We feel the charges for care here are very reasonable too. We’ve had 2 emergency visits this year and are grateful for all at Ridgeline who helped us in a scary time.

Wow what an experience the last 24hrs. This practice was amazing. My baby had a giant mass on his spleen and was at risk of rupturing. Not only did they squeeze me in for an appointment same day but they went right in to surgery to save his life. Within hours of the diagnosis, my Scooby was under the knife and out of immediate danger. Dr. Eddy and Dr Reddy saved my baby. The staff was more than gracious.

We have recieved wonderful care for our two pups from Ridgeline. They are incredibly compassionate and thorough--even with humans! Today, they literally made me cry happy tears after taking care of something that they didn't need to do, but did just because they are good humans. In a world that is seeing less and less of that everyday, I just wanted to come here and acknowledge them. If you are able to have your pets cared for by them, I trust you will be in good hands.

Great vet! Couldn't be any better. She is very knowledgeable, kind, well priced, and doesn't suggest expensive unnecessary tests like many other vets in the Valley. I've been to many of our local Vets during my 33 years here. Dr Reedy is my forever vet now. I trust her with my dogs, who are the most precious things in this World to me.

Dr Reedy is an amazing veterinarian. She was amazing during a difficult illness for my dog Scooter. She not only kept working with him even when I was giving up hope, she kept me going as well. I can't thank her enough for saving my dog. She is simply amazing!

My baby girl was put down on 01/23/23 but before that she was deeply cared by Ridgeline. The vets, the front desk, and the techs and the little kitty in the front desk are wonderful. They sent me this beautiful card, I trust them with my animals. People leave reviews here because they are mad/annoyed because they are booked for months. The vet is obviously busy, you can’t be giving three stars because they are booked and busy? That’s not their fault.

I have a senior citizen of a dog. She’s 16 so she’s got issues and sensitivities. Doctor found some lumps and cut em off with out any fuss and didn’t kill my bank account. I have no complaints. Vet techs were all super nice , front desk with Emily was great.

Dr. Kirk and the entire Ridgeline Staff are amazing. My 15 year old cat has seen many veterinarians in 3 different states and Dr. Kirk is my absolute favorite. Most recently I had to leave a veterinary practice in Palm Desert because they were not comfortable handling my grumpy hyper thyroid cat. Dr. Kirk worked with me to get her properly medicated so that they could safely work on her and give her amazing care. The entire staff at Ridgeline has been wonderful.

Great that they got a new and bigger office. I was seeing Dr. Eddy and followed him around because he is the very best but he moved to the high desert but he recommended Dr. Reedy. I then started going to Dr. Reedy and found that she is great like Dr. Eddy. One day I brought my dog to Ridgeline and saw Dr. Eddy working there. My two fovorite Vets. in the same office!!!

Dr. Reedy has cared for my pets for quite awhile now. She is thorough, very knowledgeable and caring to all furr babies that are brought to her for care. Ridgeline will provide the best. Dr Reedy has a strong team working with her.

this vet is amazing. i especially appreciate them taking time out of their fully booked day to squeeze me in, last minute, for a vet appointment for a small emergency. they deserve all the stars for caring as much as they do. Its very hard these days to find a vet clinic who can fit you in without an appointment. I appreciate everyone at this office so much.

Highly recommend this business. Dr. Reedy has taken great care of my dogs, spent time explaining things to me, and doesn't insist on endless expensive tests and procedures that may not be necessary, although she does let me know these tests and procedures are available should I want them. Prices are fair and reasonable. Dr. Reedy's bedside manner is a nice blend of professionalism and friendliness. I'm glad this business was recommended to me, and I in turn recommend it to others.

Called to make an appointment for my dog, they were very nice on the phone and ready to make an appointment. But soon as I mentioned the reason for the appointment and that I'd been to a different Clinic for skin problems with my dog and not had any luck & was hoping someone could help him, suddenly they were at capacity and not open to new clients.

