Number 1 rule of customer service: GREET your customers. I walked in, was seen yet not acknowledged until I was at the cash register. And even then hardly any friendliness came through.The girl who helped me was the “supervisor” apparently (I noticed her badge). She spoke quietly & looked like she hated being there. Not a single smile or an ounce of personality.The counter where you pick up your beverages was messy/sticky. It wasn’t even busy. So no excuse there.I will visit a different location next time.

The service at Barista end was an issue. I said good morning, and she looked at me, no smile or acknowledgment. Had my drink remade due to whole milk as I ordered Oat. I asked for extra Carmel. The batista ignored the ticket info. Didn't complain. Since Starbucks' emphasis is more on the drive-through window and drive times. The Starbucks brand is only a shell of what it oce was. Atmosphere? There isn't any. It's like walking into a closet. 3 tables, no room to meet friends. I've been visiting local coffee shops. At least they know my name when I walk in, smile, and never use the canned " welcome in" phrase while never looking up from whatever they are doing. My issue in mostly on the brand. It's a failure.

I feel bad for the barista because he was all by himself (I work at Starbucks too so I know how it feels) but I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through with 5 cars, and the milk wasn't even steamed in my tea latte.. I don't know what the problem is, whether it's not enough staff or poor training, but I expect better from fellow baristas and I hope that in the future they can get things together and support each other better.

This Crew and Starbucks make it so comfortable&🎉50yrs!I went out of my way to voice congrats on the vibe settings via Isabella.There's parking around and multitude of fast food restaurants. Yet, once you smell the coffee you know you're coming in!Lo voiced all are welcome and it felt that way!* pet friendly! *

I've been to a lot of Starbucks around the country, and this one probably has the slowest service I've ever seen. Today (like several recent visits), it took 15+ minutes to get a regular coffee with cream & sugar...not a fancy blended drink...and they weren't particularly busy. At many Starbucks locations, the Barista will turn and pour my coffee and have it ready to go by the time I put my wallet away. At this location, an order for a simple coffee gets lost in the shuffle. The staff, while nice and polite, seem disorganized and they have no idea what they're doing. They need some serious additional training in time/task management skills.

Went in to get a drink and 2 cake pops. Got my drink and waited for the rest of my order. One of the guys saw me waiting and told me my drink was ready and I told him that I was waiting for the cake pops. Kept waiting. Finally I told ANTONIO if I could get my stuff so I could leave, he acknowledged me but kept doing whatever he was doing. Finally he decided to get them but was making jokes thru the headset with the other workers specially a guy with bowl cut and acne scars(didn't get his name) right in front of me. I'm pretty sure he smashed the cake pops on the ground or somewhere because they were in bad condition I'll attach a photo. I can't believe this guys can't take their job serious and give good customer service. SMH

This place is good and all but not the best if you want to study since there aren't that many outlets to plug in your devices. The service is quick and the establishment is clean. Since it is so small, it get super packed innthe morning to a point where you have to wait outside in line.

Chase&Avacocado location employs a very professional and personable staff. Spent a few hours finishing up my reports here and the service was fantastic. 👌 the store itself is a smaller location but has plenty of parking and a well kept restroom

Zero stars We use to have great experience here. But for the past few months this location has went to 0 stars. The barista's look MISERABLE dont acknowledge customers when they walk in. I went here today at 12:50, walked in no acknowledge even said thank you have a great day not one response everybody had a stank face. This location needs to figure out what is wrong is it leadership or people just don't want to be here either way it need to be fixed. We will look for another location. This location has great staff. Today Arely was AMAZING taking our order. She had and upbeat friendly attitude. Arely used great customer service skills. Please APPRECIATE her for what she does!!! Thank you Arely!!
