This Jcpenny is the worst. Their employees are lazy and reluctant to work. I’ve been calling this store everyday to cancel my online order and no one is never available to answer the phone. My online order has been sitting at the store for over two weeks when I’ve been calling trying to cancel my order. The store was supposed to cancel it and send it back to the warehouse if it isn’t hasn’t been picked up by 7 days. My order still hasn’t been canceled and I haven’t received a refund. I’m reporting you to corporate.Update- I’ve already called the Customer Service line, the representative mentioned only the store can cancel my pick up in store order. There is no way to contact anyone from the store because no one from any department answers their phone ! So investigate my concern and see why no one from any department aren’t answering their phone !

Currently, men and women have to share the same dressing room. Adult men are coming and going.There was a young boy sitting on the floor. A man came in with his 3 young sons about 12 years and was confused. He decided to wait outside of the dressing room. And it isn't safe for the female attendant especially, when the store is low on customers and men are coming into the dressing room where she is all alone. Talked to the manager he said he would deal with it, but it has gone on for awhile now.For some time now and it isn't resolved.

This JC Penney needs a update in place/cleanliness. Kiddo got to see a wateroach in the bathroom. He had a amazing experience. Lol Second time seeing them not a place to do so though.JCP looks exactly like back in 90s. Other then that deal are still amazing.

I go to JCP Salon in Carson for my hair styling by Rebecca, master styler. She always greets me, listens to my stories and puts the perfect color match in my "natural" hair. I've gotten so many compliments since she has been taking care of my hair needs. The styling needs for me as a senior are still important. I appreciate having my hair needs met locally by someone who truly loves doing hair.

JCPenney's inside the Carson mall years since I've been in here it was great clean lots of merchandise the men's clothing section was like almost larger than most stores I had fun shopping here and will always go back and the employees were very helpful as well

It's a fantastic store with great promotions. Due to the affordable prices, I got a nice blazer and was tempted to buy jewelry that I don't need.Having someone in the jewelry section who was both informative and polite was a great experience. The best part is that I now have a credit card! That was a great deal!

Customer service was ridiculous. Extremely slow and inconsiderate. 2 woman training 1 while the line became increasingly long. Customer service upstairs saw people shopping, left and never returned. Last $200.00 I'll ever spend there!

It's great to have a local mall where I have an opportunity to shop, go to the post office and get my hair styled. J C Penny gives me a store in which to shop for a variety of items and get my hair done. I bought beachwear for my summer vacation and went to the hair salon to have Rebecca, master stylist, work her magic on my hair.

I order a tee shirt online from JC Penny and they sent out the wrong item twice! I had to return it and that where the problems escalated. Upon the return a woman was carrying on a conversation with the clerk and kept going and changing items as I waited patiently for my turn. After 10 minutes she finally checked out and I was next. A gentlemen shows up to purchase his items and stepped in front of me stating he was next and was in bathroom. That created a problem for me, but I let it go! For the woman that took 10 minutes to check out spoke to me in Spanish that the gentleman was next! He took another 10 minutes and then wanted to be cordial. Finally it was my turn and it took all of 45 seconds. Upon exiting the store he wanted to speak and I nodded and went my way! All of this could have been avoided if the clerk would have addressed the situation with woman exchanging clothes while checking out. Moral of the story, don't buy from JC Penny and if you have to exchange an item, send back items via the mail! Less aggravation!

Purchased jewelry. Wait for service took a little time, but once associate assisted she was knowledgeable about what they had in stock and the location. Selection was surprisingly large. Excellent service.First time using pick up. Ordered and paid online.

I had my order shipped to the store, I tried calling but They dont answer the phone, my package was delayed and no one told me. I cant get my money back until the package arrives at their facility. This whole experience has been awful and i will never spend another dime with Jcpenny.

Ace is going to go Clint Eastwood style and give you the good, bad, and the ugly from my trip to JCP yesterday morning (thurs).The Good: the young lady working at the checkstand was very helpful. She helped my find some shirts I was looking for and she went to the storeroom to find my size. She didn't find it, but was very courteous through the whole process. Penney's, give this girl a raise. This was yesterday (Thurs) morning. Also the store was very clean and comfortable.The Bad: Not much of a selection for what I was looking for. It's probably why I do most of my shopping online these days.The Ugly: Ok this isn't a huge deal, but it still put a damper over what was my first trip in years to JCP. I find this young dude with a corny mustache and a tattoo on his inside right bicep in my vicinity. Getting a little too close, if you know what I mean. Giving me a look here and there. Now, Ace knows his skin is darker than most, but guys, it might help to respect the shopper. People don't want to shop at a place where they don't feel welcome, or where they feel they being are accused of something.It's not a big deal but I would suggest that if you have a theft problem you install more cameras and maybe put some security guards at the exits. Treat paying customers like you want their business!We'll give you two stars for the nice young lady working the checkstand.Peace!

The experience was ok....Not bad; not great...Small selection of Levi's jeans in my size (32 W), and what they did have was mainly stretch jeans.(If I wanted stretchy, I'd go find leotards or yoga pants for men...but that's not my style)Store was clean & neat...floor associates stayed busy.I'd return, but not likely for pants.

Good Selection of clothes and good prices! However, store is messy. Clothes not folded on the tables, clothes hanging off the rack, clothes on the floor. Lines are definitely too long! It seems like the store is short of staff and poorly maintained. If they could fix that problem, it would be my favorite store!

Found what I wanted, since I was ordering a dress online and they told me they had plenty in stock at this store. And I needed to look for a father's day gift any way! They did have plenty in stock and was having a really good sale and I found an extra coupon on- line so I ended up spending only $ 27 dallors for a $70 dress!!
