They are great to work with and their prices are the best!We just had them install Vinyl flooring and it looks beautiful. Edgar and Axel the installers, were very very good at their jobs and also very nice. Janis was extremely patient with me as I struggled with my choices. Always our go to place for any flooring needs.

We were very pleased with Carpet Empire's response to our unusual issue. We needed receipts for a litigation against my Dad's GoldDigging last wife, and they responded by searching for the installation at his California home dating several years prior. They provided information regarding materials purchased and installation costs. We very appreciated their effort, and found the extra effort helpful.Based on the quality of service we received from Carpet Empire Plus, I'd highly recommend their services.

We had a water problem that distroid our carpeting in our living room dining room and one bedroom in our Condo in LaQuinta Ca. The big problem is that we were living in Mn at the time. We had used Carpet Empire Plus in Indio Ca when we remodeled a few years ago We called Carpet Empireplus in Indio and they went right over to our condo took a look and told us what we needed to do. We ordered new carpeting and it was installed. Everything was perfect and we didn’t get back to CA for a few months.

Extremely disatisfied with the process of getting a partial refund. I paid in full only to find out that part of the order could not be fulfilled for several weeks - I ordered cove base to go around the perimeter of one of the rooms. I went ahead and installed the rest of the carpet with the assurance the cove base would be refunded... it was not. I called a couple of times to speak with billing and was even given a reference number to pursue with my credit card company. I did so and am now disputing the cost of cove base. If someone from Carpet Empire wants to contact me that would be appreciated.

our sales representative Michael was friendly, helpful, knew his products for directing us to what we were looking for. Office staff kept us informed on when the installation crews would arrive. Both the wood flooring crew and carpet crew were friendly and professional. They took care when moving our furniture. We are very satisfied with our experience.

Carpet Empire's performance left us deeply disappointed. Initially quoted at $14,900, we were blindsided by a final bill nearly triple that amount, totaling almost $40,000. Their blatant overcharge for incorrectly measured rooms, coupled with their refusal to rectify the situation despite our efforts, showcased a shocking lack of integrity. We were repeatedly misled by false promises, revealing a pattern of deception that eroded any trust we had placed in them. The presence of undisclosed dealings between staff and owner Mike further underscored the company's lack of transparency. Moreover, their failure to address promised fixes, such as seams in the carpeting installation, only compounded our frustration. Overall, our encounter with Carpet Empire was marked by stress and disappointment, far from the positive outcome we had anticipated.

Awful customer service as soon as we walked we where greeted, my husband and I asked information about laminate and immediately was told that they don’t carrying it and maybe we should go to Lowe’s to look at what we want.. It was like we where pushed out it was very uncomfortable.As soon as that interaction we did not want to give them our business. Nothing was shown to us or option, the gentleman did not even get off the chair just so okay “ bye” honestly felt a little labeled.Giving our business prestige tile and flooring which we had just left to price match but was greeting very professionally.

I called and issued multiple emails concerning to approximately identify my current carpet, material, type, design, quality and supplied them with photos. While I spoke with two employees. Both of them failed at responding with either they are not trained to identify or we will find someone who can help you. All I wanted was to get clarification as to what I have so I know what price range to stay within. Update: employee responded.update: they've responded to inform me they sre waiting on identifying.

Carpet Empire is the best! My wife and I were in a real bind. We (I) had delayed on the ordering and scheduling the installation of new carpet and hadn’t even sized the job. I kept thinking it was ten years ago before the pandemic when carpet was available on reasonable notice. To my surprise all of the home improvement stores were completely backed up and carpet was eight to ten weeks out at minimum. Then a friend turned me on to Carpet Empire. I rushed over at a late afternoon on Friday and met Mia. She is just wonderful to work with. She could sense my frustration and was very helpful and patient. She knew every inch of that store and was able to use my approximate square footage to see if there was any carpet available in the size I needed. Score! She found a beautiful carpet that was in inventory and she moved mountains to get an estimator over to get precise measurements and to get the installation installed on the calendar 📅 even prior to the estimate. I was able to pay the deposit and leave the store and have peace of mind over the weekend. The early part of the week the estimator came out, measured the area and it was less square footage than we thought, and Mia promptly called me and adjusted the price considerably without my having to ask. This is a stand up company and I have referred them multiple times since with rave reviews from my friends. Cannot give them all of the stars ⭐️ that they deserve!!

