We take our car here all the time. Under new ownership, I believe. We went today. Clean and organized. Freezer full of assorted ice cream bars and cold beverages for purchase. Complementary coffee (k-cup) machine a plus. Always professional and friendly service!

It is no secret that automatic car washes are one of the most common culprits of minor damage to a car. In writing this negative review, the Customer Service at Cathedral City Car Wash was nonexistent. I'd like to elaborate; I came into this place for a simple car wash but came out with more than I asked for. In fact, I received an average wash and was given the gift of a scratch on my rim as a memorable experience.After receiving the wash, I had a gut instinct to inspect my vehicle, and I did. To my suspicion, I was right. Even though my car was brand new, I was not upset because I knew the world was imperfect. But what really grinds my gears (In this case, my rim) is that the staff flat-right refused to accept any responsibility for the possible damages. They tried to gaslight me into thinking their equipment was perfect and not their fault.All I wanted was a remedy to fix this simple little issue, but all I received was skepticism and denial. I was getting fed up with their assumptions that I received this scratch beforehand, but being a perfectionist, I always inspect my car for damages every time I go out. I know this scratch was absent before entering their so-called "car wash". I asked the lady at the counter for an incident/damage report form to fill out and was told that one did not exist. So, I asked the agitated lady if they could fix the scratch, and she went along to get one of the other workers to speak with me, and he proceeded to tell me that they didn't have the resources to fix it.That said, I would not recommend this place if you have a brand-new vehicle because they have nothing in place to remedy their liability. So, I was left with nothing but one thing. The thing is a quote that I remember one of the workers vividly telling me. That is, "Just don't come here again", and that was the best advice they could've given in their position. "Just don't come here again".Service: Auto detailing

Had bad experience, I paid deluxe price $24 they did not dress the wheels and tires, interior was not properly cleaned, so basically for 24 dollars you are getting simple exterior wash. See pics. They missed most for the interior water spots.

Had a great experience with outstanding customer service. From the guy that greeted/received my car, the girl at front desk and the gentleman turning in my car...they were all very welcoming and social. Luckily it wasn't busy Saturday afternoon and they took my car in right away and were done in a timely manner. My car was nice and clean inside and out and it smelled good. Thank you!

Had My Truck washed today its Lifted so Paid extra $20 cause they pull it aside an wash it $55 plus tip for basic wash. It had dried soap/ water residue from not drying with towel on half the truck

Nice staff. I have my car hand washed. Can be hit or miss so be sure to inspect your car before you leave. If you don't like something, they'll happily rectify it I've found.

First time ever here and last time here. Yes they did a good job cleaning outside but it seems they didn’t even attempt to clean this. I upgraded package didn’t expect this to happen. I cleaned myself and it only took a couple minutes. Disappointed.

Had a really great experience at Carhedral Car Wash as always! I always stop by when I am in the area and they never disappoint. I always get my car back in great condition and I love that the waiting area inside is so spacious, I’m able to wait with my baby inside with our stroller!

Absolutely the worst. I feel ripped off. $140 for a wash and wipe down? Are you kidding me? To put some Armor All on the door handles and the inside they want $300! You can get all that for $50 at most places! And when I got the car back they hadn’t even wiped off the seats like they meant it, they may as well have danced on the seats with a feather duster. I feel taken advantage of.EDIT: the owners reply ignores the fact that the job should have been done right the first time, especially after waiting an hour. Pet hair removal was never requested, just a vacuum. Leather treatment was offered and declined because I do not have leather seats. I left when it was clear this place was terrible and I had no hope left to get $140 worth of actual car cleaning done. Come back in 24 hours to fix it? That’s helpful, I’m 200 miles away now. Worst carwash ever.

I personally disliked this car wash. We had a very visible stain on the side of our car, so visible that we didn’t even need to TELL them to do it. But when we came back to get our car, it was still there. We had to tell them after the fact. AND we paid for the premium package ($26.99). Very lazy work. They also didn’t wipe the inside of our backseats. Would not recommend.

They offer a wide array of services for every budget. I usually opt for an "ultimate" - a mini detailing. I never have time for a full detail, but I'll bet they do a good job.I can't understand some of the complaints - petty. I wouldn't normally post a review of a car wash but they consistently do the best job of any car wash I've ever been to. I'm usually somewhat disappointed with the interior when I get back in my car at most car washes but it's always perfect after a car wash here. I'm always so impressed. I don't go anywhere else anymore. Also, everyone who works there is always so friendly and does a fantastic job. Do yourself and your car a favor and give them a try.

Garbage service! $23 deluxe wash. You'd get a better car wash at Circle K $5 wash. Since you have to clean the interior yourself. Fire the workers or sell the business and get out. You won't survive.

What the what? Pulled in over an hour ago and was 3rd in line. Got Bluetooth notification to turn off engine asap as its been idling for over 15 mins. Car just came out of wash and is parked under the awning waiting to be wiped down. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. 15 mins and still no one. Ah, finally 20 mins later someone is starting on it. Over 90 mins for a car wash. This place is the WORST. Won't be coming back here.

So I bought the most expensive car wash $44.99 with added charge $5 to remove some hairs under the back window. They didn’t remove the hair stating they didn’t have an attachment long enough to get directly under the back window, but they did charge me five dollars extra for it, and did not disclose they did not have an attachment prior to charging me for it. The interior which is leather had a bunch of wet spots all over, my dashboard still had dirt on it, and to top it off the guy was rude about everything. Mind you, I have not been to this location since before Covid and I had a similar experience then, but I decided to give them another try since I was in the area and it was convenient for me. Big mistake, never again, and I will tell everybody what a horrible job you guys do.

What a pleasant surprise this place was. I was actually thinking that I was just going to pop in for a quick car wash not really pay attention to how clean it was knowing that most facilities are average at best. But right from the beginning I think I knew I was going to get a great service and great car wash. The person who checked my kharian took the time to go through each of the packages with me and he assured me with confidence I was going to be happy. The vacuuming Was top notch and the wash and dry were incredible. The person driving my car took an incredible amount of time to make sure there were no water spots. The mirrors were not all over the place like they are normally with these places. If you're anywhere near this vicinity and you need a car wash trust me when I tell you you're in the right spot

Somewhat rude service. Yelled at me and told me they had to drive my my rental car which i did not want to do for insurance reasons. If you just want a quick exterior wash it's a nightmare. Old scary looking wash that i was worried would damage my car. In the end my car still looked filthy after going thru. I guess for the more expensive washes they must make up for that with hand washing since they have like 1990 car wash equipment. I will not be going back.
