This is a new update for the CVS pharmacy. I have been toCvs pharmacy for a long time.I get my prescription medicinesAnd I buy groceries because they open 24-hour. It is convenient that I can go thereany time a day.The pharmacist & the staff are very nice.Also, they have great customerservices, too.Then, two days ago, at night time, I went to the CVS pharmacy to pick up my medicines. After that, I found out they had a lot of sales.CVS offered various coupons for rewards such as free rewards for discounts off of certain products, or you can get rewards for $5.00 off from discount of products.Until then, two nights ago, I wasvery disappointed from the one of staff who worked at night.This young man was very rudeto me because I had many coupons, so he had a bad attitude toward me.Also, he was given hard times &he was laughing at me.I asked him not to laugh to a customer, but he was still laughing at me.He was very rude to me andI have never been treated by other staff at the CVS pharmacy before. I was very disappointed at him.I didn't feel like shopping atCVS anymore.It was a bad experience from atthe CVS pharmacy. I didn't wantto go back to CVS anymore.L

They won't process a return if you don't have the receipt which they didn't provide in the first place if you ordered online and pick-up. Crazy and doesn't make sense even if you show them order # and email confirmation. Supervisor didn't do anything at all to help pretending nothing is happening just walking around by the checkout counter. So next time, I strongly advise to get a receipt for your pick up orders, Very poor customer service.

Attention CVS Management :Went to pick up meds on Monday evening March 11,2024.At CVS - 150 west Carson street in Carson : very long line and just one employee working. Sick patients, elderly patients, etc. standing looking miserable. There were more employees but they were chatting, laughing not worried about the line of customers.

I went in for a walk-in flu shot, waited in the drop off line as initially instructed. One pharmacist walked by the line and said that flu shots should line up under consultation but the pharmacist, in that window, named Lin said that she was helping someone else and that people getting the flu shot should line up in the drop off line. When I told her that another pharmacist said to move to this line, she rolled her eyes and pointed at the drop off line rudely. So, I waited along with other people confused on their lack of communication with each other. Once it was my turn, Lin had the audacity to say that they no longer take walk-ins. After waiting for a long time, she had no other explanation other than they’re just taking mobile appointments. A complete waste of time

Yes, the pharmacy is one of the few in the area open 24 hrs, however, the store is not stocked with basic items that other CVS stores have. The lines are long to pick up/refill a prescription. The pharmacist was very helpful however in filling my meds. The cashier didn't even know what basic over the counter item was that I needed and started playing guessing games as to what it is, instead of just looking it up. There is never anyone working on the floor to help you when you need it. It is one of the smaller CVS stores. Maybe due to the location(Carson), they might not want to stock up too many items. My guess is like Walmart, items are not stocked up anymore or have to be locked up due to high theft in the area.

The worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. The LACK of professionalism is incredible! The pharmacist Vanessa Nguyen was rude and total disregard for thepatient's condition. My is terminaly ill and had the worst time ( an entire day to get prescription filled)getting cooperation from the pharmacy. Will not use this pharmacy again. Consumer beware.

I love this place, I have my prescriptions sometimes sent here because the 24/7 is convenient. Also the pharmacy staff is amazing and the pharmacist is awesome. I call them over the phone sometimes to help me convert medication or to let me know safe dosage amounts for my children and they are great. Kids gain weight, and dosages have to be adjusted. During late hours, I can't call pediatrician and should not take kids to ER for this type of questions, so I always value and feel so greatful to have this CVS available and help me out. CVS staff deserve more stars.

The pharmacists in this store are beyond rude. Every-time I have to pick up a prescription is something.I currently have my parents address on file - city of Paramount & it’s been like that for over 9 years. They refused to give me my medications because my parents address pops up, my driver License also has that address. I live in Carson but because i move so much I keep my parents address for everything. Dr office called me today and told me that they (cvs pharmacist) withheld the medications because of my address. I don’t see what the big deal is, the medication is under my name, why do they care where I live. That’s the store I chose because it’s the Closest to my home.2 months ago I also needed to pick up my meds one of them was norco, they refused to give it to me because they needed a triple confirmation from my doctor, even tho they sent the prescription through the drs office.In all this time I have not come across one polite pharmacist. It looks like they hate their job.

