The absolute worst. I scheduled an appointment for my son to get his first dose of the vaccine about a week ago. We arrived yesterday, check in and they’re telling me that they are not allowed to give children the vaccine. It has to be at a “standalone” CVS. They knew this information for a week and failed to inform me? My time was wasted. This whole situation could’ve been avoided if they would’ve just stayed on top of their customers/patients.

This is by far the worst Target pharmacy in which I've ever had to deal business. The front desk employees are horrible at customer service, they are not only rude over the phone, but in person as well. They're always conveniently stashing medications on the shelves when there's a line 4 or customers deep and don't even acknowledge that the line even exists. Then their system is down when documenting new insurance, and so they offered me my medication for $1,100... I'm all, like that's going to happen.This place was the convenient choice, since it's Target and I can get 5% off with my RedCard, but... any other place is better than this one.Take your business elsewhere if you can. Your life will be better for it.

Came in with a prescription that needed to be modified by my doctor. I was told by Cephilia to come back in half an hour and she gave me my prescription back. I asked if they needed it to fill out the prescription. I was told no. When I came back Cephilia looked at me in a condescending manner and said “ how would I fill it if you have the prescription “. Then she said it would take 45 minutes. She said the pharmacist was on lunch. She never told me that originally. I would've understood and come back a different day. I had to ask for an apology because she didn’t communicate correctly in the first place and I lost time out of my work day. . It’s not the first time at this (or any) CVS this happens. Bad service , bad attitude. Super frustrating. I’m waiting for the day I can rave about CVS. I’ve tried 5 different ones and no luck.

Where the Pharmacist Really Care about you...I just love CVS... been with them since the 80's...over the years I've tried other pharmacies...but found myself right back here...my health in my 50's require special attention and CVS is whom I TRUST with my meds and my life!!!

This place is terrible. Came back for second vaccine that they kept reminding me to do for like a week I get here now there saying there booked. Terrible terrible. Specially during this pandemic. Go some where else. In educated retards !!!!
