Ever since Kuk left the pharmacy has went downhill. Constantine is the only one there that is friendly and professional. I had an incident a few weeks ago with an African American girl in front of the pharmacist which in my opinion should have told her to stop with her ghetto hand gestures!!! Needless to say I did tell the Albertsons store manager and I hope she was disciplined. Now I call ahead to make sure she's not there which is very inconvenient or I send someone to pick up my prescriptions.

Terrible!! experience with a Latin girl. She sould not be in customer service industry. It was my very first time that I saw her and she treated me wrong. I am not going there anymore!!

August 15 3:30pmIt was my first time visiting this location and my last to be honest. I went over to the deli section and was helped by an African American woman. I did not get greeted like the other customers but oh well no problem. I asked her if there were any family dinners and she pointed at a paper and said read the paper. She then asked what sides i wanted and i asked her if i can choose the side from the counter or the packages sides in the refrigerated section, she then respondedobnoxiously to read the paper. At that i point asked her why she was being so rude to and why should could not give me answer other than read the paper. I then told her if you do not like your job why are you working here. I then left and she proceeded to helping out other people pretending she is all friendly. I don't know if it was because i am Mexican she treated me like that or what but its shame to have people like this working for you .

I dropped off my dog’s flea prescription in Albertson’s pharmacy in Carson last November with refill every 3 months because Albertson now fills pet prescriptions, I wanted to refill it today because it is due and they cannot even find my profile, DO NOT FILL YOUR PET PRESCRIPTIONS HERE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING!They did not even apologize for my inconvenience ,now I have to fill a new prescription for my dog,they even gave me a pharmacist card to refill my prescription,yet the pharmacist today cannot even identify the person that helped me that set up the profile wrong!

This place is the bomb! Its clean, fruits and vegetables are fresh. The grill chicken soooo good. The SUSHI is fresh everyday. But most of all the employees are the best. Very friendly and not afraid to talk. They all deserve raises. Keep up the good work. You guys are # 1.

The female Pharmacists that work there is TERRIBLE. She is so incredibly rude and condescending and it seems like she really doesn't like her job. There's been multiple instances of her starting arguments with other people I know or just other customers. I've been in line a couple of times waiting while she argues with other customers. She's also had multiple arguments with my mom too.One experience I couldn't forget was when she argued with me about a prescription I was told was going to be ready the next day. I came to pick it up and it wasn't ready. Then she argued with me about payment because she wouldn't take my GoodRX Coupon. Then she said to come back in 10 mins. I came back and it wasn't ready so I did some shopping. Still wasn't ready. A whole hour later another tech was there and it was apparently already ready for pick up. Unfortunately she had to call the Pharmacist again to sign it out I guess, AND SHE WON'T TAKE MY GOODRX COUPON. She keeps insisting that its already cheap and its cheaper than what the coupon would give me and we argue about this or a while but she won't budge so I paid and left. When I got home, I called a couple other pharmacies and spoke to a couple different Pharmacists to see if I could've used the coupon with them and I was told that she should've allowed to use it so I call the pharmacy hoping to speak to her manager but she answers and I told her who I was and what we argued about. She tell me to come back to get a refund. I came back and it took 45 mins to get the refund.Another incident was just last year, I walked into Albertsons to pick up meds, and somehow got a BEE stuck to my hair. As I walk up, I felt something on my face and when I flicked it away, it got angry and stung. I am allergic so I started low-key freaking out and came up to the Pharmacy and she asked what I needed. I told her that it was an emergency and I got stung but I am allergic and asked if she has anything in their first aid kit that could help. She told me to go to aisle 3 and buy something. I sat outside with my inhaler for a while waiting to see if I would swell up and when I didn't I rushed home. She's a medical professional, I get she's not a doctor but just the fact that she was so cold and nonchalant about someone who could possible pass out with their throat closed up in front of her pharmacy and ask me to buy my own first aid kit was surprising.Recently, they got a new Pharmacist in there working with her. He is such a sweet nice man, and refreshing from the normal evil hag that usually works there.
