I have been coming here for 20 years. The pharmacy use to be really good but these past few years they are slacking BIG TIME. If you need to go to the pharmacy prepare yourself to be waiting 30-60 mins!!!!! i have been going thru drive thru AND walk inside. Both ways expect a HUGE WAIT!!!!! its ridiculous and frustrating. They use the excuse of no staff. That is NOT TRUE. They always have 4-6 people working and they are all in the back acting dumb “filling pills”And there is always ONE person taking care of the store and drive thru. One time this lady working there told the others in the back in spanish “help me there is a huge line of customers. The other girls were just laughing and gossiping and totally ignored her. Today i went to pick up my meds and there were 5 cars outside waiting in drive thru. I ended up going inside because i figured it would be faster inside. I was TOTALLY WRONG. I was in line and there were 4 other people behind me. There was one guy working the drive thru and the inside. The rest?! In the back “preparing pills”.The manager needs to teach them PRIORITZING.They need to know that customer service is First! AFTER u take care of the customer they can always go back into “preparing prescriptions” and “counting pills”.This is ALWAYS the case when i go.Its so frustrating, if they dont do something about it i will have to change my prescriptions somewhere else. I took a picture so u can see all 6 people just standing there. VERY FRUSTRATING

Prescriptions won’t be filled the same day. Waited three days to get my full prescription for my son and now have waited all day for my prescription to be filled. I’ll try tomorrow.

Worst service. I had a scheduled appointment with a pharmacist. I got a reminder the day before my appointment. The day of my appointment the pharmacy is closed due to lack of pharmacist. Although they do have a pharmacy department manager, the store didn't consider being decent and contacting all persons with appointments to cancel and reschedule them. Because that is just too easy for incompetent t requires the employees of Walgreens to actual do work and perform some sort of customer service. I hope these people don't expect to get paid more for their lack of service and poor work ethics.

Most disgusting store. They need to close it. It's terrible for the brand and an insult to customers. I should have read reviews before I went.Rudest totally incompetent pharmacy. Closed the window in my face as I was standing waiting to pick up my meds. It was 5 pm and people were behind me - they were supposed to close at 7. Waited 30 minutes the day before. That day I called and was put in hold 25 minutes - but when I went - since I couldn't get thru I was told they were at lunch. Even tho the recordings says 1:30 - 2. It was 3! Not even sure I got the right meds!No manager two times I went. Just incompetent supervisor.Stay away!! It's scary they're distributing drugs!!

I went to pick up prescriptions as said on app ready coming from Loma Linda late this AM. I had waited my turn for each car was about 15 to 40 mins each. Then when I got there told by Lucy 2 were not ready but the rest were ( had over 5). The shift Leader Aaron then asked me of I can swing around, there was a about 5 cars behind me. I proceeded to say for 2 meds I rather wait for them. Then Lucy stomped up to the window to advise me the police were called. I waited for them... they came and left?.. I then went into the store to speak to a manager. Spoke to a shift leader to ask why my prescriptions were not being given to me and being refused if I had not yelled, been rude not disrespectful to anyone, I just refused to wait another 30 mins then swing around a long line again in a drive thru. Then I proceeded to ask if he can get them but he stated the assistant refused to give my meds. Reasons are still unknown to me. Being a customer for several years. I am taking my business else where. Sad how they treat there customers : to refuse their patients prescriptions. If you look at their drive thru there are no signs posted that you have to move around if they can't promise you the prescriptions on their app or the police will be called. No signs at all.

PHARMACY REVIEW ONLY: this has been my pharmacy for my basic birth control patches for a couple years now and over the years it just seems like this place is under staffed or something. I’ve had to call EVERYTIME to remind THEM to get me my prescription. I’ve had pharmacists with horrible attitudes and have my prescription be late (it’s not like they said they were out.) I wouldn’t recommend making this your primary pharmacy. They have a lot of work to do here.

Went in for a Flu shot and after standing at the window and being ignored for 20 mins, the pharmacist told me they only do it by appointment. Customer service here is always poor in the pharmacy. Walked in to CVS and was taken care of IMMEDIATELY and was out in less than 10 mins (including the flu shot).

I called and after a long wait for the pharmacy department, I requested to. transfer my medication closer to the airport because when I went the night before, the line both in and out was so long (at 6:10 PM) and I was told they would close the pharmacy at 7 even if everyone had not been served. So today when I was disconnected from the store clerk, she didn’t bother to call back even though she had pulled up my information. So I called back, waited over 20 minutes, then the phone started ringing but no one answered. Tried again. Same thing. I wasted over an hour trying to make a simple request. Now I have to catch a flight without my medication! Worst. Walgreens. Ever.

Never has a 90 day supply of my medication. Always having to wait days, then having to drive clear across town to pick it up.This is supposed to be a Pharmacy. Really??I miss CVS! Insurance driven.

