Swithed to Rite Aid from my 10 year relationship with Walgreens for my prescription medications. Cheaper, faster, never run out like others and not rude or short tempered in pharmacy. BUT the prices & sales are way greater in Walgreens. Even on non prescription medications & vitamins etc. Always go there for other needs, even batteries & film, cheaper than Walmart.

I went to load my cash app card with the last of my money to pay my phone bill and I told the cashier I’m loading 40 but it takes a dollar fee in cash app so here’s 41 but proceeds to tell me that it will take it out at the end and only loads 40 and my cash app says 39 dollars and he try’s to load the one dollar but can’t and says well they only let you do 20 dollars minimum and talks about the only way to do go about this is a refund and made me feel like well now it’s up to you because of a mistake he made very infuriating experience customer is always right

I did not use the pharmacy so I can't comment on it.The rest of the store seemed to have many empty shelves. I hope this isnt one of the Rite Aid locations that may be closing. The staff was very kind.

Great spot when you are in need of items the other stores don't carry in the area that can't wait. For me it's in search of Medical Aides without a prescription (i.e., walkers, walking canes, toilet seat risers, compressions, etc)..🤓👍

I would occasionally come here to pick up my Amazon packages. They're currently not offering this location as a pickup center. I've always had a nice encounter with the staff. My only complaint is in regard to a curbside pickup order on 12/31/22. I parked my car in the designated spot in front of the store. I clicked on the option to pickup curbside in my email and I also called the store number to get a hold of someone but no one picked up. The line continued to ring so after a minute I hung up. If it was busy you would think someone would at least have the courtesy to answer and tell me to please hold. I literally saw one of the staff members behind the counter look at me waiting in my car while I was calling them. What is the point of offering curbside pickup if no one bothers to assist you? I feel bad for anyone needing to pickup medications from the pharmacy curbside.

They need to communicate to their customers that there are 2 lines in the drive through. Everytime I come here, everyone is backed up in one line. They could serve thier customers faster if they told them to move up to the second line.

Love Rite Aid! They always have what I need and have better prices than other pharmacies and even grocery stores; if you need snacks and cereal. Can't beat their prices on pre-workout products and protein shake items!!

Isabel the pharmacy cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful when I came in. She was upset with me because I had questions but instead of politely asking the pharmacist to come over got an attitude and proceeded to say loudly and rudely “ugh I need a pharmacist”. Her behavior was uncalled for and very disrespectful. If she doesn’t want to work and is not able to provide customer service she should remain home.

Pharmacy staff was very unprofessional and very rude. I was left standing there until someone else came to help me. the person that first started helping me went to speak with another staff member, and was laughing ect. until someone else came to help me. I was so upset that I did not even finish my shopping.

After attempting to call Pharmacy 6 times in a row with no answer, Carmen answered the phone and then promptly acted like she couldn't hear me and hung up on me within 2 seconds. Worst service I've ever experienced over the phone.

I love this place. Clean. They have a restrooms. Very Good deals. Great discounts. $1 aisle. Become a member for free and get more discounts. Oh yeah! There is one girl at the pharmacy. She is been there for many years. Yes she is kind of rude😒.. But just go for the deals and forget about the not so nice staff. Blessings. 😇

Was angry with drive thru teller 4/5 scripts were ready. Last script was 30qty, that was supposed to be filled. Asked her if I could wait, she said I’m a couple hours, I couldn’t wait that long for 30qty tablets after I waited in drive thru because hours said they open 8a.m. They didn’t open until 9am. I said can you please ask for a time frame, she was very rude said earliest is 30min, & I said would it be ok to wait, she said they’ll call you when it’s ready. I said but I can’t hangout here somewhere & park to wait. She said rudely they’ll call you when it’s ready. Ok fine angry didn’t say anything rude or act rude to her. I went home getting ready for work, plus I wasn’t able to come for days out which I would be out of 30qty script. Thank you pharmacist, I spoke to him & told him I really appreciated him filling soon(30min). I understand they’re busy(Thursday morning), & to the pharmacist sir, your a lifesaver to my stress & time. Please can your tellers be a little more considerate to patient needs if possible. I could understand if it was filled up drive thru & crazy inside, but there wasn’t much happening from where I could see. So still a 5 star pharmacy for me, & I left to work right on time 5min before work. Thank you again Rite Aid on Mitchell!!!

I called to ask a simple question and the robot that answers it told me to press 3 to speak to an associate. I pressed 3, waited a bit and then it did the same thing and I pressed 3 again. It just kept putting me through a loop so I’d never be able to talk to an associate. I understand we’re in a pandemic and it busy, but if you tell me to press 3 to speak to an associate, then you better put me on the phone with an associate.

Uhhhh what's up with tonight's crew? Went at 10:15 they were already trying to close the main door. When I asked if they were closed, the young man just stopped pulling on the door and didn't even respond. 🤷‍♀️ Then as I was checking out, the cashier doesn't even smile or greet me? Usually I always get an older gentleman assisting me, he's always friendly and kind. What a difference a smile and kind word make in a person's life. ☮

Fake sales, I hate places that want to be Costco but without anyone saving money. Expect one star reviews If you're going to have a sale that requires a special card like a wannabe Costco. This place always over charges and waste time.

I love love love this RITE-AID! The workers there always greet me when I walk in and are always ready to assist me with anything I need help with. I have develop a relationship with each worker there and I feel like at home when I walk in. The two ladys in the morning are very very nice and the young men as well... they always find exactly what I need and help me choose which item is worth buying. My favorite RITE-AID!

The employees in this store are super unfriendly. Every time I come in here it's the same. It could be a new employee or an old employee, they're all the same. They need to work on their customer service for sure.

The pharmacist there was really rude. I call from a dental office and he was very unprofessional, giving my staff attitude. You should train your staff that work at rite aid some professionalism.

Nice location for the town. Lots of things to choose from besides medication. You can get an ice cream cone like the old fashioned Thrifty's or a fan or a bottle of your favorite spirit or beverage. One of my go to places in Ceres

okay the pharmacy is fine i get prescriptions from there, but very few spanish speakers and some act like they really don’t care about what your asking for and some are polite. but the “manager” is wack, once there was a small confusion on an item we got and she got mad at us and she looked so stupid asking us questions that were anything besides what we were claiming.

This store has ALWAYS made everything convenient for me. I get narcodics meds and I NEVER have to worry abt showing Id! Plus they (used) to have a sitting area with tv and BLS pressure machine! What's not to love?! Thank you rite aide but please bring back the tv! (Looked like someone ran out with it!)Oh and ice cream! The old THRIFTY icecream YUM!!

This sorry ass people are rude as hell. There costumer service is horrible. I am going to investigate on how to put in a grievance on there workers there. If they do not like there job they should look for another one.
