I wanted to recognize cashier Aileen, who took the time to help me update my app to take advantage of some great coupon deals! She could've just rang me up and let me go on my way so she could go about her day. You don't see that amount of customer care in retail these days. Thanks to her and congrats to Carson Staples for retaining such a good employee.

Extremely satisfied with the service given here. Young lady that answers phone is really welcoming and kind. Called in because the staples in signal hill was extremely nasty and provided horrible service.Asked if I can get a regular sized paper laminated and they said yes.

Service here is terrible. When I asked Ashley for help she told me to wait a minute while drinking her Starbucks coffee. Then I was confused on how the copier worked because nothing was labeled. I told her that I did the same thing the guy I spoke to last time and she told me that he was wrong. She acted like she didn't want to help or be here. Next time I'll drive the ten minutes to the library for my copies to me made. They also don't make me pay for copies that don't come out wrong.

Went in to print some flyers... bought my own colored paper and the nice gentleman at the print counter offered to print them for me! The job turned out great! Once home, I realized that I left my debit card on the counter... I immediately called the store and rushed back to get it... although they were closing the doors they graciously let me in and my card was safely tucked away in the drawer! Thank You Staples Staff!!!

I went to pick up some prints from an online order I had purchased. Josh was behind the counter with multiple people in line including myself. Needing additional services, Josh helped me to the fullest extent even under pressure from a growing line. His professionalism and excellent customer service will have me coming back here all my printing & office needs. I was very impressed

I came in for copies, purchase supplies and other items. It was a great visit and I was through the register in a timely manner. They have so much stuff and they print all kinds of beautiful posters and/or detailed print. Very impressed and will be returning again. Thanks to the staff, all incredibly nice and courteous 😎🤗!

Great customer service is available in retail stores. If you haven't met Damian and Alejandra you won't be disappointed at all. These two went over and beyond the call of duty. Great team work you too.

The associates were very courteous and helpful. The wait time for service to get a furniture item was too long (about an hour) because the store was understaffed. The product is very nice and was easy to assemble.

Service is good.Employees are tentative and friendlybut it's diminished becauseof the loud, annoying choice of music..How are we supposed to look someone in the eyes while some woman is singing on & on about being "plugged" into to be turned on.Its 2020 lol--stop the annoying thirsty a** tunes in stores.Marketing should treat customers like people.Not like fish in a tank.

This has always been my go to place for office supplies... this particular store hasn't changed in the past decade!(maybe tad bit exaggerated) Love the A.R.C notary system they have and got to say one of their best products along side the UPS dropoff station they provide. The staff is friendly and helpful too, but the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 would be prices; some prices are just ridiculous in my sense.

I was here around 0500 because I needed to get some flyers and posters done. Chris took his time to help me make sure I got what I needed. He was patient while also attending other customers. He is efficient and has great customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this Staples.

Terribly under staffed or otherwise lack of customer care from the employees. Stood at copy center, for about 20 minutes or so and was not helped. Ended up leaving because of that. Store looked disorganized. Being that the store is within walking distance of my house, I remember why I dont loke going there, prior experiences have been similar.

This 5 Star review is for the employee at this location named Jocelyn! Her customer service is absolutly excellent! I called and spoke to her over the phone and she answered ever question I had with great product knowledge. When I came into the store she was welcoming and very helpful! She deserves reconcognition for her excellent work!

The location is clean but the cashier was not nice at all. She must have been having a bad day or something because that was very uncalled for. This occurred during the AM today, school supplies will be bought elsewhere.

Update: it's August 11th and I am still waiting for the replacement battery. Email District Manager and he was to get back to me ASAP per his email. Still waiting.........Worst store for replacement battery for a tablet. Still waiting since June 2, 2016 for the battery to come in. Did I tell you it's July 27th? Trying to get a manager to call with an update is like pulling teeth.....I suggest you call places before you have to leave you device at Staples in Carson.

I went to the Staples in Torrance looking for a specific febreze they checked online and said Carson had 3 in stock and told me to call them to hold them so I could pick them up I called and the guy answered sounded like he didn't want to be there I asked if he could hold the item for me the guy automatically told me they didn't have it in stock he didn't even check I asked him if he can check for me he put me on hold for a few seconds and still told me they didn't have it in stock . And hung up on me I ordered the 3 that was in stock at the store and picked them up Staples u need to train ur people to do there jobs

This staples has a great staff of workers especially Diana who works in the printing department she goes out of her way to help you with the printing or copying machines..I am illiterate when it comes to copying machines...
