I’ve been a customer here at CVS for well over 5 + yrs. There is a Huge Lack of Professionalism. I will be reporting Joseph to LICENSING ANY/ALL AUTHORITATIVE RESPECTIVE AGENCIES. Jospeh the pharmacy tech lost his mind over me saying his name. Joseph had an out burst like a person whom was having a complete melt down. Imagine having to ask an alleged seasoned pharmacy tech the same question 4 times all because Joseph did not want to answer the question. FYI JOSEPH IN THE MEDICAL FIELD NO QUESTION IS A FORBIDDEN QUESTION ESPECIALLY WHEN THE QUESTION WAS SO SIMPLE… WHEN WAS MY HUSBAND PRESCRIPTION LAST FILLED. WHAT DATE WAS IT? You would not answer the question and then had a verbal meltdown down and forcefully voiced STOP SAYING MY NAME. Then all of a sudden about 5 minutes later you place an order for that very same prescription I was inquiring about that out doctor had already sent over weeks ago as you admitted on the phone. Why does your behavior have to be so rude. As patients/customers were allowed to ask questions and as a pharmacy technician you’re supposed to have answers. I too work in the medical field. YOUR BEHAVIOR IS INAPPROPRIATE FOR A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL HANDLING THE NEEDS OF PATIENTS MEDICATIONS. I will ask CVS to listen the conversation. The higher up should have an understanding of just exactly how you deal with simple questions asked because this behaviors NOT NEW I just don’t feel it’s appropriate to endure.

The automated phone system is so bad, I will never go to CVS pharmacy even though it is closest to my home. A waste of time trying to find out if CVS has free home tests.

I've been going to CVS for over 35 yrs. They check all my boxes and go behond my expectations. I always go to the CVS in Cathedral City @ 67750 E Palm Canyon Dr.\nJoseph (teck) and the pharmacists are the best. You ask what you can do to improve my experience....well with them you've done it.

I received a new insurance card today and so I had not been able to fill my prescriptions prior to today as I did not have insurance. I called to ask them to fill my prescriptions so that I could pick them up tomorrow. They told me they were too busy to help me. And they wouldn't let me tell them what prescriptions I needed. I am leaving for Italy the day after tomorrow and will not have the medicine I need to take with me. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The absolute lack of care or compassion is absolutely deplorable. I am now leaving on my trip without the medication that I need. It seems that this pharmacy is not adequately staffed for the amount of people it services. Denying people medication they need is just not acceptable.

I’m very satisfied with the great service I get at this CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist and his staff are always friendly and ready to answer any questions you might have in reference to the prescriptions. I also appreciate that he is always keeping me informed about any shots (immunizations) I might not have gotten.Carlos

So far it's taken 4 phone calls and 4 pharmacy trips to the Palm Desert Target/CVS Pharmacy because the staff aren't able to do their job.

The service at the CVS Pharmacy in the Target Store in Cathedral City California is always first rate. They are courteous, know their customers and their medications awaiting pick up. They are also very good at keeping track of my vaccinations and when I am due for a vaccination.
