Great supermarket for all your needs, they had low carb tortillas, with a couple different sections for alcohol if that interests you. With a Carl’s Jr in the parking lot or dog haus across the street if your famished. Not to mention socal wings (haven’t been there yet) Friendly staff and pay for the bag to get your super thick plastic grocery bag that can be reusable

Worst self-checkout system I've ever experienced out of the ~500+ I've used is various stores in several different states. Also the store is a complete sell out, with 3rd party vendors inside and outside of the store constantly and allowed by management. Expect to be harassed by Spectrum salesmen and if you go to self checkout hear 'Help is on the way' at least 2 or 3 times.

Ralph's should think of replacing their self checkout machines as they are too complicated and the prompts are not obvious. The lady, more often than not, wastes her time helping people out instead of it being a real self checkout.

I go here all the time and in general its fine. they have these weird solicitors hanging around the store harassing people as they walk in; aint nobody gonna buy your internet/phone stuff at ralphs!!! we are trying to grocery shop. another thing that is super bothersome is sometimes these workers will close 15-20 minutes early and ignore people that need to get in and grab something real quick. like, its not a restaurant... you wont have to do dishes or anything again. they even let some guy in right before me and two other customers got to the door and just wouldn't let us in. what's up with that??

Horrible customer service especially in the floral department. Somebody was paged twice to come help me and nobody ever showed up so I left. Very frustrating and very unprofessional of them

Love this Ralph’s for a few good reasons! 1) being a Ralph’s reward club member gives me great savings when shopping 2) The floral section is huge with so many flower selections 3) the alcohol is cheap a bottle of Ciroc is $20 bucks 4) it’s very convenient being in a shopping center with a barber shop, ice cream shop.

the bagger doesnt ever care if you dont want bag HE will never help you with your groceries and thus guy doesnt even care how many bag he will use he just put two itrn each bag and thats it because he's nit the one who will pay the bill!, Ralph Carson i think you need to reorrient your staff about customer service. good store terrible employee!!!

I love this location…Cherie is just a joy to see and speak to! She has excellent customer service, she’s kind and welcoming and she has a great sense of humor. I love going here and seeing her…The only terrible thing about this store unfortunately is the restroom. It is absolutely disgusting. It’s never cleaned and properly sanitized with actual cleaning solution. Every time I use this restroom it wreaks of hot old urine and it’s always just a completely mess. This restroom also really needs to be renovated like seriously! It’s so disappointing for such a nice store and nice location. Please, get this restroom together or just go ahead and close it down

I came today to help me how to use the digital but they don't know how to do it, I bought ruffles potato chips today, but in Lakewood Carson they help me to use there chips to access the digital, I think we have for orientation about this matter. TY

I showed up at 12:57 sharp (3 minutes before google says they close) and their door was locked and the security guard and a worker signaled me that they're closed. I signaled them 2 fingers, that I'll be out by the time they close (I was going to get 1 item quickly), but they wouldn't let me in. If you close at 12:57, then don't put 1 on google. I would have went to the Ralphs the other way instead by 1 to get what I needed tonight.

This place has good produce, a nice deli section, and a nice bakery. I really like the produce from here because it's fresh and lasts pretty long. It's my first time trying out their deli so I'm excited. I got ham, Muenster cheese, Wisconsin cheddar and roast beef. They have boars head meats so it should be good. I also got some Italian bread from the bakery so I hope it lasts.

Friendly cashier. Helpful and the gentleman bagging my groceries as well helpful and friendly. Everything I purchased was easy to locate in the store and was fresh. Was so pleased to find the mini cupcakes and cookies decorated for Halloween. Had to have one of each for my coffee. Again. The cashier at the #1 register was very friendly and helpful to me today. I was very pleased with her service.

Cherie who is a check out clerk has been rude and disrespectful to other customers on multiple visits and was talking to her other co workers and myself about how rude the customer was. She was loud and boisterous about it and it was incredibly unprofessional, and made a comment about the young mother using her EBT card to pay.I was astounded to say the least and something need to be done about her working in a customer facing environment.InexcusableUnacceptableThis kind of behavior cannot be tolerated.As I was vocalizing my dissatisfaction, her Kaitlyn brushed me off, cut me off and minimized what I was saying. There is a lack of accountability and leadership at this store and I hope corporate sees this and deals with it accordingly.

I can honestly say I have never had such a pleasant experience going to a grocery store before...but here I am, sitting in the parking lot, writing this review! I didn't want to wait to get home because this story deserves to be told. I came in to take advantage of a sale that, unbeknownst to me, expired last week. Jessica was working the self-checkout section. I had a little trouble entering my Alt ID number and she came over to help. She double checked to make sure I got the online coupon discount I had come in specifically for. It didn't take! I showed her the ad and that's when I found out it was a week old. She offered to honor the ad anyway! The whole time, she was chipper and friendly and a REALLY good representative for the company. This store is a little out of my way (I only came in for the deal), but I'm inclined to put in the extra few minutes of travel because I got the warm fuzzies from Jessica's EPIC customer service!

This was rather late when I went to Ralph's and found out open til 1 AM! Most the aisles have palettes of items to distribute. But access to groceries are possibly. Should this hour be ok with a person, it's nice since not many people around. The clerks are nice & friendly too, I enjoyed the shopping!

Parking is a little wacko, its like there's only one way in & one way out, however the store is clean and usually well stocked. Prices are a little high but not as much as the Albertsons right down the street!Check out area is somewhat crowded !...nice bakery products.

MY good friend and I just the Ralph's market on Carson St. and Avalon. We wnt to the the self check out and I will tell you I haven't felt that uncomfortable in years. The gentleman at the self check out made my good feel like she was going to rob the grocercies she bought with her money and job. I understand that its the employee' job to keep a watchful eye, but to target her and be all over her back is over the line.I want this repremended and make kok you don't treat people like a common thief.. Thank you.

A very professionally run place of business! The selection there is excellent, the management is very confident and the store is overall run extremely well! I've been shopping there for 8 years now, and I've always had a pleasant and Bountiful experience with the groceries sold at this location! A+ rating from me!