No stars! Take your hard earned money elsewhere! Take the time to read the reviews and you'll see for yourself the lack of quality work. To make things worse, Carpet Empire does not stand behind their work. We had our entire home re-done by Carpet Empire with a luxury high quality laminate floor (or so we thought). Within 2 years of installation, we have numerous areas where the floors started peeling up. After several calls, they replaced their poor work. Within 2 months of the replacement, the same thing is happening again. Now we are being told we have to pay for the repairs. Unbelievable, after all the money we paid for this substandard work and they will not make it right? We are full time residents and this is a small community. Carpet Empire, your lack of business integrity is appalling! I will be sure that no one I know makes the same mistake we did by trusting you with our home improvement project.

Mia and Gary are extraordinary!Last spring we had carpets installed in 2 bedrooms and were not happy with the pile/texture which looked stained.As we were leaving the desert within weeks and not returning for over 10 months, these two angels implored the manufacturer to extend the replacement warrantee until we returned the following year. Service above and beyond to keep their customers happy.Would recommend them without hesitation!!!!

When we could not get our first choice of vinyl, (due to USA and China's labor laws clashing )Mike Thomlinson at Carpet Empire Plus gave us a generous quote on our 2nd choice of vinyl. The flooring is exactly as described - beautiful, child proof, pet proof, strong, resilient, smooth, subtle and comfortable. Our visitors have claimed our house looks new, brighter, and bigger. We are enjoying being able to walk from room to room barefoot for the first time since moving here . Our only regret is we ordered too much and now have 10 boxes of vinyl flooring (enough for a 15 x 15 sq ft room) to sell.

This is a lovely facility off Highway 111 where you can find and purchase carpet off the roll....but let me get straight to the point, I had a terrible experience with the salesman Mike Tomlinson, who gave me his card about four weeks ago after I dropped in to look around the store for the first time. Completely friendly in person, but that reality fell apart after I tried to get in touch with him. After sending him an email, in which I asked for a quote on a specific carpet, I didn't hear from him for two business days in a row....I finally decided to text his direct number listed on his card. He finally answered, although there were long delays in between his text messages. I asked him if he could include a price for delivery and he said, "we can't do that" which a couple of weeks ago is the opposite of what he said to me...otherwise I would not have asked. I pressed him on this because I was confused and he said that if I paid one of the guys in the warehouse $150 dollars cash, they would deliver it for me......which is completely sketchy. Truth be told, I got such an uncomfortable impression from this interaction and his lack of acknowledgement that he had ignored my emails for two days that I think the universe is telling me to avoid this man and this store. Think twice about using carpet empire.

We purchased new carpet from Empire Carpet Plus last spring. Everything went well and the new carpet looked great, but it developed ripples after a few months. Called and they quickly scheduled a crew to re-stretch the carpet. The crew arrived an, just about an hour later, the carpet looked great again.This involved no long efforts or delays. No issues as to whose fault it was. They stood behind their work and I will not hesitate to call on them if I ever need carpet work in the future.

When looking for carpet for a condo, I looked all over for something that wasn't too expensive but a fair quality. What I got was a surprise. Once the carpet went in, it was MUCH more luxurious than I was expecting. The staff at the Cathedral City store, the guy who came to measure and the installers were all friendly and courteous. And, ON TIME...!!! Something lacking in the desert. When the measure was off, they were kind to adjust the cost to stay within my budget. No other carpet place in the valley would do that...!!! Thanks Carpet Empire. Your commercial was right... "If you don't get your carpet from Carpet Empire... You're paying too much...!!!"