Five stars for the FIVE socks they got out of my boys belly! 💕 Initially, they told me they couldn’t see my 200 pound St Bernard mix the same day as I called (today), since he wasn’t an existing patient of theirs and referred me out. They were very nice. Then, a few minutes later they called back and said bring him in now. I’m guessing his symptoms had the vet concerned and she wanted to help. The vet saved me a huge hassle of trying to get into an after hours animal urgent care or 24 hour hospital, which I had trouble even finding. She did surgery on him today as xray showed he might have an obstruction and I did see a sock go quickly down his gullet. He can swallow a sock FAST. Like Olympian style. The vet got five socks out (5!!!) and since he was fine after, they all had a good laugh. I laughed too. He got into the laundry room... someone asked me where’s the sixth sock to which I replied, I didn’t even know I HAD six socks! The bill for an emergency surgery was very fair. Love this place, the Vet/Owner Dr Reedy and the awesome staff. Check out sweety Tara, the most chill kitty on the planet who lives in the lobby. She should be famous 😉 🐱. Needless to say highly recommend this clinic. Additionally, just want to reiterate, I was in such a bind, since no other vet place could/would take us, that I just about would’ve paid anything to save my baby. Vets of course know this. If Dr Reedy wouldn’t have performed the emergency surgery the day I brought him, he likely would’ve have died and he’s only 2 and I’ve only gotten a year with him. The price she charged me was BEYOND FAIR and she obviously knows she can charge a lot more as many vet clinics do. I was literally expecting triple what she charged me. Thanks again for saving my baby Ridgeline/Dr Reedy ♥️

Dr. Reedy and Dr. Oomp have been great in dealing with our dogs.Dr. Reedy is a great combination of being knowledgeable, professional and compassionate.Dr. Oomp was successful in treating a scratched cornea that hadn't responded well to traditional methods -- she accomplished this by employing a newer technology treatment that worked wonders within a few days to heal our dog's eye 😊I highly recommend both vets, and their staff has been a joy to interact with as well.

We feel so blessed to have found Ridgeline and Dr Reedy! Our dogs (3 toy poodles) needed their vaccinations updated and we are only down here for six months, so we did not have a vet. Staff is courteous and helpful. Appointments were available within a reasonable time. Dr Reedy came out and reviewed what was done with each dog. We just tookback one of our dogs with a minor issue. Same thing...everythingwent like clockwork. We so appreciate that Dr Reedy takes the time toactually come out and talk to you. Entire clinic makes you feel appreciated, listened to and your pets well cared for. Highly recommend!

I'm new to the Palm Springs area and just acquired a 3-4 month old puppy. I called to establish care for my pup and was told the first available date was in June of 2023, 5 months from now! I could see a few weeks but not months. So sad...

An observation Dr. Reedy may want to consider. Phoned Ridgeline Veterinary Clinic to make an appointment for a somewhat urgent issue (thinking 7 - 10 days, not something you want to leave go for too long). 24 hours after leaving the message, I did not hear back so I called again. Left another message after which someone called me back after about 30 minutes or so. After explaining the situation, I was told they could make an appointment for September 14th (8 weeks out). WOW, I have never waited 8 weeks for a vet appointment (my first since COVID-19) so I do understand that some are taking a bit longer than usual. I asked why such a long wait to get in? We are just booked out that far, we only have one vet. My next question is, Why are you taking new patients when you are really not able to handle what you have now? Crickets... Are you short of staff? I asked. No, we have a full staff and we are taking new patients.A few points:If you are waiting to see patients 8 weeks out then you probably should not be trying to take on more.Call your customers back before 24 hours roll by.It appears from what I have read that Dr. Reedy is new to being in private practice. Don't sour your reputation. If you cannot keep up, be honest and let potential customers know on your website and voice mail that you are experiencing a backlog of visits and there will be an 8 week wait. You will be doing your customers a favor and they will respect you for it.Better yet, when you went into private practice, you also became a business woman, whether you wanted to or not. Look at this avalanche of customers as an opportunity! How about Saturday hours? Extended hours during the week? At least until you are able to dig out of the obvious backlog of need in the community. Make hay while the sun shines!Getting off my soapbox now. I hope this somehow helps as you navigate your new private practice. From what I read it sounds like you are a great vet and have a love of animals.
