DO NOT believe the load weight as stated on the bill of lading these people give you. Get to a scale ASAP after loading. I picked up a ‘35,000’ lbs load which in reality turned out to be a 45,000 lbs load. Result: big problems at the first DOT scale I came across: 35,900 lbs on my trailer tandems and 80,340 gross weight.

They overcharged me 2 times and I had to actually go through my bank to recover the funds. The manager did not try to fix this once the issue was made known to him. He only kept denying that they overcharged me even though the information was sent to him.

Big scam!! Dont waste your time and money on this website or even purchasing anything from them.We were looking for wall pieces to use a return gift for a family event. I came across "Bronze Sunflower Mirror set" for ~ $8/Piece on their website. Immediately ordered ~30 pieces. Delivery was on time but the product was totally different from what the description said on their website.To start with,- The weight of the product, shown on website, was not matching with actual weight. Actual weight of product is almost half the weight they mentioned on their website (attached snapshot)- The look of product was very different from what was shown on their website. (attached snapshot)I called their customer representative Michael Franco for seeking help with this order and Michael's response was, "if you dont like the product, you have to pay for the shipping it back to us. We usually charge some restocking fees but we can waive it for you". I was surprised with his response, how unprofessional of them. I have clearly told him I am not going to pay for shipping if the product is not matching with the description.But seriously don't waste your time and money. I observed they have about ~4.5 stars on their own website. It looks like they just post good reviews and remove bad reviews.

I ordered 206 and it said they were in stock and only 12 were delivered. I called to question as I need all 206 or I don't need them at all. The person on the other end said they were not in stock and apologized for the issue. I was told a refund would be issued and to keep the 12 items as to not inconvenience me in having to return them. I appreciated this effort in customer service very much.

Stop having H. Salas and other reps spam my email. I've asked repeatedly to stop being emailed. If I want more stuff, I will place an order. B2B is silly for your type of business anyways; your inventory is inconsistent and always changing. I'm happy to give you guys business, but you need to have more continuity with inventory. Maybe white label products? More in-house brands? Just a suggestion. But please, stop emailing me. I'll place an order again, just chill.

Ordered once from this place I ordered a big pallet worth of stuff. The rep that I dealt with was over the top amazing until I had complaints they said that I had to send in pictures of my damaged items which I did then they wanted me to video every item and why I wanted to return it I ordered spoons that the handles were painted on and the paint was chipping, I ordered clock radios and the batteries we're leaking the list goes on I ordered phone suction cup phone stands all of the suction cups were bent where they would not even stick on a cell phone, I ordered a tub of Vaseline it was not even taped shut and dumped out in my box and all of it got dirty, I ordered Moon lights they were poorly made and rubbed on the back of the packaging and stained all of the moons, at that point I threw everything damaged in the garbage because I couldn't be bothered with their demands I will not be ordering again and it's sad because they did have great prices but extremely low quality products... I ordered alien Diamond art and received Spartan Diamond art they weren't even willing to mail me the correct items that I ordered that they mistakenly gave me. I am beyond words upset. I spent a lot of money on this order and they did absolutely nothing to keep me as a customer I do not recommend this company at all because of the customer service I received with my complaints. There are plenty of other amazing companies out there to deal with that actually want their customers business

Great deal for what I needed. Shipping was almost half of the cost of my purchase but it still saved me a lot of money if I bought them individually. Customer service and follow up were both great. Highly recommend for any kind of large venues. Any orders over $50 gets free shipping. That is a great deal but you have to pay return shipping so be sure that you get what you want. It's not like Amazon. Though a lot of their products are on Amazon but for more money and same shipping as if bought at their site. No deals there unfortunately. Still I am happy. :)

I have a retail store in a mall. I was buying all my stuff overseas. Shipping was getting so slow, and my shelves were getting bare. I did some research and found Kole Imports. I was skeptical to place an order. My shipment arrived and i was so excited. The prices were great, the products were perfect, and everything was packaged professionally. I am so glad I found this company. Working with Mark is great. If you have any questions--he emails you back FAST!

Update: they replied and everything went wellAfter the order they forgot about me. My order is processing for weeks. I also emailed them so many times even called them but they are all out of reach. Buy from this website on your own risk. It's a scam and you will not get your money back.