Love coming here. I'm a frequent shopper at this location actually. Very friendly, humble associates. The drive thru is great and convenient....although it can be a bit busy at times. Still great! >.<

On hold 28 minutes *at store opening*...message says two callers ahead of you. Disconnects at 28 minutes. I doubt Walgreens is capable of managing a pharmacy. They all do the same thing. It's not because of Vivid, it's operational incompetence. The funny thing is I never leave bad reviews but these experiences with Walgreens cover the last 30 days have been exceptionally bad

The Worst Customer Service in their Pharmacy Department.I made my Appointment in my second dose of the COVID Vaccine. My appointment time is 6:00 pm, I have been standing for 1 hour because they only have 3 chairs and there are people already waiting ahead of me so I went and talked to the Pharmacy Technician and told her that I am so Tired of Standing because I am a Senior Citizen, the Lady told me that there are 3 people ahead of me that still waiting So what is the purpose of making an Appointment if You have to wait for 1hour 20 mins. And worst than that, The lady who is In-charge of the Vaccination named Stephanie, After Vaccinating One patient she went back in her Station and started setting up medication Although she knows that there are 4 People that still waiting to be Vaccinated and she knows that we have Been waiting there for more than 1 hour.The Management needs to Retrain their Employees. They don’t Deserve a 1star.

Best drug store I have ever used. Everyone on the staff is helpful, but the pharmacy people are exceptional by any standards. Sending the prescriptions in electronically or using the handy phone refill option saves a lot of time. As I am cashing out, I notice the large number of prescriptions that are being refilled. They do their best to accommodate those who bring in prescriptions and want to wait. They have several staff members that are bilingual. They really understand customer care throughout the store. Not sure who manages the store, but they do a bang-up job.

Slowest Pharmacy ever! I usually use the drive-up window to drop off and pick up prescriptions because I don't walk super great right now and it's easier than going inside. I picked up prescriptions twice in the past 2 days that resulted in sitting in the Drive-Thru line for over a half an hour each time. On average I spend 15 + minutes at the drive-thru window even when it's just me picking up one prescription because it takes 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge you even after you hit the button to let them know you're there. I have on good days gone inside when I feel like walking they're not much faster there. This particular Pharmacy seems extremely short staffed. I only gave it three stars because the staff that is present are for the most part friendly and knowledgeable they're just very very slow.

Most people working here are outstanding and do the best they can. That includes the pharmacists here. But this Pharmacy is understaffed and is constantly slow to the point where the wait is 10 people ahead of you. I have complained to corporate many times and don't know the reason why this has continued over the last 2 years but they dont seem to care...but be prepared to WAIT if you're coming to this Pharmacy. This is a 24-hour pharmacy and they are probably overloaded with customers; truly understaffed for the amount of people that they handle in the drive through AND through the walk up. If you don't have the patience of Job, don't come here....you have been forewarned.

The pharmacy don't answer the phone. They are closed on the weekends but say open. ou have to wait 30+ minutes in the drive through just to talk to a pharmacist for them to come back and wait another 30+ minutes. I'm done with Walgreens

Very slow to attend you, these people are worthless, they open and close the pharmacy whenever they feel like it without giving notice with total disregard of people needing their medications . Employees are very unprofessional with awful customer service . I would not recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy if he was dying and needed medication

Brought my medication 2 days ago still not ready.......its only antibiotics and eye drops how hard can it be? It's not my insurance cuz I have a decent insurance company. Wost was I came by early to pick it up and it said it would be open at 11am cause of staffing.....what about other personal who need there medication asap?! Come on walgreens pharmacy I know you can do better.

Walgreens is always a very comfortable place to shop. There are rarely a lot of people inside the store and if so the weight for check out is always very minimal. The selection is good and there are often many items on sale depending on what you're looking for. I don't visit too often because I do shopping through the Walgreens website which is very easy to do

Absolutely horrible experience. The pharmacy technician I called and spoke with stated that they had a vaccination that I was needing so i took a lunch break to go and get it done. I informed her that I would be there shortly. I left work to get to the pharmacy and low and behold they did not have the vaccine in stock. When i told the pharmacy technician who was helping me that i had called ahead of time and was told it was available she became very defensive and had the attitude of a teenage girl and didn't offer an explanation to the conflicting information i was given. The pharmacist did not attempt to explain either. I have had several other issues such as changing my address, not billing my insurance and charging me as a cash patient. I typically stay patient in those situations however when someone does not act accordingly they deserve to hear my opinion through formal complaint and online reviews.

Worse Customer Service and Inefficient Management in their Pharmacy. This employee named “Stephanie” needs to Retrain on how to treat Customers with respect and how to manage the Scheduling of the Customers. I was scheduled at a certain time but I and the other Customers waited for 3 1/2 hours then when we talked to her all we got is her Rude and Disrespectful Response. Worse Experience Ever. .

This pharmacist and his techs needs to take a vacation. The pharmacist was so stressed out, I felt like I was a burden and he didn't even want to be doing what he does for a living. Not once did he consider my welfare or tend to the concern of my suffering. He applied zero knowledge or experience or skill to his ability to assure me. There was no respect or professional competence. Professional moral was nowhere to be found. I felt like I had no advocate for my care and the only thing I would like him to pass down to his future generation of pharmacist is this experience of showing no value to me and this is how you should never treat a patient.Walgreens needs to highly reconsider their choice of pharmacist.

Extremely unprofessional pharmacist. I asked a simple question about children's medicine. She told me I should just read the box. As she read the box I explained my child is adult size and close to 12. She said i need to stop mumbling if I have a question. I told her her education level should be beyond reading the box and asked for the meds back. Shortly after I returned to the counter to purchase my meds to hear this "educated" woman talking trash about me. Is this professional? I expect from someone who literally is the person we depend on to give us sound advice for the medicine we and our children take.

Very rude checkers. My card did not work up front. Checker had me put card in a total of 6 times. I told her machine felt strange and she said "it's on your end not my end" almost insinuating fault on my part. Another checker came did override I think and took me to another checkout machine where card worked fine. No apology given and both had bad attitude.
