This poor location has chronic problems in the pharmacy. They are mostly unhelpful and rude when it comes to your medications and making sure you have access to your healthcare.

They have counted my medication wrong twice, and everytime I refill my prescription they always tell me that the policy has changed. The Pharmacist in Charge, Caroline R. mentioned this is just her policy. Not even a CVS Pharmacy. I now have to wait to get my prescription because of her policy.

There's usually a line at the pharmacy depending on what time of the day you pick up your prescription meds but the pharmacy staff efficiently handles both drive thru and in-person pickups. As for the rest of the store, my only complaint is that if you are looking for a particular item and it's not on the shelves, they've run out. If you need a wide variety of choices for regular household items, go to a grocery chain.

Filipino staff very rude and condescending. Latino staff are respectful and more competent though. Will have medicines transferred to another pharmacy.

Had a very unpleasant experience with a pharmacist, Mary C for a Covid shot. She’s supposed to give me an apology first for not keeping the appt time past 45mins and waited an hour so, instead she got upset with me that I wasn’t able to hear her calls at the pharmacy pick up area!! No one was there in that hour, I was waiting and waiting in the designated area for the Covid shot! She was able to to see me then why she didn’t come out to the booth!! How lazy, unethical and rude person she is! I do not recommend to get a shot here, Never again.

Had an appointment for vaccine. I was told not to show up more than 15 min early. Showed up 20 min early and waited 5 min to check in like requested. Proceeded to pharmacy and waited and waited. 10 minutes after appointment time I ask and am told they don't see my appointment. Finally find it and tell me getting vaccine ready. I wait and meanwhile they are giving flu shots to walk ins. I ask why I had to make an appointment if they are going to take walk-ins ahead of me and am told I will be next a 1/2 hour later.

I come here to pick up my men's essentials. Soap, deodorant, razors etc.... very clean store. Always welcomed by staff when I come in and they are so nice ! The people that work the pharmacy can be a little on the edge but people you have to understand they are literally getting yelled at all day that is their job smh. Please give them a little break. They are not purposely holding your medications from you sometimes this pharmacy gets BUSY and they are also heros helping with these hard times ! They are literally on the Frontlines. This CVS is so welcoming and nice to shop at. It's not the biggest but they do carry everything a standard CVS drug store would carry also beer and alcohol. This is my go to CVS and I will always come back when I need something from here !

I called this pharmacy and spoke with Connie. I needed clarification on a patient's coverage. She was mumbling and I didn't hear her ask the DOB. I apologized to her for not hearing her clearly, but she was still rude. Like, I'm sorry you had a bad day, but don't take it out on others. I hope that your day gets better Connie. :) I'm sure not everyone in the pharmacy is like her, I'm giving 3 stars.

September 22, 2020 Approximately 2:00pm.Visited this store for flu shot only because the CVS store at Sepulveda and Normandie did not have the correct Flu Shot for my age group. The one male pharmacist rather short in height took a very long time to process my request despite my Anthem ID and Medicaid card. Also he attempted use derogatory remarks prior to giving me the Flu Shot. Secondly, the female Pharmacist yelled at me when I attempted to use their blood pressure machine that turned out to be non operative. Also, this store's interior looked unkept and dirty. Enough said.

I really never give review but this had to be shared... with COVID going on supplies are limited and I have been struggling to find things for my grandma that we have been taking care of... she had a stroke and cat move or talk and on top of all that she has diabetes so we really have to make sure the house is clean and she is taken care of ... I have been looking for alcohol disinfectant but have had no luck because Of the demand for it and so I asked a young lady there and she was kind enough to actually check for it, I didn't ask her to check because usually at other store they would say no without looking and say “whatever we have out is what’s available”, but rather she said let me see in the back if we have anything. When she came out I almost cried because we had been out for my grandma and now I was going to be able to make sure she is safe... thank you I truly to appreciate what you did for my family. Team members who care should be recognized

The pharmacy is the worst cvs pharmacy. They're always making mistakes with the prescriptions we get here. Never on the time they say it'll be ready. Always have to wait an extra 15 min. Once they didn't mix my kid's medicine. It was in powder form still. So I had to drive back so they could fix it. CVS on Carson/Main is much better. Only reason we've come here is cause its closer.

Standard CVS Pharmacy store...what makes it different from the rest is their staff. It's like..."YOU WANNA BE WHERE EVERYONE KNOWS YOUR NAME and ALWAYS GLAD YOU CAME..." kinda place.Been a loyal customer since they opened in 2004.

I don’t have her name yet but she is the pharmacy manager she has been very rude the last 2 times the first time was in person I called today to check on my mom’s prescription she put me on hold without telling me or asking me if I can hold I ended up asking for the other pharmacist both times because she was completely rude and said something was wrong with her prescription both times they need to have a Manager that knows how to Manage I’m definitely changing pharmacy now!

Great employees. They always say "hello" whenever I walk in. No matter how busy they are they always Mae an effort to greet their customers. Haven't been to any other CVS that does that.
