We just took our dog to Pawsitive Karma for the first time and were thrilled with his cut. The turnaround was so quick (1 hour) and love that they are cage-free groomers. The bow tie was just the cherry on top! We will be back! Thank you!!

This is an excellent place to have your dog groomed. I have been taking my dogs here for several years, and had very good experience. My dogs love the groomers. If you don't want your dog to be well looked after and not kept in a cage This is the place for you. I highly recommend this place.

I only have my dog's nails done here; so that's the only service I can speak to. They always cut them even, and grind them so they are not sharp. Nails are walk-in, and I've never had to wait longer than a couple minutes. In the meantime there are plenty of wares to keep you occupied. Once my dog goes in, he comes back out within five minutes.They also carry some "boutique" items. My dog was itchy one month (not fleas), and they suggested a particular shampoo. It was a bit more than I'm used to spending for dog shampoo, but it gets diluted before use and has lasted a long time. Most importantly, my dog's coat has been healthy and he's much less itchy now.Reasonable price, including a tip. Everyone is very nice to me and my dog, and they give him unique treats after every visit!

At out dog's 8/15 grooming, she was razor burned on her v*lva; it was extremely painful for her to urinate that day and the following day. This resulted in an urgent care appointment ($338.16 bill for examination and two prescriptions). She had to wear a cone and receive topical medication for irritation and oral pain medication for the remainder of the week in order to get back to regular urination without pain. She literally stayed curled up at my feet or on my lap for three days because she was in such pain and so miserable. Food, play, and walks were out of the question.She has been groomed for years and no groomer has ever razored her v*lva and burned it.We emailed the vendor to notify them and received no response.

O have taken my pets here numerous times. They are always able to accept walk in nail trims and all the groomers have done an amazing job! ( even with a pup that does not like having their feet touched ) highly recommend place for nail trimmings and fun items for your pets!

8/22/22 Update - it's now $95 for grooming my elderly dog and they get booked up. I'm a regular now booking months in advance. They do cats' nails as walk-ins.Pre-pandemic: Four stars instead of five because I can beat the price (I usually use a cheaper groomer), but this place is convenient, dependable, and has never caused us any problems. They charged about $70 to groom my poodle/bichon frise dog and can usually get him in in 2 days. For a sanitary cut it's only $5 and they can do it as a walk-in, which is a relief when my regular groomer is not available. I was able to add on nail care ($15) and gland expressing (I forgot price) to my dog's walk-in appt which held me over until my less-expensive groomer could get to my dog. They keep our info on file even though they are only my secondary groomer, and are pleasant and professional, with a cute pet shop too.

My two were hesitant to go in because of where I use to take them but Destinee came out and they were so comfortable with her they went in happy! She did a great job bathing and trimming Cookies nails and an amazing job grooming Oso and watching for his skin tags, Definitely Happy!They had a variety of goodies in the front so I picked up a few that Oso and Cookie won’t let down!

Annika and the rest of the staff are professional, courteous, and go out of their way to assure your pet is well taken care of each time they go to this place. Cute little store, no doubt. But it was rather frustrating experience for me, as I asked over the telephone if they had something in stock in a particular size. They told me yes and was told to come on over. When I got there I was told they don't even order it in the size I asked about. WTH? Unfortunately it was total waste of my time.
