I was living in the area for a few months and didn't have enough room to store what I needed. I was honestly just expecting just average service like I would anywhere else, but Kody really went above and beyond everytime I needed something. It really made me feel comfortable knowing my posessions were being taken care of by someone who actually cared instead of someone just there for a paycheck. Public storage will definitely be my first choice next time I need anything stored. Thanks Kody!

I've been renting storage space here for 3 years. The rent was going up each year to the point that I was considering downsizing and shopping around for storage facilities. While I was there going through my things, I came across Chrissy in the hallway. She introduced herself and told me if there's anything she could help with, just come and talk to her. Timing was perfect. I told her about my situation. She assessed my needs (now and future). Then showed me a couple of storages and made recommendations and told me to let her know whenever I am ready. She was so friendly and helpful, I ended up moving to a new unit on the same day. My rent went down more than half with this move. She saved me lots of money. She was also right about the storage size. New unit is perfect for my needs. To be honest, if I didn't run into Chrissy today, I would have moved to another storage facility. Thank you, Chrissy.

I was very pleased & impressed with the Manager Joshua professional approach, and he was very courteous, patient and helpful with all my questions during a very stressful time regarding the situation of getting my very sick brother moved. He deserves a raise for a good job done!!I would highly recommend Public Storage to others if your Property Managers are as good as he is with Customer Service. Its hard to come by these days . I don't usually write reviews but when I see great service I have to speak on it. The power went out at this location today (1/3/18) and their employee Darrell stayed calm and collected the entire time. He was helpful friendly and fast. He's what everyone working in customer service should strive to be. I always appreciate when someone can handle a stressful situation because it keeps everyone else calm around. Kudos to you Darrell and thank you for all your help.

Awesome, awesome service. Joslyn in particular went above and beyond to address my needs as we found out at the last minute that she had no more available units. She quickly assisted me in locating another nearby Public Storage to accommodate me. Just so pleasant, friendly and such great customer service. I really appreciated the care she took. Even the next day when I was moving she came through again. Helped me to get rid of some extra stuff. What a Blessing! She deserves ALL the stars and TWO thumbs up for GREAT GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE. CHEERS TO JOSLYN................... She is a KEEPER!!!!!!!!!!

I know this review is kind of late but that is my fault I had some other things I needed to attend to and I am finally getting around to submitting it, I had the pleasure of interacting with Niesha who was wonderful! she answered all of our questions, she was very personable with us I did not even feel like I was dealing with an associate but rather someone who was speaking me on personal level! I am not sure if you have a property manager that stays on the property however she should be the one to get a promotion and become the property manager for the facility, she made us feel so comfortable I really hope one day she gets a promotion and can stay on the property full time to monitor the situations that may arise! her customer service skills are beyond excellent and I have no doubt with a promotion she will only continue to demonstrate excellent customer service as well as be a wonderful on site property manager! please take my review into consideration, also anyone looking to rent from here I would strongly suggest you do! and try dealing with Nieshia when she is available, if she is not I would even say come back when she is there so you can deal with her she is wonderful!

Great facility, updated and well maintained. Very secure. I feel safe when I’m there pulling or packing stuff into my unit. I’m comfortable and confident when I leave that my belongings are safe. I’ve had a unit there for about 3 years. The staff is very helpful. Not just excellent but Genuine customer service. Thanks guys!

I do not have a storage space here at this location but I came in to make a payment because it’s closer to my job. Any who the lady working in the office was professional and efficient. She asked how my day was going and it was a rough Monday until I got there. She was so sweet and had a smile on her face. Need more people like that.
