Pharmacy ClosedI hate to give this type of review but I have hopes that it will help change their staffing problems. Pharmacy Closed Today is a sign posted near the pharmacy with the roll down security shades over the windows. This is not a one time occurrence but ongoing for months now. I tried to speak to the Store Manager who told me to go somewhere else if I didn't like it. And guess what I along with many of my friends are leaving Walgreens for good. I feel so sorry for the staff who must be forced to work in this environment. Best Wishes.

They are expensive to me on most things unless you shop for their specials.I must say I have never meet a rude or bad employee in any of their locations except D.H.S and that was a long time ago.

I turned in a prescription at noon and I was told this it would be ready in 2 or 3 hours. I came back at 4:30 and stood in line for 10 minutes only to find out that it wasn't ready. They said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. It was, but when I got home I found that the prescription was incorrect. I had been given plain amoxicillin when the prescription was for Augmentin (Amox-Clav). So I drove back and after waiting in line again to complain I got back in the queue and got the right drug and a polite apology from the pharmacist. The staff were polite throughout, but I don't think that there are enough of them to handle the demand satisfactorily.

Love this Walgreens and the staff that work there. My only complaint is the fact that you don’t dare go there between the hours that the local high school is letting out..the lot become mobbed with raucous kids waiting for mommy pickup...my car has been keyed twice, kids are begging for cash, and the staff has to be on the alert for shoplifters....any other time it’s a great place to shop for last minute grocery items, OTC meds and those really special pharmacy folks...

These people are wretched and incomprehensible in their behavior. Richard got my order wrong, yet he refused to take it back and insisted that I asked for something, when I know exactly what I asked for. He was unbelievably rude and discourteous. Another time I come in, and the same person - Richard says I am not allowed to be their because I had been in at some other time and was shoplifting. I made $98,000 in 2015, I've never shoplifted in my life. It was truly disgusting, the worst part is that the Manager Habib, refuses to look at the video tape to vindicate me. That was the cake on an already fabulous day, my car is in the shop needing $1400 of work, and I had about 15 minutes to get to the pharmacy and return a rental car. I used to just ride my bike down the street to this Walgreens and now I can't. My car still is not ready and so now I have to bike all the way to Dinah Shore to get what I need. I now think of this Walgreens as evil and demonic. To accuse someone of a crime and then have this piece of human trash Habib be unwilling to look at the video tape that would prove I wasn't even there, is beyond comprehension. People are disgusting animals, and I hope the world is purified and sterilized by a Nuclear Fire. THE HUMAN RACE DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE SAVED.

While I was getting a prescription filled I witnessed a hispanic couple arguing with the pharmacist. They kept trying to use a mexican issued ID to fill a prescription. This is not acceptable because they are very easily faked and not a reliable form of ID, so I understand why the policy doesn't allow use of them. The pharmacist remained calm, kind, and did not give in to the obnoxious couple who was (at this point) yelling at him and calling him names. I love this walgreens so much now and they have earned my business for life. It's about time someone stood up to these bullies who come here and expect us to wait on them hand and foot.

Great staff! The Asian American gentleman, he is great! He is thorough and always by the book! I know that he won’t let anyone slip through the cracks by using Metriculas issued through Mexico..In fact here’s what the FBI had to say about Metriculas...“The Department of Justice and the FBI have concluded that the matricula consular is not a reliable form of identification,” said Steven McCraw, assistant director of the FBI’s intelligence office. “There are ... major criminal threats posed by the cards and [a] potential terrorist threat.” (2003)...Clearly you mr pharmacist, you are doing your job the right way- a way that many people would consider by the book.. my hats off to you sir! Thank you for having a thorough understanding of your job responsibilities!

I watched a video by some guy on YouTube that got mad at the Asian pharmacist working here because he couldn’t use his matricula to get his meds, which isn’t an acceptable form of ID here. The pharmacist stayed professional despite being called a racist; I’m glad you guys have civil pharmacists working here.

They call the prescriptions are ready but are closed some days so you waste your time driving there.Now they have totally lost my prescription and claim I picked it up.They need to be reported to the state of California! These People are worthless.

I get my meds here and the pharmacy does a great job but when I called the photo Dept and asked about downloading my photos on to USB she stated that I need to buy one of there's .okay cool so how much $ she gave the price, next question how many GB ? she said she didn't know so I then asked how many pix can I load ? she said she didn't know I then asked if I can speak with someone with basic knowledge of a USB she then said with a tone I've been here 25 yrs and something something.. so I said then how don't you know the basics because if you're working in that Dept you would at least know the Max on what one of your USB can take.. I hung up and called the palm springs Walgreens and got the answers I needed in less then a min ..it's a 4GB and can load upto 1000 photos..

Very bad service at the pharmacy only one gentleman works there have a good service I am not sure of his name but he drives a black Honda but the rest need training about customer service always talking and they ignore the line and today which is Sunday I had a very bad service from the crew working at 5:30 pm so I am gana complain to big head office I went to buy product and he has it inside and want to give me different product and he says it’s policy and there was no policy I mad him write that so I can take it to head office and if I don’t see a good respond if I can sue him since I have his hand written I will they don’t deserve my money