My son was scheduled to receive his first Covid vaccine. After waiting 10 minutes for the pharmacist I approach the front desk and asked how much longer. I was told to they’ll remind the pharmacist about my sons appointment. She finally comes out and asks if we’re ready and then leaves. My son and I were still waiting in our seats. Then I realize she never said to follow her into the injection area. I looked around and realize that it was further back. I had told her that she had never told us to follow her and she didn’t apologize. She double down and said “I asked you if you were ready”. We had never been to that CVS before so obviously we have no idea where to go. Having clear instructions would’ve really helped out our situation. Very rude and clearly impatient.

This CVS pharmacy denied access to the restroom claiming they were out of order to a 10-year-old who just got released from the emergency room at 11:00 p.m on a Sunday, so no other public restrooms were available at this hour. Also, the same cashier who denied the restroom key proceeded to give me 96 cents in nickels and pennies in change for my purchase of my child's pharmaceutical needs.Disgusted

Can find anything over the counter medication and nice helpful staff however the pharmacist is rude and untamed. When she has asked a question she replies with hesitation as if she is doing you a favor. Don’t fill your meds here.

The One (1) Star is for the Pharmacy. I went to this CVS because, I was in the neighborhood and needed vitamins. I needed a question answered about one of the Vitamins I was buying. I went to the Pharmacy's Consultation Window, I stood patiently for at least 7-8 minutes as these young people either made or choose not to make eye contact with me. Clearly they were ignoring me, but I do not know why. I then called to the gentleman, who answered by walking over. I asked him my question and he was able to answer it (fast) was an understatement. I was polite, and even thanked him.This group of people are NOT FIRST RESPONDERS. Why they have jobs is anybody's guess. They are UNPROFESSIONAL and INCONSIDERATE.I work with High School students, that are Special Needs, my Students have more care and are more Professional than this group at this CVS PHARMACY(I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to have a prescription filled here)150 West Carson St. Carson, CA.

This CVS pharmacy is well staffed and super efficient. I got both my covid vaccine doses here and also have my prescriptions sent here. I will definitely continue to be a regular customer! Clermont helped me today and she was so kind and helpful when I had an issue with my rewards card.

Arrived at 11:26 and told they were closed for lunch at 11:30.Drove from Long Beach to transfer my RX's to new CVS location, showed them my phone's screen at 11:28.It didn't matter.It's really unprofessional to turn away new customers with such disrespectful manners.

They sell fake vanilla gift cards here. My girlfriend bought one and then complained to the manager. The manager was fairly sympathetic but obviously did not investigate because to see if there was a pattern to this I bought another vanilla gift card 2 weeks later and lo and behold it was also a fake gift card. I caught the attention of all cashiers and the manager at the front to let them know they are selling fake vanilla gift cards. The manager was not very helpful and seemed apathetic. Luckily one of the cashiers went over with me to the gift card rack and helped to check to see if there were more fake vanilla gift cards. Thankfully, there were no more fake vanilla gift cards. We ripped a couple open and noticed the rest had CVV numbers. The two we bought had no CVV numbers. Make sure to take a look at the gift cards at this location to see if there are CVV numbers on the back. If not they are fake. One of the gift cards was cashed in at 6:45 in the morning at a Target. Target doesn't open until 8:00 a.m. makes me wonder. The other gift card was used in a PayPal exchange. Please make sure if you buy any gift cards from this location that they have a CVV number before you buy it and put money on it. Pharmacy is okay and fairly professional, but it can take a while to get your medications because they are so busy. We got vaccinated here and the pharmacist was fairly quick in getting out and giving us the covid vaccine. The prices of their regular store items on the other hand are fairly high but that is to be expected of all CVS pharmacies.

They are ALWAYS OPEN! I NEED THAT in my life! I ALWAYS am treated kindly by there staff. They normally ALWAYS have the prescriptions I need AND whenever I am going through life changing events and rearranging my schedule, I sometimes find myself with no insurance and difficult to pay for my prescriptions. They go above and beyond, out of there ways, ALL the time to ensure I receive the most affordable pricing. EVERYONE has health issues at least once in there lifetime and I have yet to see an incredible group of workers so happy to help. I feel they ALL should get raises and have been receiving my medications from this pharmacy for more than 10 YEARS now. I honestly from the bottom of my heart, appreciate people who take pride in there work and this is a location great at showing that! Thank you CVS Pharmacy Staff on Main St in Carson City, CA!

I mean if I could I wouldn’t give them any stars. I’m talking about the pharmacy and how extremely unprofessional, ignorant, rude and condescending they are. Not only the pharmacists have a terrible attitude but all of pharmacy techs as well.. at least the ones I have came across have.. they do not listen to your doctors orders as if the pharmacist is a doctor himself lol such a joke.. I’ve found all CVS pharamacys I have gone to are this exact same way. Walgreens is the way to go for pharmacy needs!

