didn't explain my options very well. He could have just been having a bad day but I just felt like an inconvenience to be honest. When I received a call later to inform me of the suggested services, it felt like he didn't really want to explain any of the procedures and I had to ask how much each thing would cost me.It was the same thing when I showed up to pick up my truck. He was talking to his co worker while he was helping me. He told me the total and I asked if I could use coupons and he said "oh well I already applied the oil change one, I don't think we have anymore?" I showed him a brake coupon and he helped me figure it out. It wasn't the worst experience ever but I would have definitely gone to a different Pep Boys if I had known about what an odd experience it would have been.

Pep Boys auto repair center and Advanced Auto Parts have joined together in the same building! Along with a Hertz Uber rental center in the parking lot. Looks like a Tesla used car sales lot. NO CUSTOMER PARKING. Total chaos. Seriously, now all they need is a food truck, circus tent, and a carnival. How much more can the owner fit on his property.

The costumer service amd service was ok. But when I paid my service in cash I didn't receive a receipt. The lady told me she going to sent the receipt by email. I never received it .....🤔

The services advisors were nice and professional but it took over two hours to get my car looked at, even though I had an appointment. They did not have what I asked for and up charged me for the oil change and I was charged for fixing the flat tire but after Ieft the tire still goes flat. Like a said, nice people but very poorly managed.

Wendy was extremely helpful, when it came to how to access, for the gift card, assured me how to fill out online, and when to rotate my new tires.. Would definitely definitely recommend 👍👍

I brought in my car and one of their techs forgot to put my car in jack mode, which damaged the sensors on my vehicle.I took the car to Tesla and they're charging me $900 to fix it.Their manager, Wendy refuses to help or take accountability for what happened.This has been an extremely terrible first time experience with Pepboys.Never recommending them or coming back after this.

I just want to say I love how Saul, assistant mgr. took the time to explain to me the Hertz rental process and how their oil changes work because this being my first time renting from Hertz I did not know. Saul is very courteous and professional every time I enter the store. Always greets me with a smile. I LOVE this guy. Then there is Brenda, service writer, who is also smiling all the time. And very helpful I can tell she loves her job. Peo boys definitely needs more employees like Saul and Brenda. They always keep me coming back even if I wasn't renting through Hertz!!!!😊😌😁😁😁

In my travels I have been using Pepboys service over three different states. All are good and work with each other, but I must add that the Pepboys in Artesia, California is excellent. They have a team of excellent advisers and mechanics. I have been recommending them for years.
