Went in today, they advertised they're open at Noon, showed up at 12:56 and doors were not open it wasn't until we were about to walk away someone came to the door. Once we order they didn't have many items ready and keep saying things would be ready in 20mins. I had 5 small children with me and had no time to wait. Once my kids got their Boba drinks, there were not satisfied, and it's not because of the different flavors, but because it honestly did not taste good. There was way too much boba. When I called to let them know and ask what they had available, the guy on the phone was very rude. I will make sure never to go here again.

Pretty good boba shop. Nice variety of standard boba flavors. Nice areas to hang out inside. Plenty of parking around the shop. Service was so so with the person working not very friendly and giving the feeling that they'd rather be anywhere but working. Thai tea was pretty good, boba while soft did not feel that fresh. You can adjust the sweetness and ice amount when you order.

This was my first time here and I really like this spot. We ordered both the Taro Milk Tea and Lavender Milk Tea at 25% sugar and less ice. It was tasty, the sweetness level was perfect and the tea still shines through. When we ordered we had to wait 20 minutes until the next boba batch. The boba didn't have flavor, but I liked the consistency of it. The ambience and decor of the place was really cute & clean, and the girl working was sweet. Other than the 20 minute boba setback, I enjoyed it and look forward to trying other drinks on their menu.

This is like Omomo tea shop version (Chino & Irvine) but in the low desert in Cathedral City. They just opened 6mo. ago. Aesthetically pleasing drinks, cup designs etc & cute colorful café inside. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the Palm Springs area.I stopped by b/c I needed a caffeine boost to keep up while waiting/trying to get a ride back home while doing Rideshare. That’s the part no one really talks about Rideshare: is how we get stuck and then it gets dark 😣and late and pretty much were left on our own to figure out how we get back home because just driving back home just to defeats the purpose. So we have to improvise 😜 or play the waiting game & take a break in the meantime. Anyway my order was pretty simple a Roasted Oolong tea with Brown sugar boba . Definitely recommend their specialty galaxy drinks if your looking for a more fun drink. And then for natural caffeine boosts without the crash, any matcha drinks or fresh teas with Oolong & matcha being the strongest.

Workers were kind. Wonderful service. You can ask to adjust sweetness and the amount of ice. Their cups are pretty sturdy and their lids are interesting (they peel off like yogurt packets) vs other Boba places that would have you poke your straw. I like 'em. I intend to return again. I'll update my review if anything new comes up.

Giving this place three stars because I’ve been coming here often, I love the amount of options and usually have a good experience with the staff. However, lately when I go I end up with something wrong with my drink. I’m not usually one to complain or have a problem drinking something even if it is messed up, but tonight I went and placed my usual order - white peach oolong tea (typically a light orange-ish color), but I received what I can only assume to be coffee. It tasted burnt and bitter, almost like I was drinking coffee grounds. It was also very dark colored instead of the usual see-through light orange color. I couldn’t even drink it because it tasted so bad. Plus, because it was getting late I didn’t want to consume anything too high in caffeine. Not sure where the lack in quality is coming from lately.

In Palm Springs for girls weekend and found this boba shop nearby, I’m from LA and I know good boba tea, this is as good as I get at home ! I ordered a strawberry, kiwi with mango jelly , super yummy and had fresh fruit bits. Definitely when I visit Palm Springs will make this a regular stop !

Very friendly family run business and very different from your typical tea shops. They offer hot and cold/ refreshing teas and boba milk tea. They have a wide selection of different tea flavors that make it hard to decide sometimes but I like that you might discover something new you have never tried and might end up liking. Definitely worth visiting.

The drinks were ok but the girl who took our order was rude, didn’t want to explain the drinks, and honestly they just didn’t want to be there. The store smelled like cat pee. My wife and I were disappointed but 1 star might be too harsh. I kinda liked the Oreo drink. The drinks were 2/5 at best.

TEAMOMO more like TEANONO WITH NOBOBO. We have ordered twice from teamomo through Uber eats, added and paid for the extra boba and did not get the boba in our drinks. Also tried calling the store and was unable to reach anyone multiple times. We just want boba!!

Wow great boba tea store nearby me. I have been going to another tea store down the road and while eating nearby saw their sign. Friendly staff and great drinks. I tired this drink called a Strawberry Tornado and had great taste and fresh fruit, I was surprised how their prices were for quality of drinks, check them out and recommend trying their Tornado drinks!

Nice staff, drinks were good though I did get some crunchy boba. We ordered two Thai slush one with 50% sugar but they tasted exactly the same. The floors were super dirty. They looked like they had been mopped with dirty water or someone just pushed around a dirty mop. There was a long strip of toilet paper hanging from the ac vent which was not appealing. There was a large unused cold case that was the first thing you see when you walk in. The paint was unfinished. It in general had a vibe of being poorly finished. Prob wouldn’t go back.

Nicely brewed teas with plenty of flavor and probably the best fruit juices/teas around. The boba is good and nicely cooked. Super friendly staff!Would love to give them 5 stars but i still think the best boba in the valley is Bunny boba @ La Quinta. But, this place will definitely be my new regular spot to go to since it's so close to Palm Springs.

The drink was fine. I got the strawberry yakult, however the problem was the boba. It tasted like the pears were boiled in water, rather than cooked with sugar. It was bland and undercooked. Other than that, the drink tasted fine.

The boba thai milk tea was delicious! I appreciate when I'm able to pick how much sugar to add because I usually go light to none. Highly recommend. The brown sugar boba were delicious!

Cute place just wish I could have got my order. After 30 minutes had to cancel the order because i had no more time to spare. The staff didn't seem to care about the long wait and got rude when I asked for my money back. 30+ minutes for tea= no thank you.

Our family is obsessed with bubble tea and we have had our share of good and bad ones. A new place opened 2 weeks ago and it is a good one. For sure coming back soon to try different offerings.
