The store has quite a selection of things and very fresh meat and produce. The staff was engaged, friendly, and proactive about offering help to locate things. The store was very well organized and clean. Some of the sale items are a steal, while some items are overpriced compared to a standard store. The thoughtful cashier took the time to review my Amazon savings benefits with me that included coupon stacking. I was able to get a total of $12 off a $50 purchase. Definitely will be coming back!

I was skeptical at first, but I now come here if I literally just need one or two items and then need to get out. The option to just scan your palm in and out is so nice! Also decent options if I need a quick dinner on my way home from work

I've been here mostly for curbside pickup on Amazon Fresh orders. I went inside one time and it was organized well, spacious, and all the employees were really nice when i asked any questions. For curbside pickup it's usually pretty fast. No issues with any of my interactions there.

Overkill of cameras, has to be the most photographed place in the world.. not sure how "just walk out" will work if it is crowded, and whether billing will be right. Also the fact that bill doesn't show up in your amazon account until after 30 mins, can make it difficult to resolve discrepancies. If that changes then it might still work.

Simply amazing experience ❤. Produce is fresh and presentation was inviting and appealing. Price points were on par for many items. This is a nice market to get groceries. They have Dash Carts here which are helpful if you have an Amazon account. This store is slightly larger than the other Amazon Fresh stores I've visited.

When you get there, if you have your amazon account, just check in with your phone Before you enter..👈 That way, when you leave, you don't have to wait in line. You can just walk out with your items and they charge it to your account...? They have fresh may food you could eat there.. I have their chili beans it's pretty good..😋 But the groceries are just a little pricey for me.. But then again everything is expensive nowadays...lol..😆😅

I buy a 6 packages of granola bars munk pack keto sugar gluten free shelf price 5.49 when I got home they over charge me they charge me 7.79 and I came to complaint about it they only refund me but they did not respect the shelf price witch is a violation of weights and measures and the manager Sara she was not very friendly I ask for her full name she didn’t give it to me the both the cashier and Sara they act like they didn’t care or show any respect for a customer who drives more that 10 minutes to shop at this location not to mention all the shopping I don an the Amazon app don’t shop at this location they are over charging and they don’t have any customer care at all. 11340 south street Cerritos ca. check your receipts they are over charging is not the first time that happened to me.

Amazon Fresh is an interesting and new concept. You can shop traditionally or digitally. Traditional is like any other super market. Get your items and wait at the register. Digitally, you check in with the app and the there are like 100 cameras above you scanning what’s in your cart. When you are done, you scan your app and you pay through your Amazon account and get your receipt the next day. So if you not ready to buy something, don’t put it in your cart. I think that’s how they tracking you.

Good thing they decided to put one here in Cerritos. We don't have to drive down to Long Beach.As expected, the store is organized and clean. The selection is good enough for a newly opened supermarket. The produce and meat are fresh (they have some lamb chops!).They also have a food court wherein they have a deli, a sushi station, pizzeria, coffee and donuts, rotisserie chicken, and looks like they'll be having hot soups soon.The check in and check out is a breeze. Perks of being a prime member.

Didn’t enjoy the customer service at this location at all. Workers were rude. I’ve visited 2 times and both times I experienced rude workers.The checkout experience it’s rough!!The first time we checked out with a live person, who couldn’t count change back.The next time we did the amazon checkout with the cart and that was equally as bad.It’s the workers that are making the experience bad.The WORKERS are unprofessional and RUDE.Overall the store is aesthetically pleasing super clean and easy to shop I love the way the isles are so wide and how the store is so bright.They also have good prices on fresh flowers.

Update for December 2023:The selection and customer service has kind of fallen off a cliff here. There is not customer service number you can call with a question. The order ahead system for pizza no longer works, they are often randomly out of pizza ingredients and there's no way to check in advance. One improvement is they now set out small and blemished fruit for kids to grab for free. My boys love eating a banana while shopping.This a very modern grocery store with a very clean stark design. You can scan your Amazon account bar code upon entry and then simply walk out though a special area with your items (after scanning your phone again) and not need to check-out in the traditional sense. You can also check out in a traditional manner with cashiers too. This location also has other Amazon related features, and sells some household goods and electronics. They have lockers for Amazon package pickup, and a returns window. The inside is not huge, but well stocked and marked. The selection may not be as good as some larger grocery stores. Also the pricing seems to vary greatly with some items discounted to a very good price, but many others higher than competitors. Overall an interesting shopping experience.

