After entering the store, there was a funny smell but that has never happened before. The agent at the store did not accept the $2 coupon I presented because she said it's already been scanned and told me just use it next time but I don't expect to be back until after that coupon expires on May 29. I did not insist because there's a long line of customers that are waiting to be served. This never happened before and I've always received great service but the girl probably was tired or not feeling well 🤔

I was helped by Connie and another gentleman wearing glasses today (2/18) around 10am PT @ the Carson street , Carson CA location and was confused at my prescription but they sorted it out despite the line and how busy it is over the weekend. I didn’t want a commotion but didn’t know who else to ask and they were very helpful in explaining things to me. I’ve been to the pharmacy here a few times this year and they are always so kind and helpful—even when I call ahead to make sure that everything is available. Those people work hard and probably get a lot of customers being ridiculous so I appreciate their patience so much.

Very busy CVS, I don’t recommend if you are in a hurry. I called the pharmacy department and after ten minutes of waiting on hold, I got in my car to start making my way down there thinking they’d pick up so I could order my prescription... I arrived at the store, still on hold, waited in line, still on hold....They picked up while I was in line after 30 minutes of waiting to let me know that it would be another 30 minutes to get a prescription. I am not sure if they are understaffed or just that busy, but I think if they could have picked up the phone sooner (I was there in the store for a while and I feel like I saw some free people) then it would have made the process better.

The worst CVS store ever. The laziest employees, who's favorite words are "it's not my job" or "let's wait till someone else will be from lunch/break, etc." Tried to print there my photos two days in a row. No success.

The biggest plus is its open 24 hours as is the pharmacy. The con with the pharmacy is they don't always have your prescription ready even when they call you and tell you they do. The rest of the store is a medium to medium high capacity store. You'll find what you need at 2am.

I give it 4 stars cause you can pick up your meds at 3 am. But a few times had problems with them picking up meds
