This is a great grocery store. It’s not a full sized store that will carry everything you’re looking for but it does have some really good buys and things you might not find elsewhere. Nice fresh produce and their own brand is a very good quality. Clean and checkout is a breeze. Bag your own stuff.

I love this store. However, when there is a long line you have to ask the cashier to request backup even though they have cashiers available. They usually respond quickly but if you don’t ask they will keep 1 line open no matter how long the line or wait.

Avocados/ Aguacates are always perfect every time I purchase them here @Aldi.Sadly this passed Friday 4/03/2024 a not so friendly looking like from band member but don't have a band employees was not helping when I ask if he can check a price on the aisle because it was make down. He only scan it and told me it was regular price. When literally I'm ask him to come and check. He stared me down like we were in a wild wild west movie.2: after that encounter. My 8 year old son had to use the restroom (number2). Same employee walks in the restroom before us and walk out. I proceed to walk towards the door and he pulled the basket in front of us telling me, " it was closed because it's closing time." It was 8:40 PM 20 minutes before closing time. I mentioned to the employee it's not for my use is for my son he has to go, he deny my son using the restroom. I had to walk to Chipotle to use their restroom.After this encounter is making me think twice of stepping into this Aldi I'll probably visit a different one. Dude if you don't like your job don't be rude to others that all. Rant over & out!

This Aldi looks very new and modern. The isles are wider than in most other Aldi locations. This feels like a premium Aldi with the exact same low prices as found in any Aldi location. Very pleasant shopping experience. Check it out when you are in the area.

Extremely small but clean location with nice staff! They’ll carry most of your essentials - dairy, eggs, smaller packaged produce, rice and pantry items, etc. Usually there is only one cashier at a time.

I visited this place within a week of it's opening. The place was clean and everything was neat. I didn't see anything wrong with the service. It was a pleasant experience. I hope it stays this way.

Employees working on the floor can be very helpful, not so much with the cashiers. Not always having items posted on sale in their weekly ad.

Wow! This ALDI near Carson Mall was amazing! The customer service was superb! Very friendly and helpful! Also, the store is well stocked!

I’ve been to this Aldi’s on many occasions and have paid with my debit card and Apple Pay. For some odd reason today was cash only?? And the employee, whose name I didn’t get, said it has always been cash only. That she wasn’t sure about the other Aldi’s around the area, but this specific store has always been cash only.Very strange and disappointing experience.Trust me when I say I wasn’t the only customer walking out empty handed.

I love their selections. Even though most of their food is not name-brand, it's just as good if not better. I have purchased a little bit of everything there and have not been disappointed. That chocolate ice cream is to die for. This is my store!

The place is brand new, everything is organized and clean. There is no line right now, so you can go over there for a quick grocery run, because it is very slow.There are good prices, BUT the shopping cars use a locking system that you have to put a quarter coin in order to use them. I rarely handle cash or coins, so I have not and they do not have baskets either. This made it very uncomfortably for me and for others to use the shop. Only one cart was visible among the 10 people over there. My entire shopping experience was changed by this issue. Hopefully, they will fix it or add the basket option.

I ordered online curbside pick up I received a text saying my order was ready so I drove to this location and wasted my gas .I informed the store I was there through the app and waited they said someone would come out in 5 minutes after about 15 or 20 minutes I received a text saying that no one could bring my items out and that I would have to come inside to pick them up i had just hurt myself at work the night before that’s why I ordered curbside I was in pain the whole way driving to the store I don’t understand why I wasn’t told this before I wasted my gas and time coming up to this store worst store in California .

I am extremely disappointed with this store. They put blueberries on sale, and the price tag did not inform me of any limitations, so I grabbed six boxes. At the register I was told there was a limit two boxes for customer. When my husband asked the manager why they didn't mention it on the price tag, the response was it was "up to them" to decide. Never had experienced a treatment of customers with such arrogance and disrespect. I will sure tell all my Carson neighbors about this incident. You don't treat people like trash if you want a successful business.

Love Aldi store. But today I went to the new Aldi in carson. Everything was great & nice & clean. The cashier was very nice & perfusional But ! The manager wasn't. When I was paying the manager was telling the cashier don't do this & don't do that, but in a bad way. I think the manager is new at her job & abuse ing her power 😕. Cashier was upset & enburest . I am a manager for 25 years . I Hire cashiers , as a customers in fault so bad for the cashier. I won't be back. PS , the cashier has red hair & the manager was Mexican. Please look into the this madder .

Aldi in long beach is horrible! Talk to customers all crazy! Customers are greedy and rude! When you want something instead of them helping you at the front they literally give the same items you wanted to someone else smh! Manager's are dumbfounded and slightly prejudice/racist

I still see a lot of American products with regular USA ingredients 4 a market that supposedly sells imported products with less chemicals in products 🤔 I wonder if people are reading the labels?! Or maybe the stores just gave up on supplying better products 🤔

the selection is disappointing. a bit cluttered too, random mess on the floor. Its cool of you need something small and specific. Definitely remind me not to return. Nothing against the staff though.
