We use grocery pickup at this location and never have a problem. Speedy and courteous service every time. More pickup lanes have opened. There is always a spot for someone. Clean store.

Was only hold for 30 mins trying to talk to someone from customer service. Some old lady answered the phone and said “oh no one answered you” when I said no it’s been 15 mins she got defensive and was like well there’s only one person working there and they have a line. Mind you she was talking to other people while on the phone with me so it took me a min to get that information from her. Will call back and get names so that they are properly identified. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Completely unprofessional phone etiquette.

Well stocked store! Big store w/ big assortment of indoor / outdoor household items, clothing, health & beauty & groceries. Also has a pharmacy, optometry, dunkin donuts & Wetzel inside store.

Store is clean and that's all they have going. Staff usually takes forever to help. On top of that most of the items that aren't food are usually out of stock 90% of the time. Please stock the fishing and outdoors section. It's a super center cmon.

Most of the time I can find what I need, with occasional stock shortage of certain items. I would like to see implementation of an EVgo charging site with higher capacity chargers, and hopefully the dual charge stations. There is plenty of room in the parking lot, so I do not see how or why it could not happen.

Don't bother. They closed down self checkout but won't hire enough workers to compensate. The lines are insane and just not worth the time. I suggest going else where... other places are cheaper and the lines are so long it lacks convenience. I get that they were getting robbed too much, but remember they started the self checkout because they didn't want to pay workers and wanted to force us to work for free. Vote with your money, don't go untill they hire a bigger workforce or at least bring back the convience of self checkouts.

It's ok but Wal Mart is often out of things I want. I also don't like that they insist on seeing people's receipt on the way out, it's especially annoying if it creates a line to do it. They have a ton of surveillance, they don't need to see my receipts. It's not like they go through the bags to check every item, anyway.

The only reason for doing s pick up order was for one specific thing they "had in stock", just to find that is the only thing they didn't have in stock. Wal Mart owes me $20 in gas!

The employee in the meat dept. George?? Was wonderful. He found us to he biggest turkey and found isles we needed. Everyone was great. Even customers were great. Helping the handicapped navigate. Thank you Walmart.😊

Meghan was very unhelpful very unprofessional I don’t know how she got her lead position she was very rude did not know how to give a bit of quality customer service I will never be referring any of my friends or family to this location first time shopping at the Walmart and was my worst experience ever with customer service. She’s a bad face for the company.

I waited over 20 minutes for someone to unlock the flea spray and carpet powder. No one ever came. I walked out. I'll never shop at this location again. Turlock had somebody within 5 minutes of me asking for assistance

The wait to get formula unlocked takes around 30 minutes every time I go. Either needs more staff or staff needs to be trained on being more on time and efficient. When I finally do get help I can see them walking down the isle with no sense of urgency. It’s the closest place to me to get my babies food but with the wait time might as well go somewhere else.

Frustration, angry, ongoing frustration since the store opened two years ago, frustration. No cat food, dog food omgI have spoken to the managers over a period of time no results nothing resolved. I have complained over the phone and there again, Things have been escalated and nothing is resolved no result. it’s not just my cat food, dog food. There’s so many things.wrong nothing is Stocked, Nothing . I hear, lies and excuses from the employees. They can’t speak English, managers are worthless.Hate going on and on and tell you there’s so many things wrong

I gave it 2 stars because the store was nice and clean. Otherwise it would have been a 1. My first and also my last. yes the store is big. But out of stock on several items that I wanted. Wanted ritZ hint of salt. Out. Wanted ritZ crackers in the single serving that you dip the crackers in the cheese. The 6 serving waa available but not the 12 serving. Which I wanted 2. I felt there was not a good variety of soup. Luckily I found my favorite . Ready to eat Chicken and Dumplings. But for such a big store, I didn't feel like there was a good selection of the Chunky, ready to eat. All in all very disappointed. Since these are within your store, the young male at the pretzel shop 4get a donut rude when I was asking prices because I couldn't see the boarb him as I am in a wheelchair. So thought I would get a donut. Two people behind the counter. One customer. ME. Was. Not even acknowledged. I waited several minutes. Then left there also . Didn't want to interrupt them.

I like shopping there, alot of food places, along the way. There card reader sucks, I tried to check out, on 2 different occasions, and when the didn't work ( carts full ) they told me to get in another line, at the end. The 1 st time I walked away and left the cart, the 2 nd time I refused,at that point I was escorted by a manager to a register at which point ,I was able to complete my transaction. Don't let the Cashiers bully you, Call for manager.

Plenty of parking, very impractical layout of merchandise in terms of location of product thru out the store. Long lines, nearly impossible to find an employee for assistance and not as much product variety as the Modesto locations.

I miss the old Walmart. It was a lot smaller, but it was the best. I knew where everything was as if I worked there. I have never worked there. I miss there being a McDonald's, now there's Dunkin donuts. There is more stuff in this new one, so I'm not giving it one star, but it takes me 3 hours to get 5-10 things because none of the workers know where anything is at, and the store is so big if I have to get something on the other side of the store it takes me like 30 minutes to get there. GIVE US BACK THE OLD WALMART!! please?🙏🏼🙏🏼

My roommate and I have gone to the Walmart Supercenter in Ceres California a couple of times. The prices are great and their staff are awesome, friendly, and helpful. We don't use their pharmacy so we don't know how that it or how their pharmacy staff is either. But they do have a Dunkin Donuts Restaurant inside of their store and we went there a couple of times to. And their donuts are great and their staff is also friendly, helpful, and awesome.

Every time we come here the cashiers and especially the attendants at self checkout are extremely rude. We officially no longer shop here due to their nasty attitude. They will talk down to you for them actually having to work. Go figure. The only bright side are the door greeters. You’re better off going some where else.

When you call the store… Either the phone rings and rings or when they do pick up, they put you on hold forever. Their delivery service sucks either you get groceries that are spoiled or are you get a driver that has an attitude or they just don’t deliver at all… And they keep your money.. and then you get accused of stealing when they take a picture showing they delivered and then they walk off with the merchandise

It's Walmart.. Prices are hard to beat on most items but this particular store seems to be slow to restock items that are in high demand.. You would think someone would figure out that their high volume selling items are key to profits and that they would keep those items on the shelves.. Volume sales can cure many financial woes within a company..

it seemed that there was plenty of staff avalible but too busy to help. Initially I went in to purchase pellets. However after a long wait for 5 employees helping one customer at one of three keyosks two of which were unattended, I opted to just get some targets instead, as this did not require a key or a manager to assist with. The manager, Avi, was seemingly incapable of properly managing his department. I'm sure he's a nice guy and pleasant to work with but from a consumer point of view he lacks leadership and lacks in giving attention to the customers needs, and such I will conduct my business else where; from a business stand point his short comings lead to loss in revenue, possible solutions: retraining, if already done then demotion, if already demoted then department change, if already demoted and department change then change in employment status. Managers are supposed to set the bar for expectations in the customer service retail industry not lower it.

FYI...This is the 5th time I have bought milk/ dairy products from this location the milk is curdled and the yogurt has mold in it. The expiration date is at least 2 weeks to the good.