I have to give them 5 stars. I had never ordered from them before and I received a single package that contained the Packing slip which contained items from my order which were not in the package. I contacted Customer Support through email and received prompt attention. Today I received a second box, which contained the items I thought were missing. I received one package yesterday, the other today. Customer Service was very responsive and 100% willing to fix the issue :) They did not need too - Great Experience! (Yes, I did let them know the items did arrive) :)

The customer service of this company is disgraceful. I sent product back and requested a refund. Three months later I am still waiting on the refund. I have received two boilerplate emails stating my refund has been approved and to please allow 1-3 business days to process. That was over 2 weeks ago. When calling their posted number, absolutely no one is available. I've left 6 voicemails with no response. I will never purchase from this company again. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I placed an order on January 25th for the Saie beautry rounds 3 pack. I received no order shipping conformation. I had to reach out to the Kole Imports on Feb 2nd 2022. Asking about the status, that is when Michael Franco emailed me back and said they update our inventory and pricing on all items on the website daily, and said that when they went to pull my items they were already out of stock. The website allowed orders to be placed even though the item was already out of stock. That is when I told everything was voided. I should not have had to ask. If an item is sold out they should have 1) not allowed orders to be placed, and 2) reach out to costumers and let me know the day after which was Feb 26th, why did it take until Feb 2nd to be told my item was out of stock. Doesn't seem right to me. So I got the email today Feb 4th, that said Delivery confirmation and said they were following up on my order and it said Yes, I received my order and this shoppers review. I'm not happy trying to be a first time costumer to their site, I won't try to order from Kole imports. again.

It was my first time ordering; honestly, was kind of apprehensive about it. Yet, my order arrived as scheduled and the ordering process was seamless. I kind of thought with the prices, there had to be some loophole and/or catch to the amounts ordered. I will definitely consider purchasing from this company again!!

Our orders are always correct and arrive quickly. This time the box was a little mushed at the bottom, causing some damage to the packaging of a couple of our items. Nothing a little tape couldn't fix. Great place to get discounted odds and ends!

The website was user friendly, although most items I was interested in purchasing were out of stock after I added them to my cart. The website indicated that a salesperson would call me back after my first intial order. This never happened. I decided to order only 2 products since I had never worked with Kole Imports. I thought shipping was really slow and was an expense of 1/3 of my total dollars spent. One product I ordered a Qty of 24 of seemed dated and did not look or smell that great and was apparent not eligible to sell at the retail price per unit that I had planned so overall so far my impression is 50/50 for my first experience with this company.

I received someone else's order with the packing slip for my order attached to the box. Despite and hour spent going through the entire phone directory I could not reach a person. Left multiple voicemails and emails and finally got a response after three days and it caused me another 30 min of work to inventory their mistake. Now, 5 days later, I still have no confirmation of credit issued to me or direction on what to do with two very large boxes of items I didn't order and don't need.

My only complaint was with delivery-it's rained here for 3 days, they set the boxes right out in the rain. When I tried moving them-ALL the boxes fell out. I had a mess on my hands. But the merchandise is great! Thanks!

Beware! This company will take your money and NOT SHIP your items! First couple orders went great, then they started just not including items in shipments and simply did not say anything about it. When asked to please refund ( very nicely ) they simply ignore any and all inquiries. Poor communication and can not be trusted. Do not do business with these crooks.

I can’t comment on the customer service because it’s practically nonexistent, but after the small business I work for was a denied an order for unknown reasons, we were then asked to register our company credit card with PayPal or Amazon in order to buy from Kole. This is all over a case of feather dusters. From start to finish, this was the worst transaction we’ve ever made. A headache over nothing.

Terrible customer service!!! After placing my order and paying $16 for shipping for a package of loofahs to come from California to me in Seattle for my baby shower, I messaged them to see if they would come in time and they said after 5 days my order wasn’t even shipped out. I told them to cancel my order before shipping out since they wouldn’t be here in time. They of course didn’t listen and shipped it out. It arrived after 10 days! I reached out for a packing slip to return and get a refund but they said I will have to pay for more shipping (already paid $16) and a 20% restocking fee even though it was their fault it wasn’t shipped out in time and not cancelled in time when I told them to! Ridiculous!

Ordering from Kole Imports was fast and easy. We needed tumblers for a volunteer appreciation we were hosting through our non-profit agency. The tumblers were quality, and affordable. The package shipped standard within 7 days. I will definitely use this company again.

I have ordered the same glass canisters 3 times from this company. They put them in a box loosely and about half were broke or has dented lids. The last time they were undeliverable because they were all broke and they returned to company. For as much money they charge for shipping, you would think they would not just throw 12 glass canisters in a box with loosely, no bubble wrap or anything.They said they would refund me, but it's been almost 2 months of going around in circles with them. Poor customer service. Their website says 35 years, but when you scroll to bottom it shows the website was created in 2020. Scam. I will never order from them again.

I needed about 10 Lint Traps, but I don't remember if there was a quantity requirement listed. I got far too many. Gave some to neighbors and still have enough to last me for many years. They are really useful, but quantities too many.