04/20/2020 I called CVS today to followup on a new order re: one of my prescriptions .I called my Dr's office and the nurse assured me that the new order was already sent to CVS last week. Alisa answered my call . I told her the reason for my call and asked when I can pick up refill for my prescription based on the new order . I told her that I received a text message from CVS that I will be able to pick up on the 27th . Her answer was that text was from the CVS corporate office , as far as she is concerned , my prescription wont be filled till May 7. What??? So she is not responsible to whatever the corporate office texts to customers!! What inefficient and rude and very discourteous towards an elderly person like me . I told her that according to my doctor's office , a new order was already sent to CVS, if she can ps follow up w/ my doctor's office .She said it's not her job to follow up w/ the doctor . What!!! I transferred my prescription provider here to CVS carson because I heard so many good reviews from my friends re: how nice and fast and pleasant the customer service staff here , and yes, I admit . Everybody here is so friendly , approachable ,kind and courteous ,EXCEPT this one name ALISA. Pick up your prescription or deal w/ your concerns w/ other staff, avoid her . She is ruining the reputation of the other excellent staff members . I hope the manager reads this .

I transfer to this CVS branch since we moved to Carson. I have been dropping off my prescription for 2 consecutive weeks but until now I don't have the refill of Lisinopril 40 mg. I run out of this prescription and I am having a headache every morning because I haven't taken it for a week. They lack coordination on how to have a quick renewal of prescription. Service is poor with this branch compared to my previous CVS branch in Atlantic. This branch doesn't even call to update me if there is a problem. I am disappointed with this CVS branch.

I use to get my meds And refills here but not any more. The pharmacist is rude and uncaring. My meds were never on time or on the day they said it would be ready. The entire staff could do with some extended training and learn how to fill prescriptions in a more professional manner. In my experience (I'm 76yrs. Old)this is the worst.

CVS Pharmacy is HORRIBLE .... I went there today to drop off a prescription for my son and the pharmacy tech Rosalinda couldn't even spell his name right even though it was on his prescription, let alone, her English was Horrible! I was told it would take an hr to fill, so 3 hrs later, I come back only to find out his prescription was NEVER filled. The pharmacy tech Rosalinda acted non shalant about it even though she was the one who supposedly took his prescription and processed it and told me it would be an hr. My even a courtesy call to let me know the prescription wasnt processed, NOTHING!! While I was there, there was another customer complaining about his prescription not being filled either for the same reason. Luckily, I was assisted by another pharmacy tech Tony who was very apologetic and I so appreciated that. Please, steer clear of this pharmacy, they are awfully slow and if you must go there, steer clear of Rosalinda, she totally lacks professionalism and good luck understanding her! Corporate needs to do something about the horribly SLOW service!! DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK!!!!!

I am allergic to coconut, and I needed a shampoo. A woman with half blonde and half black hair helped me, even when I gave up she kept going. I was still in the store, when she found it and gave it to me. I am so happy that she continued looking, and found it. Saved me a trip to another store

In the cosmetic section, I was looking at the various shades of lip products. Some of the items were already open so I open an item believing that it was a tester to check the shade. The person was rude and raised her voice to me saying "do you mind not open that". I said "I thought it was a tester". She says "we don't have testers. You are breaking the tape". I said "there's no tape on this which is why I open it". She goes "if it was a tester it would say tester". She mentioned "that there was 100% return policy. Then she turned around to walk away and said something under her breath.There were multiple items in the front of each display without a seal on it. There should be some way to check an item before purchase. I'm sure no one wants to return to the store to return a cosmetic item. Why aren't there testers to assist the customer in a purchase?Not happy... I have been supporting this location before the store name change.

This store at this location is so bad! Only 1cashier, no one knows anything about where is what. The Pharmacy is so bad. Pharmacist don't even know what there doing! Very rude and don't even greet. They never answer the phone lines!!! I'm on hold for 30 mins. They send a text saying meds are ready and when you get there there not ready!!! I've heard alot of complains about this store.. they need to have a better manager.

I went to pick up my husbands prescription and while I was waiting 2 of the pharmacist, pregnant young girl and dummy looking kid, were talking about an older man not wanting to help him, born 1943. Talking bad about him right in front of me and purposely making him wait. I complained to the manager on sight. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES.
