I used to frequent this store, but tonight is the last time. Purchased a half gallon of milk. The price in front of the half gallon of milk was $2.99 and the price in front of the gallon of milk was $5.99 - both excessive. Got to the counter and was charged $5.00 for the half gallon. When I raised concern about the price, the lady behind the counter, holding a cat no less, chastised me and told me the price has to match the bar code. While that may be true for her accounting, the California Department of Weights and Measures requires items to be priced correctly.I’m not going to shop in a store where I get yelled at by a cat lady for her bad merchandising.

Rude customer service saw a bug in my sprite so went to tell them they said we could get a new one but they where very rude about it, I was not gonna say because I have been going there for a couple of months also said f you under there breath.

I can't express how much I can't stand this Circle K location. Unfortunately, its the only quick stop I have to grab something for the morning when I'm on my way to work. There is one associate in particular, a female with blonde hair, that is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She was the only one working the register when I came in this morning and there was an obvious line on one side, so of course, once I was ready, I stood in that same line. She ended up maneuvering the next person in line to the other register on the other side and normally the associates will switch back and forth between registers to get the line moving faster, so I stayed in the original line I was in and waited for some sort of direction from her. Since she had moved the other people to the other register, a line had started forming on that side. When she was done helping those people, she asked if the guy that got behind them if he was ready and I just looked at her (because I had clearly already been waiting longer and she knew I was standing there) and I said, "I've been waiting" and she's like, "well I'm over here now" and so I went over to the other side and not only was she rude about it, she had her phone propped up on the register going through her phone so I stood there for about 30 seconds not knowing if I should insert my card or not, she never gave me any total or anything. Then, she had a call come in and she answered it and it was on speaker, so she was having an entire conversation that everyone could hear. I have never seen anything like it. I was actually taken back by the whole thing. Aside from this situation, I've dealt with other issues in the past with previous associates acting rude or being extremely unorganized in various ways. I don't know who the hiring manager is for this location, but they are not doing a good job or selecting proper candidates. Shame on you for that.

Does not have very many fountain drink flavors nor do they have the individual cup coffee machines available at other circle k locations
