I had a great experience at the garden center in Home Depot.I was looking for the plant thatgrows well in a shade area.Also, I needed to get a garden hose for my succulent garden.First of all, I went to the garden center and I looked around, but Ididn't know how to select the plant.I asked one of the employees whoworks there, and he was very helpfuland knowledgeable about the plants.I liked Home Depot because they offered various selections of plantsand their price was lower than otherstore.Also, their staff would recommendyou which plant would be good for your garden.Home Depot is well known for the Home Improvement store. And theyhave the best garden center.

Hi I try to leave a comment or review about the excellent customer service that DAISY and her shift partner TRISHA provided me at the store at 110 E. Sepúlveda blvd Carson CA 90745 on 01/29/2024 at 7: 30 pm, but it was impossible for me to do it correctly on the portal or website that is on the receipt. Slow and very custmer service, i always observed employees walk around with another employee ignores custmers trying to get their attention for assistance. It's imperative these issues should be corrected for a more pleasant to buy and shop.

I recently visited your store and there were 2 young men who helped me enormously . I was in the paint dept around 6:30-7 and I forgot my reading glasses . I asked a young man for assistance and he immediately came to where I was standing and gave me the price of an item I couldn’t make out. Soon after I was looking for paint but the young man was busy with another customer. Well actually both workers were busy with customers. I waited a short while and the second worker came to me and asked if I needed help. I eventually got exactly what I wanted, . A small can and less expensive. I have heard negative comments about millennials but I very much appreciated their help. Whether it’s their parents or the job but they sure are being taught right. Thank you

I walked up (with my hands full) to the counter to pay (and I couldn't decifer the spelling of the name of the lazy employee behind the counter, Jurod is what I'm going to assume is his name) and mind you, the place was empty with two people behind the counter and all he did was look at me. Didn't say a word to me.I said is this counter open, can I pay here, and the other gentleman motion signals to Jurod to help me, at which he reluctantly did. No smile, did you find everything ok, nothing. Didn't bother to offer me bags and he expected be to carry all these items out of the store?? I had to ask for bags, and then to double them so my paint doesn't break from the weakest bags on the planet!CLEARLY this lazy employee didn't want to be there!!Terrible experience!!

This location has lots more selection of merchandise than most other locations. Could use a lot more lighting in the parking lot, quite dark.

I buy all my ridgid wet dry vacs and ridgid power tools here and other hardware/ gardening stuff. Homedepot is my favorite hardware store. Love it here .

This place has everything you need to remodel or build your home. From paint to appliances. The management is good. Talk to Darlene, Ramon, or Art. They will take care of you. This is a great store where they take care of the customers.

The only reason I go here is because this store is close by. I'm more unsatisfied than satisfied. Don't know what it is about this store. Management, background music, layout, employees standing around, waiting for assistance, lack of selection. The one thing for sure is their webpage is so confusing.

Laziest Home Depot I’ve ever seen. A bunch of teenagers working at order pickup and first lying to me saying my item I wanted wasn’t in stock. After telling them I already confirmed there were 4 in stock on the phone, they argued about who had to get it down off the shelves which I waited for over an hour. Was scared to even ask for a discount because it was dented and I drove a long way to get this. I’m very sad and disappointed because my item was over $500 and I spend thousands at Home Depot regularly. Taking my future business elsewhere

Well stocked, clean store with tool rental and friendly employees. Plus! Their in-house music lends heavy towards new wave Siouxsie, Depeche Mode, Billy Idol, Gogo's and deep U2 cuts makes for enjoyable shopping experience

So I was sent a gift card via email for home Depot and for some reason when I went into home Depot. Maybe it's the way I look because I do have tattoos on my face and everywhere else and piercings. But they treated me like as if I was doing some type of fraud or scam and then told me that they don't honor gift cards on the phone so they sell them but they don't honor them. How weird

Got a new flat top grill. The website said apply for a new credit card and get $25 off your order. It never gave it to me. I picked up my grill and tried to buy a new propane tank. They told me they only sale the exchange tanks. I asked him if he knew where I can buy a new tank. He said no. I looked online, never told me I could order one online.

I like. Home depot but it got only 2 stars because there was no checker to check my items. I could have walked right out. We stood waiting she finally came after waiting for about 7 minutes. She had been over in the Christmas section doing what idk. Just thought kind of stupid when people want to pay and nobody there to take your money.

I wanted to check out a couple of new silicone caulking products (GE Re-New, and Loctite). I asked an associate for directions and I found the correct aisle but this branch did not have it on stock. I didn't ask anymore since I only wanted to get an idea of the price. The good news is I found a door jamb repair kit that I recently bought online costs less here.

Good place come get your do it yourself stuff some of the stuff are very helpful but then you will find some other ones that really don't care to help you they just want to do their hours be done and don't care if they help you or not. Some of the older gentlemen or women that work here really go out of the way to help you out and make sure that you get what you need and they will even ask others for help if they get stuck.