Early morning grocery shopping done at the Amazon Fresh store in Cerritos, California. Super easy steps:1. Pull up your Amazon app on your phone, click in-store code.2. Scan the QR code as you enter the store.3. Shop for your items and put them directly into your shopping bag.4. Pull up the same qr-code when you are ready to leave. Scan to exit.5. All done.My notes.+ Super helpful staff.+ Items on the shelf and freezer are well organized.+ There is a number of variety items and brands to choose from.+ Deli stand is available for hot food, sushi, pizza, sandwiches ready for purchase.+ Self serve station coffee and pantry kiosks are also available.+ A staff checks your ID before you enter the alcohol aisle.+ There are tons of wine, liquor and beer selection.+ A customer service refund table window is also available for any Amazon returns.+ Electronic devices are for sale.+ Curb pickup available.+ One charging g station spot is ear the Lucille's BBQ Restaurant.- You have to make sure your app is updated otherwise the in store qr code will not show up.- There were plenty of empty shelves and freezer spots without any food. Wasted space?- The on-sale items are not easily marked or could be easily seen. You have to really look at the tags.- This is a big one.... If you're OCD about looking at your receipt to make sure all items are scanned and priced properly, this store may not be for you. The store clerk said I would get my receipt on my Amazon account within two hours, it did not appear in my order page until 5 hours later. Granted, all items were correct but this may take awhile to get used to.No Amazon membership? No problem, you can shop the traditional way, there are 2 cashiers available.

Here's the good, the not so good, and the meh about the new Amazon Fresh in Cerritos.THE GOODTheir employees are absolute gold. They're friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. I was impressed with their professionalism and how they bent over backwards to help me.The store is impeccably clean and well stocked.The fruits and vegetables looked amazing.There was a nice sushi selection in the deli.THE MEHThere are Alexa kiosks in strategic and easy to access locations so that you can ask about food pairings or item locations (hey, we all know how versatile Alexa is).There are location codes on the bottoms of the freezer cases so you can be told where you can find something to a very precise degree.THE BADThere are plenty of stores that have an app to help you find things or find out coupon codes, but Amazon Fresh is the only store I've been to that requires an app to actually *get into the store*.If your phone is an older model, the Amazon Fresh app won't even show up as an option. But don't let that discourage you! You can just use your credit card to get in.You heard that right. If you want to get into the store, you have to insert your credit card into the turnstile to allow entry.Or, if you prefer the hands-on option, you can attach your palm print to your account to gain entry.I don't know about you, but I don't feel comfortable with that. Amazon has no need of my biometric information, especially when the idea of contactless shopping seems to be used to get around the need for cashiers rather than a customer help.Because I was curious and because I had no other way in, I did use the credit card entry. Which means, when I went home, I had an email from Amazon welcoming me and hoping I enjoyed my shopping despite the fact that I hadn't actually bought anything.Maybe I'm showing my age, but I wasn't crazy about Skynet-lite knowing my movements. What's next... criticising how many veggies I put in my basket? "I'm sorry, Dave... I can't let you do that" as I select a less-than-healthy bag of cookies?(I know that's a funny exaggeration - at least I hope it is - but the entire setup feels less like addressing food needs and more like Amazon's attempt to get information on your buying habits.)THE WRAP-UPAmazon Fresh is a gimmick of a grocery store, with a basic but not outstanding selection of items and decent but not outstanding prices.I was very impressed by the people working there and I definitely want them to succeed, but there was nothing in the store itself that was unusual, intriguing, or unique to the store itself.That, combined with what seems like overly intrusive personal and financial information requests, will keep me from shopping there.

Shopping here is another level of convenience.Surprisingly you do not need an Amazon account in order to shop here as you are still able to use traditional checkout lanes. But the automatic checkout system will only work with said account.The entire system is really neat and I am yet to be incorrectly charged for anything.The staff working here is super friendly and my first time shopping here they guided me through the entire process with ease.I'd say shop here for the convenience/experience but not for the prices.

My 1st Amazon Grocery shopping experience was enjoyable, quick and without contact. Another shopper helped me set up my phone before entering and I was able to check out quickly with accurate amounts for the items we had in our arms when approaching the self- checkout line. Great experience.
